Claims (11)

1. A method for issuing Internet of things information is characterized by comprising the following steps:
determining an issuing queue of the to-be-issued Internet of things information in a home base station based on the priority of the to-be-issued Internet of things information;
dividing issuing time periods according to preset time granularity, and determining an issuing time period set of the to-be-issued Internet of things information according to reservation time request information of the to-be-issued Internet of things information;
in the issuing time period set, determining an issuing time period when the queue free capacity of the issuing queue of the information of the to-be-issued Internet of things is larger than the information capacity of the information of the to-be-issued Internet of things;
Adding the to-be-issued Internet of things information into an issued information list of the issued time period to obtain an information sending list;
sending the to-be-issued Internet of things information in the information sending list according to the priority sequence of the issuing queue of the Internet of things information;
and in each delivery time period in the delivery time period set, determining that the information capacity of the to-be-delivered Internet of things information is smaller than or equal to the queue free capacity, and obtaining the Internet of things information reservation failure;
if the appointment failure acceptance and allocation field of the Internet of things information to be issued with the failed appointment is true, taking the Internet of things information to be issued with the failed appointment as the Internet of things information to be issued which needs to be allocated;
in the information sending list, the information of the internet of things to be issued with the reservation successful allocation weight value less than or equal to the reservation failure allocation weight value of the information of the internet of things to be issued needing to be allocated is used as the information of the internet of things to be allocated;
replacing the distributable to-be-issued Internet of things information with the to-be-issued Internet of things information needing to be distributed;
under the condition that a plurality of pieces of distributable to-be-issued internet-of-things information exist in the information sending list, determining the distributable to-be-issued internet-of-things information with the issuing starting time closest to the issuing starting time of the distributable to-be-issued internet-of-things information to be allocated in the plurality of pieces of distributable to-be-issued internet-of-things information;
Replacing the distributable internet of things information with the distributable internet of things information, the distribution starting time of which is closest to the distribution starting time of the to-be-distributed internet of things information needing to be distributed, with the to-be-distributed internet of things information needing to be distributed;
each piece of to-be-issued Internet of things information carries an appointment failure receiving and allocating field, an appointment success allocating weight and an appointment failure allocating weight.
2. The method for issuing the internet of things information according to claim 1, wherein the determining that the to-be-issued internet of things information is before an issue queue in a home base station based on the priority of the to-be-issued internet of things information further comprises:
