Abstract
本发明涉及一种灯具磁吸连接器,包括磁吸母接头和磁吸公接头;磁吸母接头包括固定套,固定套内设有母接绝缘套,母接绝缘套内设有母接导电筒,母接导电筒的前端面设有导电杆芯、后端面设有用于与灯体内的光源电连接的母接接线片、外围套接有母接磁铁;磁吸公接头包括公接绝缘套,公接绝缘套内设有公接导电筒,公接导电筒的后端面设有用于与电源电连接的公接接线片、前端面设有用于与导电杆芯相对接的弹性导电头、外围套接有用于与母接磁铁相吸合的公接磁铁。本发明可用于将灯具即插即固定、即插即通电地安装于附着物上,安装后的灯体可360旋转以调整灯光的角度,安装和使用均十分方便。

技术领域
本发明涉及灯具,具体涉及一种灯具连接器。
背景技术
传统灯具连接器需通过专门的对接机构进行对接、通过专门的卡接机构实现固定和电路连通,存在着安装不便的缺陷。此外,传统灯具连接器无法任意转动,导致灯体角度无法进行调整,用户不能根据需要调整灯光照射方向,存在着使用不便的缺陷。
发明内容
本发明旨在提供一种方便灯体安装、灯光角度可调的灯具接头。
为此,本发明采用了如下技术方案:
一种灯具磁吸连接器,包括磁吸母接头和磁吸公接头;
磁吸母接头包括用于固定在灯体上的固定套,固定套内设有母接绝缘套,母接绝缘套内设有母接导电筒,母接导电筒的前端面设有导电杆芯、后端面设有用于与灯体内的光源电连接的母接接线片、外围套接有母接磁铁;母接绝缘套设于固定套的后部,以在固定套的前部留出插接腔;
磁吸公接头包括前部可插接于插接腔内、后部可固定于附着物上的公接绝缘套,公接绝缘套内设有公接导电筒,公接导电筒的后端面设有用于与电源电连接的公接接线片、前端面设有用于与导电杆芯相对接的弹性导电头、外围套接有用于与母接磁铁相吸合的公接磁铁。
进一步,公接绝缘套的前部外壁设有伸缩卡扣,相应地,插接腔的内壁设有供伸缩卡扣卡接的卡槽圈,该卡槽圈设于弹性导电头压缩后伸缩卡扣方可卡入的位置。
进一步,伸缩卡扣包括扣筒、弹簧和弹珠,扣筒插接固定于公接绝缘套外壁所设的沉孔内,弹簧和弹珠均设于扣筒内,弹簧位于弹珠内侧,将弹珠的前部顶出扣筒外端面所设的弹珠孔外,从而将公接绝缘套锁扣于卡槽圈内。
进一步,插接腔的内壁还设有供伸缩卡扣退出卡槽圈的滑槽。
本发明的磁吸公接头和磁吸母接头之间通过磁力实现活动连接,连接后即可固定灯体并导通光源电路,具有即插即连接、即插即通电的功能,连接后的磁吸母接头可绕磁吸公接头360度旋转且旋转时光源不断电,灯体的角度和灯光的照射方向可随时按需调整,安装和使用均十分方便。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和具体实施例对本发明进行说明。
参照图1-5:
一种灯具磁吸连接器,包括磁吸母接头1和磁吸公接头2。
磁吸母接头包括用于固定在灯体上的固定套101、母接绝缘套102、母接导电筒103和母接磁铁104,其中:
固定套101的前部外壁设有与灯体相卡接的凸筋圈1011、后部旋接有用于将其锁紧于灯体上的锁紧螺母105;
母接绝缘套102设于固定套101内,其后端通过外壁所设的外螺纹旋接固定于固定套101后部所设的螺纹孔内,从而固定安装于固定套101的套腔后部,以在固定套101的前部留出插接腔1012;
母接导电筒103包括母接外筒1031、母接外筒1032和导电杆芯1033,母接外筒1031铸接固定于母接绝缘套102内,母接内筒1032插接固定于母接外筒1031内,其后端设有与灯体3内的光源4电连接的母接接线片10321,导电杆芯1033插接固定在母接内筒1032内,其前端面设有对接槽10331;
母接磁铁104套接固定于母接外筒1031的外围。
磁吸公接头包括公接绝缘套201、公接导电筒202和公接磁铁203,其中:
公接绝缘套201的前部外径小于插接腔1012的内径,以使其该部可活动插接于插接腔1012内,其后部外壁设有用于将其旋接于附着物上所预装的螺母内的外螺纹段2011;
公接导电筒202包括公接外筒2021、公接内筒2022、公接弹簧2023、弹性导电头2024和弹簧架2025,公接外筒2021铸接固定于公接绝缘套201内,公接内筒2022插接固定于公接外筒2021内,其后端面设有用于与电源电连接的公接接线片20221,公接弹簧2023设于公接内筒2022内,弹性导电头 2024活动设于公接内筒2022前端面所设的通孔内,其后端支顶于公接弹簧2023,弹簧架2025的前部旋接固定于公接内筒2022后端面所设的螺纹孔内,其前端进入公接内筒2022并插接于公接弹簧2023的后端;
公接磁铁203套接固定于公接外筒2021的外围。
公接绝缘套201的前部外壁设有伸缩卡扣204,相应地,插接腔1012的内壁设有供该伸缩卡扣204卡接的卡槽圈1013,该卡槽圈1013设于弹性导电头2022压缩后伸缩卡扣204方可卡入的位置。
伸缩卡扣204包括扣筒2041、弹簧2042和弹珠2043,扣筒2041插接固定于公接绝缘套201外壁所设的沉孔内,弹簧2042和弹珠2043均设于扣筒 2041内,弹簧2042位于弹珠2043内侧,将弹珠2043的前部顶出扣筒2041 外端面所设的弹珠孔外,从而将公接绝缘套201锁紧于卡槽圈1013内。
插接腔1012的内壁还设有连通卡槽圈1013和固定套101套口、以供伸缩卡扣204退出卡槽圈1013、并将磁吸公接头2解锁于磁吸母接头1内的滑槽1014。
使用时,将固定套101固定安装于灯体1的外壁,并将灯体3内的光源4 通过电线与母接接线片10321相互连接;将公接绝缘套201固定安装于附着物上,并将公接接线片20221通过电线与外部电源连接。
将灯体外壁的磁吸母接头1与天花板5上的磁吸公接头2对准后插入,母接磁铁104和公接磁铁203相互吸合,将磁吸公接头2和磁吸母接头1活动连接为一体,同时将磁吸公接头2内的弹性导电头2024与磁吸母接头1内的导电杆芯1033相互对接而导通光源4和外部电源。
按压灯体,直至磁吸公接头2外壁的弹珠2043卡入固定套201内壁所设的卡槽圈1013内,可防止灯体从附着物上掉落。
由于磁吸公接头2在可磁吸母接头1内360度转动,灯体的角度及光源的照射角度也得以360度调整。灯体旋转时,弹性导电头2024和导电杆芯1033 始终保持接触,光源与外部电源始终保持连通,灯光保持不灭。
Claims (4)
1.一种灯具磁吸连接器,其特征在于:包括磁吸母接头和磁吸公接头;
磁吸母接头包括用于固定在灯体上的固定套,固定套内设有母接绝缘套,母接绝缘套内设有母接导电筒,母接导电筒的前端面设有导电杆芯、后端面设有用于与灯体内的光源电连接的母接接线片、外围套接有母接磁铁;母接绝缘套设于固定套的后部,以在固定套的前部留出插接腔;
磁吸公接头包括前部可插接于插接腔内、后部可固定于附着物上的公接绝缘套,公接绝缘套内设有公接导电筒,公接导电筒的后端面设有用于与电源电连接的公接接线片、前端面设有用于与导电杆芯相对接的弹性导电头、外围套接有用于与母接磁铁相吸合的公接磁铁。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种灯具磁吸连接器,其特征在于:公接绝缘套的前部外壁设有伸缩卡扣,相应地,插接腔的内壁设有供伸缩卡扣卡接的卡槽圈,该卡槽圈设于弹性导电头压缩后伸缩卡扣方可卡入的位置。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种灯具磁吸连接器,其特征在于:伸缩卡扣包括扣筒、弹簧和弹珠,扣筒插接固定于公接绝缘套外壁所设的沉孔内,弹簧和弹珠均设于扣筒内,弹簧位于弹珠内侧,将弹珠的前部顶出扣筒外端面所设的弹珠孔外,从而将公接绝缘套锁扣于卡槽圈内。
4.根据权利要求2所述的一种灯具磁吸连接器,其特征在于:插接腔的内壁还设有供伸缩卡扣退出卡槽圈的滑槽。
