Embodiments of the present invention also disclose a computer program product, wherein, when the computer program product is run on a computer, the computer is caused to execute part or all of the steps of the method as in the above method embodiments.

Claims (10)

1. A problem solving assistance method, the method comprising:
when detecting that a user enters a problem solving interface of a certain problem, recording the problem solving duration of the user;
when the problem solving duration is greater than or equal to the preset duration, outputting voice inquiry information, wherein the voice inquiry information is used for inquiring whether the user needs to provide a problem solving idea or not;
receiving voice reply information input by the user, and identifying user intention according to the voice reply information;
if the user intention indicates that a solution thought needs to be provided, obtaining a solution process of the user on the solution interface, and obtaining a correct answer corresponding to the question and an answer analysis; analyzing the problem solving process according to the correct answer and the answer analysis, and judging whether the problem solving process is correct or not; if yes, detecting the problem solving step staying in the problem solving process, and outputting a problem solving idea corresponding to the problem solving step; and if not, identifying the error step of the problem solving process and outputting prompt information, wherein the prompt information is used for prompting the error step of the problem solving process of the user and prompting the user that the prompt information carries a problem solving idea corresponding to the error step.
2. The method according to claim 1, wherein analyzing the problem solving process according to the correct answer and the answer analysis, and determining whether the problem solving process is correct comprises:
decomposing the correct answer and the answer analysis, extracting each step of the correct answer, and extracting the answer analysis corresponding to each step of the correct answer;
extracting each step of the problem solving process, and matching the step of the correct answer with the step of the problem solving process corresponding to the step of the correct answer according to answer analysis corresponding to each step of the correct answer to obtain the matching degree of the step of the correct answer and the step of the problem solving process corresponding to the step of the correct answer;
judging whether the matching degree is greater than or equal to a preset matching degree threshold value or not;
if yes, determining that the steps of the problem solving process are correct; if not, determining that the step of the problem solving process is incorrect.
3. The method according to any one of claims 1-2, wherein after outputting the solution idea corresponding to the solution step, the method further comprises:
receiving a target problem solving step input by the user on the problem solving interface according to the problem solving thought, and detecting whether the target problem solving step is correct or not according to a correct answer corresponding to the problem;
if not, recording the problem solving information of the user, wherein the problem solving information comprises the question, the problem solving step and the problem solving thought;
and sending the problem solving information to the bound terminal equipment.
4. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
when the user is detected to finish solving the problems in the problem solving interface according to the problem solving thought, searching training problems in a problem database according to the problem solving thought;
and pushing the training questions to the user, and checking the problem solving steps of the training questions input by the user on a problem solving interface of the training questions.
5. A problem solving assistance client, the problem solving assistance client comprising:
the first recording unit is used for recording the problem solving duration of a user when the user is detected to enter a problem solving interface of a certain problem;
the output unit is used for outputting voice inquiry information when the question solving duration is greater than or equal to the preset duration, wherein the voice inquiry information is used for inquiring whether the user needs to provide a question solving idea or not;
the first recognition unit is used for receiving voice response information input by the user and recognizing user intention according to the voice response information;
the problem solving unit is used for acquiring the problem solving process of the user on the problem solving interface when the user intention indicates that a problem solving thought needs to be provided, detecting the problem solving step staying in the problem solving process and outputting the problem solving thought corresponding to the problem solving step;
the problem solving auxiliary client further comprises:
the obtaining unit is used for obtaining correct answers and answer analyses corresponding to the questions after the question solving unit obtains the question solving process of the user on the question solving interface;
the judging unit is used for analyzing the problem solving process according to the correct answer and the answer analysis and judging whether the problem solving process is correct or not;
the problem solving unit is specifically configured to detect a problem solving step remaining in the problem solving process when the judging unit judges that the problem solving process is correct, and output a problem solving idea corresponding to the problem solving step;
and the second identification unit is used for identifying the error step of the problem solving process and outputting prompt information when the judgment unit judges that the problem solving process is incorrect, wherein the prompt information is used for prompting the error step of the problem solving process of the user and the prompt information carries the problem solving thought corresponding to the error step.
6. The problem solving assistant client according to claim 5, wherein the judging unit comprises:

the detection unit is used for receiving a target problem solving step input by the user on the problem solving interface according to the problem solving thought and detecting whether the target problem solving step is correct or not according to a correct answer corresponding to the problem;
the second recording unit is used for recording the problem solving information of the user when the detection unit detects that the target problem solving step is correct, wherein the problem solving information comprises the problem, the problem solving step and the problem solving thought;
and the sending unit is used for sending the problem solving information to the bound terminal equipment.
8. The problem solving helper client of claim 5, further comprising:
the searching unit is used for searching the training questions in the question database according to the solving idea when detecting that the user finishes solving the questions in the solving interface according to the solving idea;
and the pushing unit is used for pushing the training questions to the user and checking the problem solving steps of the training questions input by the user on a problem solving interface of the training questions.

a processor coupled with the memory;
