the piston comprises a sliding part, a penetrating part and a sealing part which are integrally formed along the direction from the water inlet end to the water outlet end, wherein the penetrating part is penetrated on the sealing hole in a sliding way, the radial cross-sectional area of the sliding part is smaller than that of the sealing part, the radial cross-sectional area of the sealing part is larger than that of the sealing hole, the radial cross-sectional area of the sealing part is smaller than that of the shell, and when the sealing part moves to the limit towards the water inlet end, the sealing part is abutted against the sealing piece to seal the sealing hole, and when the sealing part is not contacted with the sealing piece, the sealing hole is communicated with the water outlet end;
the piston fixing piece is fixed on the inner side wall of the shell close to the side wall of the water outlet end and is positioned between the water inlet end and the sealing piece, a water inlet hole penetrating through the water inlet end and the sealing hole is formed in the radial end face of the piston fixing piece, a through piston cavity is formed in the piston fixing piece along the axial direction, the sliding part is arranged in the piston cavity in a sealing sliding mode, and a limiting protrusion is arranged in the piston cavity to limit the sliding part to be separated from the piston cavity when sliding towards the water outlet end;

the adjusting member includes:
the connecting piece is cylindrical, one end of the connecting piece extends into the piston cavity and is in threaded connection with the inner side wall of the piston cavity, a first sealing ring is arranged at the threaded connection part of the connecting piece and the piston cavity, the other end of the connecting piece is positioned outside the piston cavity, a fixing hole is formed in the outer side wall in the radial direction, a positioning column is in threaded connection with the fixing hole, and the insertion end of the positioning column extends into the connecting piece;
