本发明是一种新型绝缘材料,配方中的原料按重量百分比组成分别是:热塑性弹性体1‑5%,疏水材料1‑5%,聚酯长丝2‑4%,粘结剂5‑13%,石英砂15‑20%,二氧化硅8‑10%,丁苯胶乳5‑7%,通过本方法制备的产品,可以极大的降低漏电的情况出现,且造价较为低廉。

本发明公开了一种新型绝缘材料。
背景技术
绝缘材料是在允许电压下不导电的材料,但不是绝对不导电的材料,在一定外加电场强度作用下,也会发生导电、极化、损耗、击穿等过程,而长期使用还会发生老化,现有的材料中,有效改善了绝缘层的老化损害现象,但由于全部使用极性的胺类为基体,容易吸湿和吸附灰尘,长期使用会产生漏电现象,使用安全性不高。
发明内容
针对上述现有技术存在的问题,本发明提供一种新型绝缘材料,可以极大的降低漏电的情况出现,且造价较为低廉。
为了实现上述目的,本发明通过以下技术方案实现:一种新型绝缘材料,配方中的原料按重量百分比组成分别是:热塑性弹性体1-5%,疏水材料1-5%,聚酯长丝2-4%,粘结剂5-13%,石英砂15-20%,二氧化硅8-10%,丁苯胶乳5-7%。
有益效果:通过本方法制备的产品,可以极大的降低漏电的情况出现,且造价较为低廉。

一种新型绝缘材料,配方中的原料按重量百分比组成分别是:1%热塑性弹性体,1%疏水材料,2%聚酯长丝,5%粘结剂,15%石英砂,8%二氧化硅,5%丁苯胶乳,此时新型绝缘材料造价较为低廉,但是会出现漏电的情况。

一种新型绝缘材料,配方中的原料按重量百分比组成分别是:5%热塑性弹性体,5%疏水材料,4%聚酯长丝,13%粘结剂,20%石英砂,10%二氧化硅,7%丁苯胶乳,此时新型绝缘材料极大的降低了漏电的现象,但是造价较为昂贵。

一种新型绝缘材料,配方中的原料按重量百分比组成分别是:3%热塑性弹性体,3%疏水材料,3%聚酯长丝,9%粘结剂,17%石英砂,9%二氧化硅,6%丁苯胶乳,此时新型绝缘材料可以极大的降低漏电的情况出现,且造价较为低廉。
