Description

本发明涉及硬质合金磨料。
迄今为止,在各种地质勘探,石油钻井钻头上均使用硬质合金刀片,由于硬质合金刀片前角容易磨损,使钻头效率大大降低,使用寿命缩短,至使硬质合金利用率低,钻头提前报废,这样无疑是不经济的。
本发明的任是提供一种既耐磨、又多刃,在使用过程中,所有的切削刀一起均匀磨损,直至磨料全都磨削完为止的新材料。
本发明的任务是由如下方式完成的,用硬质合金颗粒和金属粉末均匀搅拌,可根据实用需要的各种几何形状,压制成形,然后烧结而成。
