Abstract
The application relates to a cooling spraying system of an annular forging blank forging press, which comprises a positioning punch cooling spraying device, a punching punch cooling spraying device, a forming punch cooling spraying device, a cooling water circulation system, a release agent conveying constant-pressure conveying system, a release agent storage tank and an automatic control system, wherein the cooling water circulation system, the release agent conveying constant-pressure conveying system, the release agent storage tank and the automatic control system are respectively connected with the spraying devices. The system can cool and atomize and spray three punches of the forging press, and corresponding spraying devices are respectively designed according to the positions of the three punches, so that the service life of the punches can be guaranteed by cooling; the spraying can ensure that the forged blank and the punch are not adhered to each other, and the workpiece or the punch is prevented from being damaged.

Technical Field
The application belongs to the field of forging presses, and relates to cooling and spraying of a release agent on a punch, in particular to a cooling and spraying system of an annular forging blank forging press.
Background
The forging press for the annular forging blank comprises three punches which are a positioning punch, a punching punch and a forming punch respectively, wherein the three punches are located at different positions, and the punches work for a long time to cause the temperature of a punch body to rise and the rigidity to drop, so that the punches need to be cooled. The blank and the punch are easy to be adhered in the stamping process, and the die is damaged, so that the three punches are required to be coated with release agents, and no spraying system applicable to the press exists at present.

The application has the advantages and positive effects that:

The application will now be described in further detail by way of specific examples, which are given by way of illustration only and not by way of limitation, with reference to the accompanying drawings.
The cooling and spraying system of the annular forging blank forging press comprises a positioning punch cooling and spraying device 1, a punching punch cooling and spraying device 3, a forming punch cooling and spraying device 2, a cooling water circulation system 4, a release agent conveying constant-pressure conveying system 6, a release agent storage tank 5 and an automatic control system 7 which are respectively connected with the spraying devices, as shown in fig. 1.
The positioning punch cooling spraying device comprises a rotating arm supporting seat 1-1, a first rotary arm 1-3, a second rotary arm 1-5, a positioning punch rotary spraying machine 1-8 and a positioning punch cooling water spraying ring 1-7, wherein the side face of one guide post 9 of a forging press is fixedly provided with the rotating arm supporting seat, one end of the first rotary arm is hinged on the rotating arm supporting seat, the first rotary arm is driven to rotate through a first rotary motor 1-2 fixedly arranged on the rotating arm supporting seat, the other end of the first rotary arm is connected with one end of the second rotary arm, the second rotary arm is driven to rotate through a second rotary motor 1-4, the second rotary motor is arranged at the joint of the two rotary arms, the other end of the second rotary arm is fixedly provided with the positioning punch rotary spraying machine, the positioning punch rotary spraying machine is connected with a demoulding agent constant pressure conveying system, a positioning punch cooling water spraying ring is coaxially arranged above the positioning punch rotary spraying machine, a plurality of cooling water spraying nozzles 1-6 are radially symmetrically arranged on the positioning punch cooling water spraying ring, the positioning punch cooling water spraying ring is connected with a cooling water circulating spraying system and is not arranged outside the positioning punch cooling water spraying system (shown in the figure).
The working engineering of the cooling spraying device of the positioning punch is as follows:
when the positioning punch is not in the working position, the rotating arm moves to the center position of the positioning punch 8, the punch support retracts, the punch falls to the spraying disc of the positioning punch rotary spraying machine along with the sliding block, when the punch enters the spraying cover opening, the cooling water nozzle is opened for spraying for 5 seconds, then the cooling water nozzle is closed, the spraying disc of the positioning punch rotary spraying machine rotates, meanwhile, atomization spraying is opened, the rotation is carried out for 3 circles, and atomization spraying is closed. The punch to be positioned is lifted to a set position along with the sliding block, and the rotating arm is moved out to a waiting position for the next spraying.
The punching punch cooling spraying device comprises a lifting frame 3-4, a telescopic arm 3-2, a punching punch rotary spraying machine 3-5 and a punching punch cooling water spraying ring 3-6, wherein the telescopic arm and a driving part 3-3 are arranged at the top of the lifting frame, one end of the telescopic arm is fixedly provided with the punching punch rotary spraying machine, the punching punch rotary spraying machine is connected with a release agent constant pressure conveying system, the punching punch cooling water spraying ring is coaxially and fixedly arranged below the punching punch rotary spraying machine, a plurality of cooling water nozzles 3-7 are symmetrically arranged on the punching punch cooling water spraying ring in the radial direction, the punching punch cooling water spraying ring is connected with a cooling water circulating system, and the punching punch spraying cover 3-1 is arranged outside the punching punch rotary spraying machine and the punching punch cooling water spraying ring.
The working engineering of the cooling spraying device of the punching head is as follows:
when the punching punch is positioned at the outer side, the punch support is retracted, the telescopic arm stretches to the center of the punching punch, the cooling water valve is opened, the six nozzles cool the punch for 5s, then the six nozzles are closed, meanwhile, the spraying valve of the rotary spraying machine of the punching punch is started, the punch is sprayed for 3 circles, the spraying valve is stopped, and the telescopic arm is retracted to the original position for waiting, so that one spraying period is completed.
The forming punch cooling spraying device comprises a lifting arm 2-3, a sliding rod 2-1, a forming punch rotary spraying machine 2-4 and a forming punch cooling water spraying ring 2-5, wherein the sliding rod is vertically and fixedly arranged on a supporting column 2-2, the lifting arm and the driving of the lifting arm are slidably arranged on the sliding rod, one end of the lifting arm is fixedly provided with the forming punch rotary spraying machine, the forming punch rotary spraying machine is connected with a release agent constant pressure conveying system, the forming punch cooling water spraying ring is coaxially and fixedly arranged above the forming punch rotary spraying machine, a plurality of cooling water nozzles are radially and symmetrically arranged on the forming punch cooling water spraying ring, the forming punch cooling water spraying ring is connected with a cooling water circulating system, and the forming punch spraying cover 2-6 is arranged on the outer sides of the forming punch rotary spraying machine and the forming punch cooling water spraying ring.
The working engineering of the forming punch cooling spraying device is as follows:
the cooling spray ring and the spraying spray ring of the forming punch are fixed, the forming punch moves downwards at a certain speed (set) after being swung out, the lower bottom of the forming punch 10 reaches the cooling range of the cooling spray ring, a cooling water valve is opened, six nozzles cool the punch, and when the requirement is met, the cooling water valve is closed. When the forming punch moves upwards, the release agent valve is opened, the rotary spraying disc is started to spray the punch, the punch rises at a certain speed, and when the forming punch leaves the spraying range, the release agent valve is closed, and cooling spraying is finished.
The cooling water circulation system comprises: after cooling water is sprayed, the water is recycled to a cooling water system for filtering, clarifying and storing, and then the constant pressure pump is used for enabling the constant pressure system of the system to be at a pressure of more than 0.3 MPa.
The release agent storage tank: the release agent is stored in a tank with a stirrer, and the tank is provided with a high-low level detection device for giving a signal.
The constant pressure conveying system comprises: the spraying agent is kept at constant pressure of 0.6MPa, and constant pressure release agent is provided at any time.
The automatic control system comprises: the automatic operation of the cooling water spraying, the release agent spraying, the cooling circulating water system and the storage tank constant pressure conveying system is automatically controlled by the PLC, so that unattended operation is realized.
The rotary sprayer of the present application has the same structure as the patent CN206122024 previously filed by the present inventor and will not be described in detail herein.
