referring to fig. 1, the invention discloses a dust removal cleaning device for a planar flexible material, which comprises a guide plate 3, a wind shield 6, a gas shield 9, a blowing roller assembly and a suction roller assembly; the ion wind devices 2 are arranged on the upper side and the lower side of the guide plate 3 in front of the cleaning device, so that the flexible material can remove surface static electricity before entering the cleaning device, dust is prevented from being adsorbed on the surface, and the ion wind devices 2 can be ion wind rods; the blowing roller wheel assembly and the suction roller wheel assembly are of a pair structure and are symmetrically distributed on the upper side and the lower side of the guide plate 3; the cleaning device is provided with a plurality of air blowing roller assemblies and air suction roller assemblies, and the number of the air blowing roller assemblies is the same as that of the air suction roller assemblies; the assembly of any one air blowing roller assembly on one side of the guide plate 3 comprises a first air blowing roller 4 and an air blowing shaft 5, the air blowing shaft 5 is the axis of the first air blowing roller 4, two ends of the air blowing shaft 5 are rotatably connected with two ends of the first air blowing roller 4, one end or two ends of the first air blowing roller 4 are provided with power devices, and when the power devices drive the first air blowing roller 4 to rotate, the air blowing shaft 5 does not rotate and is used for continuously outputting high-pressure air; the air suction roller wheel assembly on the upper side or the lower side of the guide plate 3 comprises a second air permeable roller 7 and an air suction shaft 8, the air suction shaft 8 is the axis of the second air permeable roller 7, and two ends of the air suction shaft 8 are rotatably connected with two ends of the second air permeable roller 7; one end or two ends of each second breathable roller 7 are provided with power devices for providing power for the second breathable rollers 7, and when the power devices drive the second breathable rollers 7 to rotate, the air suction shaft 8 does not rotate;
referring to fig. 2 and 3, the outer wall of the blowing shaft 5 is provided with a blowing groove 12 along the axial direction thereof, the inner cavity is filled with high-pressure air, and the surface of the first air-permeable roller 4 is provided with a vent hole; the outer wall of the air suction shaft 8 is provided with an air suction groove 13 along the axial direction, the inner cavity is communicated with an air suction fan, and the surface of the second ventilating roller 7 is provided with a vent hole; the four side walls of the air blowing groove 12 and the air suction groove 13 are respectively provided with an air protection plate 9, and the cross section area of the four air protection plates of each groove is gradually increased from the direction of the notch outwards; the included angle between two air-protecting plates 9 along the axial direction of each groove is less than or equal to 90 degrees; wind shields 6 are arranged between the first breathable roller 4 and the second breathable roller 7 on the upper side and the lower side of the guide plate 3; the blowing roller wheel assembly on the lower side of the guide plate 3 is provided with four quadrants around the blowing shaft 5, the four quadrants are a first quadrant, a second quadrant, a third quadrant and a fourth quadrant from the upper right to the upper left, and the blowing groove 12 is formed in the first quadrant to ensure that the flexible material and the suction shaft 8 are blown; the suction roller wheel assembly on the lower side of the guide plate 3 is provided with four quadrants around the suction shaft 8, the four quadrants are a first quadrant, a second quadrant, a third quadrant and a fourth quadrant from the upper right to the upper left, and the suction groove 13 is formed in the fourth quadrant to ensure that the flexible material and the air and dust in the direction of the blowing shaft 5 are absorbed. Similarly, the air blowing grooves 12 in the air blowing roller assembly on the upper side of the guide plate 3 are arranged in the second quadrant of the air blowing shaft 5, and the air suction grooves 13 in the air suction roller assembly are arranged in the third quadrant of the air suction shaft 8.
Referring to fig. 4, the guide plate 3 is provided with an air hole 14 and a rectangular hole 15; referring to fig. 5, a plurality of convex rings 10 are respectively laid on the outer surfaces of the first breathable roller 4 and the second breathable roller 7 at the lower side along the radial direction; each convex ring 10 passes through the long square hole 15 to contact with the plane flexible material, and clamps the plane flexible material with the first breathable roller 4 and the second breathable roller 7 on the upper side respectively. Referring to fig. 6, the first air-permeable roller 4 and the second air-permeable roller 7 are made of stainless steel, and the outer surfaces of the first air-permeable roller and the second air-permeable roller are subjected to anti-skid treatment, wherein the anti-skid treatment comprises coating of anti-skid materials or planting of short hairbrushes 11; the upper surface of the guide plate 3 in contact with the planar flexible material is smooth.
The invention can simultaneously arrange a plurality of air blowing roller assemblies and air suction roller assemblies on the upper side and the lower side of the guide plate, and is used for removing dust on the surface of the flexible material in multiple steps.
The working process is as follows:
referring to fig. 1, a plane flexible material 1 is placed on a guide plate 3 and is sent between ion wind devices 2, after the plane flexible material 1 sweeps ion wind through an upper ion wind device 2 and a lower ion wind device 2 at an inlet to remove static electricity, the high-pressure clean air in the first breathable roller wheel blows out from a directional air blowing groove 5 and blows towards the upper surface and the lower surface of the planar flexible material through meshes on the circumferential surface of the roller wheel, the high-pressure air flow enables the planar flexible material 1 to generate higher-frequency vibration, the high-pressure air blows off impurities such as glass powder on the surface of the planar flexible material, and the impurities enter the second breathable roller wheel along with the air flow through the surface of the meshes on the circumferential surface of the second breathable roller wheel 7 and enter an exhaust pipeline through an air suction shaft 8 to be discharged; the plane flexible material moves forward along the guide plate 2 and is continuously cleaned by the next group of air blowing roller wheel assemblies and air suction roller wheel assemblies until the surface is cleaned, the plane flexible material is pushed out of the dust removal cleaning device, and then the plane flexible material/paper is recovered, received and packaged.

A dust removal cleaning device for a plane flexible material is characterized by comprising a guide plate (3), an air blowing roller assembly and an air suction roller assembly; the blowing roller wheel assembly and the suction roller wheel assembly are of a pair structure and are symmetrically distributed on the upper side and the lower side of the guide plate (3); the blowing roller wheel assembly on each side of the guide plate (3) is provided with a blowing shaft (5), and the blowing shaft (5) is rotatably connected with a first breathable roller wheel (4) and is the axis of the first breathable roller wheel (4); the air suction roller wheel assembly on each side of the guide plate (3) is provided with an air suction shaft (8), and the air suction shaft (8) is rotatably connected with a second breathable roller wheel (7) and is the axis of the second breathable roller wheel (7); the surface of the guide plate (3) is of a mesh structure (14);
when the dust removal cleaning device cleans a plane flexible material, the plane flexible material (1) is flatly laid on the upper surface of the guide plate (3) and is contacted with a first breathable roller (4) and a second breathable roller (7) on the upper side of the guide plate (3);
the outer wall of the blowing shaft (5) is provided with a blowing groove (12) along the axial direction; the inner cavity of the blowing shaft (5) is filled with high-pressure air; the surface of the first breathable roller (4) is of a mesh structure;
an air suction groove (13) is formed in the outer wall of the air suction shaft (8) along the axial direction of the air suction shaft, and the inner cavity of the air suction shaft (8) is communicated with an air exhaust fan; the surface of the second breathable roller (7) is of a mesh structure;
the first breathable roller (4) and the second breathable roller (7) are made of stainless steel materials, and the outer surfaces of the first breathable roller and the second breathable roller are subjected to anti-skid treatment; the anti-skid treatment mode comprises coating anti-skid materials and planting brushes;

the upper surface of the guide plate (3) which is contacted with the plane flexible material (1) is smooth;
the upper side and the lower side of the guide plate (3) are provided with symmetrical ion wind devices (2) in front of the cleaning device.
2. The dust removing and cleaning device for the plane flexible material as claimed in claim 1, wherein wind shielding plates (6) are arranged between the first air roller (4) and the second air roller (7) on the upper side and the lower side of the guide plate (3).
3. The dust removing and cleaning device for the plane flexible material as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 2, wherein one end or both ends of the first air-permeable roller (4) and the second air-permeable roller (7) are provided with a power device.
