The working principle of the enzyme liquid detector and the alcohol detector is as follows: when the capacity of the solution in the enzyme liquid storage and the alcohol storage is little or no, the solution in the enzyme liquid bottle and the alcohol bottle is pumped out, so that the need of adding the solution into the bottle can be prompted to ensure the normal cleaning work; moreover, the solution in the pipeline is detected by a non-contact liquid detection sensor (such as an ultrasonic liquid detection sensor), so that the pollution of the sensor to the solution can be avoided.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the enzyme liquid delivery pipe and the alcohol delivery pipe are provided with pinch valves.
The working principle of the invention is as follows:
the endoscope is divided into a plurality of steps in the cleaning process, the conventional cleaning process comprises five steps of water cleaning (also called primary cleaning), enzyme cleaning, water cleaning (also called secondary cleaning), disinfectant cleaning and water cleaning (also called final cleaning), wherein the water cleaning refers to cleaning by introducing clean water (the clean water used in the cleaning process of a sterilizer is not pure water but common tap water), the enzyme cleaning refers to cleaning by mixing enzyme liquid and clean water into cleaning liquid, and the disinfectant cleaning refers to cleaning by introducing disinfectant. In each step, cleaning liquid (clear water, enzyme cleaning liquid or disinfectant) is filled into the cleaning tank, then the internal circulation cleaning flow and the external circulation cleaning flow are started, after each step is finished, the cleaning liquid is discharged out of the cleaning tank, and then the cleaning liquid used in the next step is injected.
Taking water washing as an example, before washing, connecting an endoscope tube to a washing connector, then closing a sealing cover, and beginning water injection into a washing tank, wherein the water injection specifically comprises the following actions: the control system controls the opening of the water inlet electric valve, water is sprayed into the cleaning tank from the water inlet and outlet after being conveyed through the first branch water pipe and the water inlet and outlet main pipe, and along with the continuous conveying of the water flow, the water level of the cleaning tank is continuously increased until the cleaning water fills the whole cleaning tank, and the water inlet action is stopped. The water level in the cleaning tank is full of the sealing cavity formed by the cleaning tank and the sealing cover, so that the inner wall of the sealing cover can be completely soaked, and the sealing cover can be disinfected, thereby avoiding secondary pollution to the endoscope caused by bacterial breeding.
After the water injection task is completed, the control system controls the internal circulation valve to be opened, the internal circulation pump starts to work, water in the cleaning tank is pumped out through the water inlet and outlet, is conveyed to the cleaning connector through the second branch water pipe and then is sprayed into the endoscope pipe, and finally flows into the cleaning tank from the endoscope pipe, so that water flow forms circulation flow among the second branch water pipe, the endoscope pipe and the cleaning tank, and the cleaning task for the endoscope pipe is continuously carried out in the flow. Meanwhile, the control system controls the external circulation pump to work, water in the cleaning tank is pumped out through the water outlet and is sprayed into the cleaning tank through the water outlet main pipe, the external circulation pipeline and the circulation spray head, so that external circulation flow is formed, the outer surface of the endoscope is cleaned in a flowing mode, on one hand, water flowing through the outer surface of the endoscope can play a role in promoting the cleaning of the outer surface of the endoscope, on the other hand, pollutants in the cleaning tank can be prevented from adhering to the wall of the cleaning tank, and the subsequent cleaning is prevented from being hindered.
When enzyme washing is carried out, the enzyme liquid is conveyed to the washing connector through the second branch water pipe by the enzyme liquid supply device, then is sprayed into the endoscope pipe, flows into the washing tank from the endoscope pipe, conveys a certain amount of enzyme liquid according to the concentration requirement of enzyme washing liquid, then is introduced into the washing tank, the process of introducing clear water is the same as the water washing process, and then inner circulation and outer circulation washing liquid operation are carried out, wherein the clear water and the enzyme liquid in the pipeline are mixed into enzyme washing liquid during initial inner circulation, and the subsequent inner circulation operation and outer circulation operation flow are the same as the water washing process.
When the disinfectant is washed, the control system controls the disinfectant suction pump to start, and the disinfectant in the disinfectant storage box is conveyed into the washing tank through the disinfectant conveying pipeline until the whole washing tank is filled. And then synchronously carrying out the cleaning operation of the inner circulation and the outer circulation, which is the same as the water washing process.
After the cleaning operation of each step is finished, the cleaning liquid is required to be discharged, and the control system controls the three-way valve to be finished, and in the water washing and enzyme washing stages, the three-way valve is controlled to allow the cleaning liquid to be discharged to the outside through the water discharge pipeline, and in the disinfectant washing stage, the three-way valve is controlled to allow the cleaning liquid to be recycled into the disinfectant storage tank.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects:
1. according to the cleaning method of the full-immersion type endoscope cleaning machine, the water inlet (namely the water inlet and the water outlet) of the cleaning tank is arranged on the wall of the clear water tank, the cleaning tank is sealed through the sealing cover during water injection, so that the water level in the cleaning tank is filled with a sealing cavity formed by the cleaning tank and the sealing cover, the inner wall of the sealing cover is fully immersed, the inner wall of the sealing cover can participate in the whole cleaning and disinfecting process, the disinfecting task is completed, and secondary pollution to an endoscope caused by bacterial breeding is avoided. And the water inlet and outlet and the flushing connector are also completely soaked in the cleaning liquid, so that all parts in the cleaning tank can be cleaned and disinfected, thereby thoroughly eliminating disinfection dead angles and realizing comprehensive cleaning and disinfection.
Compared with the mode of separating the water filling port from the water pumping port in the existing cleaning machine, the cleaning method of the full-immersion endoscope cleaning machine has the advantages that in the process of disinfecting or enzyme cleaning the endoscope tube by using disinfectant or enzyme cleaning liquid, the water filling port has the water pumping function, and the disinfectant can flow through the water inlet main pipe in the back pumping process, so that the water inlet main pipe can be disinfected, and secondary pollution to the cleaning of the endoscope caused by bacterial breeding on the water inlet main pipe is avoided; the existing water injection port can not perform the back suction task of water flow due to the fact that only one-way water injection task is performed, so that the main water pipe can not be disinfected due to the fact that disinfectant can not flow through the water injection pipe in the circulating flow process, and further secondary pollution to cleaning of an endoscope due to bacteria breeding can be caused to the water injection pipe, and cleaning and disinfecting effects are reduced. In addition, the water filling port and the water pumping port are arranged as one water inlet and outlet, so that the structure of the cleaning tank is simpler, and the installation and manufacturing cost is reduced.
According to the cleaning method of the full-immersion endoscope cleaning machine, water flow is pumped from the water outlet to the circulating nozzle through the external circulating pump, and is sprayed out from the circulating nozzle, so that disturbance water waves can be generated on water in the cleaning tank, the water waves can promote cleaning of the surface of the endoscope on one hand, and on the other hand, pollutants in the cleaning tank can be prevented from adhering to the wall of the cleaning tank, and the subsequent cleaning is prevented from being hindered.

Referring to fig. 1-3, the cleaning method of the full-immersion type endoscope cleaning machine comprises a cleaning machine body, a cleaning tank 1a arranged on the cleaning machine body and a sealing cover 2a for sealing the cleaning tank 1a, wherein the cleaning machine is provided with a sensing port 9a, a switch door 10a is arranged below the sensing port 9a, an operation panel 11a is arranged above the sensing port 9a, a water outlet 8a is arranged on the bottom of the cleaning tank 1a, water inlet and outlet ports 7a for introducing cleaning liquid into the cleaning tank 1a and sucking the cleaning liquid from the cleaning tank 1a are arranged on the wall of the cleaning tank 1a, a flushing connector 3a for flushing and sterilizing the endoscope is connected with the endoscope, and a circulating nozzle 4a for circularly spraying the cleaning liquid into the cleaning tank 1 a; the water outlet 8a is connected with the main water outlet pipe 5, an external circulation liquid outlet is arranged on the pipe wall of the main water outlet pipe 5, a three-way valve 15 is arranged at the water outlet of the main water outlet pipe 5, wherein the external circulation liquid outlet is connected with the circulating spray head 4a through an external circulation pipeline 19, and an external circulation pump 20 for pumping water flow from the external circulation liquid outlet to the circulating spray head 4a is arranged on the external circulation pipeline 19; the water inlet of the three-way valve 15 is connected with the main drainage pipe 5, one water outlet of the three-way valve 15 is connected with the drainage pipeline 42, the drainage pipeline 42 is provided with a drainage pump 44, and the other water outlet of the three-way valve 15 is connected with the disinfectant storage tank 14; the disinfectant storage tank 14 is connected with the cleaning tank 1a through a disinfectant conveying pipeline 3, a disinfectant suction pump 12 is arranged in the disinfectant conveying pipeline 3, and the disinfectant suction pump 12 and a disinfectant valve 13 are arranged on the disinfectant conveying pipeline 3; the water inlet and outlet 7a is connected with a water inlet and outlet main pipe 6, a three-way pipe 43 is arranged on the water inlet and outlet main pipe, one pipe orifice of the three-way pipe 43 is communicated with a water source of cleaning water through a first branch water pipe 2, and a water inlet electric valve 9 and a water inlet booster pump 8 are arranged on the first branch water pipe 2; the other pipe orifice of the three-way pipe 43 is connected with the flushing connector 3a through a second branch water pipe 7, and an internal circulating pump 10, an internal circulating valve 11 and an enzyme liquid supply device are arranged on the second branch water pipe 7; the three-way valve 15, the external circulation pump 20, the internal circulation pump 10 and the disinfectant suction pump 12 are respectively connected with a control system.
The cleaning tank 1a is also provided with a liquid level sensor for detecting whether the cleaning tank 1a is full of cleaning liquid, and the liquid level sensor is connected with a control system. When the water level fills the sealing cavity formed by the cleaning tank 1a and the sealing cover 2a during operation, the liquid level sensor sends a signal of water filling to the control system, and the control system controls the water inlet electric valve 9 to be closed, so that water inlet action is stopped. Therefore, the judgment of whether the cleaning tank 1a is full of cleaning liquid or not and the water cut-off action can be automatically completed instead of manual work, and the water injection intellectualization is realized.
Referring to fig. 2 and 3, the cleaning tank 1a is a rectangular tank, and two adjacent side walls of the rectangular tank are in transition by an arc surface; the water inlet and outlet 7a is arranged in the middle of the first side wall of the rectangular groove, the flushing connector 3a is arranged on the second side wall opposite to the first side wall, the remaining two side walls of the rectangular groove are a third side wall and a fourth side wall, the circulating spray head 4a is arranged at the arc surface between the second side wall and the third side wall, and the circulating spray head 4a faces the fourth side wall and obliquely upwards; the drain opening 8a is provided in the bottom of the rectangular groove near the second side wall. After the arrangement, during operation, cleaning liquid flows in from the flushing connector 3a and the circulating nozzle 4a of the second side wall of the rectangular groove, wherein the cleaning liquid of the flushing connector 3a enters the cleaning tank 1a after passing through the endoscope tube, the cleaning liquid of the circulating nozzle 4a directly enters the cleaning tank 1a, meanwhile, part of the cleaning liquid flows out from one end of the water inlet and outlet 7a and returns to the flushing connector 3a to form internal circulation, and part of the cleaning liquid returns to the circulating nozzle 4a from the water outlet 8a through the external circulation liquid outlet and the external circulation pipeline to form external circulation; wherein, because the circulation nozzle 4a faces the fourth side wall and is inclined upwards, the sprayed cleaning liquid pushes the cleaning liquid to flow to the fourth side wall, and then turns backwards to flow to the first side wall, and because the water inlet and outlet 7a is arranged in the middle of the first side wall, the cleaning liquid flowing out from the water inlet and outlet 7a also promotes the cleaning liquid to flow from the fourth side wall to the first side wall, so as to form local circulation; the circulation flow continues to flow forward to reach the third side wall, and as the water outlet 8a is arranged in the bottom of the rectangular groove near the second side wall, the cleaning liquid discharged from the water outlet 8a also promotes the cleaning liquid to flow from the first side wall to the third side wall, so that a complete circulation flow is formed, the circulation flow promotes the cleaning liquid to flow circularly in the cleaning tank 1a, the circulation flow covers the whole cleaning tank 1a, and as the circulation spray head 4a inclines upwards, the cleaning liquid in the cleaning tank 1a can roll from the inside to the liquid level, so that the cleaning liquid is fully sprayed in the horizontal direction and the vertical direction, the surface of the endoscope is fully washed in multiple directions, and all parts of the cleaning tank 1a can be cleaned under the action of flowing water flow, so that the cleaning effect is greatly improved.
Referring to fig. 2 and 3, the tank wall of the cleaning tank 1a is further provided with a ventilation connector 5a for detecting the air tightness of the endoscope, the ventilation connector 5a is connected with a leakage detection pump 39 through a leakage detection pipe 38, the leakage detection pipe 38 is provided with a leakage detection valve 40 and a deflation valve 41, and the leakage detection pump 39, the leakage detection valve 40 and the deflation valve 41 are connected with a control system. In use, the endoscope is first mounted on the ventilation connector 5a, and then the leak detection pump 39 is used to detect whether the air tightness of the endoscope is good or not by pumping air into the endoscope through the leak detection valve 40. The advantage of setting like this is that for the cleaning machine has the cleaning function simultaneously, also has the gas tightness and detects the function, has realized the integration that the scope washs and the gas tightness detected, thereby has improved the performance of device.
Referring to fig. 2, the bottom of the sealing cover 2a is provided with a recess portion recessed toward the cleaning tank 1a side. The advantage of setting like this lies in, on the one hand can make the bottom of sealed lid 2a fully submerge in the antiseptic solution to carry out abundant disinfection to sealed lid 2a, on the other hand, the depressed part can occupy the washing tank 1a partial space, makes the volume of washing tank 1a reduce, thereby can reduce the quantity of antiseptic solution in the disinfection process, and because the depressed part has the effect of pressing to the endoscope pipe, can guarantee that the endoscope pipe is whole to soak in the antiseptic solution, consequently can not influence the disinfection effect again when reducing the antiseptic solution quantity.
Referring to fig. 2, one end of the sealing cover 2a is provided with a connecting plate 6a, the middle part of the connecting plate 6a is hinged on the machine body through a hinge shaft, the tail end of the connecting plate 6a is provided with a sealing cover 2a driving mechanism for driving the sealing cover 2a to automatically open and close, and the sealing cover 2a driving mechanism is connected with the control system. Through the arrangement, when the sealing cover 2a driving mechanism works, the opening and closing tasks of the sealing cover 2a can be automatically completed under the control of the control system, so that pollution caused by hand contact in the process of opening and closing the sealing cover 2a is effectively prevented. Wherein, the driving mechanism of the sealing cover 2a is composed of an air cylinder or an electromagnet.
Referring to fig. 4, the enzyme liquid supply device comprises an enzyme liquid conveying pipeline 4 and an enzyme liquid bottle 18, wherein the enzyme liquid conveying pipeline 4 is provided with an enzyme liquid one-way valve 16 and an enzyme liquid suction pump 17, one end of the enzyme liquid one-way valve is communicated with the enzyme liquid bottle 18, and the other end of the enzyme liquid one-way valve is communicated with the second branch water pipe 7; the internal circulation valve 11 is positioned between the communication point of the enzyme liquid conveying pipeline 4 and the communication point of the first branch water pipe 2.
Referring to fig. 4, one end of the disinfection delivery pipe 3 is communicated with the main drainage pipe 5, and the other end is communicated with the bottom of the disinfection solution storage tank 14. When the sterilizing liquid is in operation, the sterilizing liquid is upwards gushed into the cleaning tank 1a from the main water drain pipe 5 through the water drain port, and the water drain port is covered by the sterilizing liquid, so that the sterilizing liquid can be greatly prevented from being contacted with air in the cleaning tank 1a, and secondary pollution is prevented from being generated.
Referring to fig. 4, the first branch water pipe 2 is provided with a filter 21 for filtering the washing water, so that the cleanliness of the washing water can be further ensured by filtering the washing water before washing. The filter 21 is provided with a filter pipe 22 for discharging the cleaning water or the disinfectant therein, and the filter pipe 22 is provided with a filter discharge pump 23 and a discharge motor-operated valve 24. After the cleaning is completed, the cleaning water in the filter 21 can be discharged by the above structure, and generation of harmful substances such as bacteria after standing can be prevented.
Referring to fig. 4, a self-sterilizing pipe 25 is arranged between the sterilizing liquid storage tank 14 and the first branch water pipe 2, and a self-sterilizing electric valve 26 is arranged on the self-sterilizing pipe 25; the first branch water pipe 2 is provided with a water inlet valve 45 and a water inlet one-way valve 27, and the communication points of the water inlet valve 45, the water inlet one-way valve 27, the self disinfection pipeline 25 and the first branch water pipe 2, the water inlet booster pump 8, the water inlet electric valve 9 and the communication points of the first branch water pipe 2 and the water inlet and outlet main pipe 6 are distributed in sequence along the water flow direction of the cleaning water. Through the structure, the sterilizing liquid suction pump 12 and the self-sterilizing electric valve 26 are opened, the sterilizing liquid in the sterilizing liquid storage tank 14 can be led into the self-sterilizing pipeline 25, and then pumped into the cleaning tank 1a along the first branch water pipe 2 and the water inlet and outlet main pipe 6, after the cleaning tank 1a is full, the internal circulation pump 10 and the internal circulation valve 11 are opened, so that the sterilizing liquid in the cleaning tank 1a returns into the cleaning tank 1a along the water inlet and outlet main pipe 6, the second branch water pipe 7 and the flushing connector, and the sterilizing liquid can sterilize the first branch water pipe 2, the water inlet and outlet main pipe 6, the second branch water pipe 7 and the cleaning tank 1a respectively, thereby preventing harmful substances such as bacteria and the like from breeding. In the practical application process, when the disinfection effect of disinfectant is fast and invalid, the disinfectant in the disinfectant storage tank 14 can be sequentially led to each cleaning pipeline through the preferred self disinfection pipeline 25, so that devices such as each flushing pipeline, the booster pump, the valve and the filter 21 are disinfected, and after cleaning and disinfection are finished, the fast and invalid disinfectant is discharged through the drainage main pipe and the drainage pipeline, so that the disinfectant is fully utilized. The heating pipe 48 is arranged in the disinfectant storage tank 14, and the disinfectant in the disinfectant storage tank is heated through the heating pipe 48, so that the disinfectant is in a constant temperature state, and the disinfection effect is improved. Whether the disinfectant is invalid or not is known through test paper testing, specifically, a test pipeline 46 is arranged in the disinfectant storage tank 14, a test conveying pump 47 is arranged on the test pipeline 46, the disinfectant in the disinfectant storage tank 14 is sent out of the test pipeline 46 by the test conveying pump 47, the disinfectant is received at the tail end of the test pipeline 46 by using test paper manually, and the validity of the disinfectant is tested.
Referring to fig. 4, the second branch water pipe 7 is communicated with a blow-drying pump 29 for drying the pipeline through a ventilation pipeline 28, an air inlet valve 30 is arranged on the ventilation pipeline 28, and a 0.2um air filtering device is arranged on the ventilation pipeline. After the cleaning operation is completed, the air inlet valve 30 is opened, the blow-drying pump 29 starts to work, and air is blown into the pipeline to accelerate drying in the pipeline. Wherein, 0.2um air filter is used for guaranteeing the purity of blowing out the air of blowing-drying pump.
Referring to fig. 4, the second branch water pipe 7 is communicated with an alcohol bottle 32 through an alcohol delivery pipe 31, and the alcohol delivery pipe 31 is provided with an alcohol check valve 33 and an alcohol suction pump 34. The purpose is that when blowing and drying are carried out in the pipeline by utilizing the blow-drying pump 29, the residual liquid in the pipeline is convenient to blow and dry rapidly due to the good volatility of the alcohol; when the device works, the alcohol suction pump 34 is started, alcohol in the alcohol bottle 32 is led into the second branch water pipe 7 and the endoscope, and then the blow-drying pump 29 is started to blow air to the second branch water pipe 7 and the endoscope, so that residual liquid in the second branch water pipe 7 and the endoscope is blown to be dried rapidly.
One ends of the enzyme liquid conveying pipeline 4 and the alcohol conveying pipeline 31 are communicated and then connected with the second branch water pipe 7.
Referring to fig. 4, the enzyme liquid conveying pipeline 4 is provided with an enzyme liquid detector 35 for detecting whether the enzyme liquid in the enzyme liquid bottle 18 is used up, the enzyme liquid detector 35 comprises an enzyme liquid storage and a non-contact liquid detection sensor 36 arranged at the outer bottom of the enzyme liquid storage, and the enzyme liquid storage is connected in series with the enzyme liquid conveying pipeline 4; the alcohol delivery pipe 31 is provided with an alcohol detector for detecting whether the alcohol of the alcohol bottle 32 is used up, the alcohol detector comprises an alcohol storage and a non-contact liquid detection sensor arranged at the bottom of the alcohol storage, and the alcohol storage is connected in series with the alcohol delivery pipe 31. The working principle of the enzyme liquid detector 35 and the alcohol detector 36 is as follows: when there is little or no volume of solution in the enzyme solution reservoir and alcohol reservoir, indicating that the solution in the enzyme solution bottle 18 and alcohol bottle 32 has been evacuated, it may be indicated that the addition of solution to the bottle is required to ensure proper cleaning operation; moreover, the solution in the pipeline is detected by a non-contact liquid detection sensor (such as an ultrasonic liquid detection sensor), so that the pollution of the sensor to the solution can be avoided.
The enzyme liquid conveying pipeline 4 and the alcohol conveying pipeline 31 are respectively provided with a pinch valve 37.
Referring to fig. 4, a ventilation connector is disposed in the cleaning tank 1a, and the ventilation connector is communicated with a leakage detection pump 39 through a leakage detection pipe 38, and a leakage detection valve 40 and a deflation valve 41 are disposed on the leakage detection pipe 38. With the above structure, before the cleaning is started, the ventilation connector is communicated with the endoscope tube, and then the air release valve 41 is opened to start the leak detection pump 39, so that the airtight performance of the endoscope tube can be detected.
Referring to fig. 1 to 4, the cleaning method of the full immersion endoscope cleaning machine in this embodiment has the following working principle:

In each step, cleaning solution (clean water, enzyme cleaning solution or disinfectant) is filled into the cleaning tank 1a, then the internal circulation cleaning flow and the external circulation cleaning flow are started, after each step is completed, the cleaning solution is discharged out of the cleaning tank 1a, and then the cleaning solution used in the next step is injected.
Taking water washing as an example, before washing, an endoscope tube is connected to the washing connector 3a, then the sealing cover 2a is closed, and water injection into the washing tank 1a is started, specifically, the water injection action is as follows: the control system controls the opening of the water inlet electric valve 9, after the water flows through the first branch water pipe 2 and the water inlet and outlet main pipe 6, the water is sprayed into the cleaning tank 1a from the water inlet and outlet port 7a, and along with the continuous conveying of the water flow, the water level of the cleaning tank 1a is continuously increased until the cleaning water fills the whole cleaning tank 1a, and the water inlet action is stopped. Because the water level in the cleaning tank 1a is filled with the sealing cavity formed by the cleaning tank 1a and the sealing cover 2a, the inner wall of the sealing cover 2a can be completely soaked, and the sealing cover 2a is sterilized, so that secondary pollution to the endoscope caused by bacterial growth is avoided.
After the water injection task is completed, the control system controls the internal circulation valve 11 to be opened, the internal circulation pump 10 starts to work, water in the cleaning tank 1a is pumped out through the water inlet and outlet port 7a, is conveyed to the position of the flushing connector 3a through the second branch water pipe 7, is sprayed into the endoscope pipe, and finally flows into the cleaning tank 1a from the endoscope pipe, so that water flow forms circulation flow among the second branch water pipe 7, the endoscope pipe and the cleaning tank 1a, and the flushing task on the endoscope pipe is continuously carried out in the flow. Meanwhile, the control system controls the external circulation pump 20 to work, water in the cleaning tank 1a is pumped out through the water outlet 8a and is sprayed into the cleaning tank 1a through the water outlet main pipe 5, the external circulation pipeline 19 and the circulation spray head 4a, so that external circulation flow is formed, the outer surface of the endoscope is cleaned in a flowing mode, on one hand, the water flowing through the outer surface of the endoscope can promote cleaning of the outer surface of the endoscope, on the other hand, pollutants in the cleaning tank 1a can be prevented from adhering to the wall of the cleaning tank 1a, and the subsequent cleaning is prevented from being hindered.
When enzyme washing is carried out, the enzyme liquid is conveyed to the position of the washing connector 3a through the second branch water pipe 7 by the enzyme liquid supply device and then sprayed into the endoscope pipe, a certain amount of enzyme liquid is conveyed according to the concentration requirement of enzyme washing liquid, then clear water is introduced into the washing tank 1a, the process of introducing clear water is the same as the water washing process, and then inner circulation and outer circulation washing liquid operation is carried out, wherein the enzyme liquid in the clear water and the enzyme liquid in the pipeline are mixed into the enzyme washing liquid during initial inner circulation, and the subsequent inner circulation operation and outer circulation operation flow are the same as the water washing process.
When the disinfectant is washed, the control system controls the disinfectant suction pump 12 to be started, and the disinfectant in the disinfectant storage tank 14 is conveyed into the washing tank 1a through the disinfectant conveying pipeline 3 until the whole washing tank 1a is filled. And then synchronously carrying out the cleaning operation of the inner circulation and the outer circulation, which is the same as the water washing process.
After the cleaning operation of each step is completed, the cleaning liquid is required to be discharged, and the control system controls the three-way valve 15, so that the three-way valve 15 is controlled to allow the cleaning liquid to be discharged to the outside through the water discharge pipeline 42 in the washing stage of water washing and enzyme washing, and the three-way valve 15 is controlled to allow the cleaning liquid to be recovered into the disinfectant storage tank 14 in the disinfectant washing stage for recycling.
In addition, after the cleaning operation of each step is completed, in order to avoid the influence of the residual liquid in the pipeline on the cleaning of the next step, a blow-drying operation flow is started, specifically, a blow-drying pump 29 is started, and the residual liquid is blown to the second branch water pipe 7 and the endoscope through a ventilation pipeline 28 to blow dry. In the invention, the drying by adopting alcohol is performed once after the drying by last washing, and is an optional step.

Claims (10)
1. The cleaning method of the full-immersion type endoscope cleaning machine is characterized in that the full-immersion type endoscope cleaning machine comprises a cleaning tank and a sealing cover for sealing the cleaning tank, wherein a water outlet is arranged on the bottom of the cleaning tank, a water inlet and a water outlet for introducing cleaning liquid into the cleaning tank and sucking the cleaning liquid from the cleaning tank, a flushing connector for flushing and sterilizing the endoscope and a circulating nozzle for circulating and spraying the cleaning liquid into the cleaning tank are arranged on the wall of the cleaning tank;
The water outlet is connected with a main drainage pipe, an external circulation liquid outlet is arranged on the pipe wall of the main drainage pipe, a three-way valve is arranged at the water outlet of the main drainage pipe, wherein the external circulation liquid outlet is connected with the circulation spray head through an external circulation pipeline, and an external circulation pump for pumping water flow from the external circulation liquid outlet to the circulation spray head is arranged on the external circulation pipeline; the water inlet of the three-way valve is connected with the main drainage pipe, one water outlet of the three-way valve is connected with the drainage pipeline, and the other water outlet of the three-way valve is connected with the disinfectant storage tank; the disinfectant storage box is connected with the cleaning tank through a disinfectant conveying pipeline, and a disinfectant suction pump is arranged in the disinfectant conveying pipeline;
the water inlet and outlet is connected with a water inlet and outlet main pipe, a three-way pipe is arranged on the water inlet and outlet main pipe, one pipe orifice of the three-way pipe is communicated with a water source of cleaning water through a first branch water pipe, and a water inlet electric valve is arranged on the first branch water pipe; the other pipe orifice of the three-way pipe is connected with the flushing connector through a second branch water pipe, and an internal circulating pump, an internal circulating valve and an enzyme liquid supply device are arranged on the second branch water pipe; the three-way valve, the external circulation pump, the internal circulation pump and the disinfectant suction pump are respectively connected with the control system;
The cleaning method comprises the following steps:
before cleaning, connecting an endoscope tube to a flushing connector, closing a sealing cover, starting to inject water into a cleaning tank, controlling a water inlet electric valve to be opened by a control system, and spraying water into the cleaning tank from a water inlet and outlet after the water is conveyed by a first branch water tube and a water inlet and outlet main tube; after the water injection task is completed, the control system controls the internal circulation valve to be opened, the internal circulation pump starts to work, water in the cleaning tank is pumped out through the water inlet and outlet, is conveyed to the cleaning connector through the second branch water pipe, is sprayed into the endoscope pipe, and finally flows into the cleaning tank from the endoscope pipe.
2. The method according to claim 1, wherein a liquid level sensor for detecting whether the cleaning tank is full of cleaning liquid is further provided in the cleaning tank, and the liquid level sensor is connected to a control system.

The method according to claim 1, wherein the cleaning tank is a rectangular tank, and two adjacent side walls of the rectangular tank are transited by an arc surface; the water inlet and outlet is arranged in the middle of a first side wall of the rectangular groove, the flushing connector is arranged on a second side wall opposite to the first side wall, the remaining two side walls of the rectangular groove are a third side wall and a fourth side wall, the circulating spray head is arranged at the arc surface between the second side wall and the third side wall, and the circulating spray head faces the fourth side wall and is obliquely upwards; the drain opening is disposed in the bottom of the rectangular channel proximate the second sidewall.

The cleaning method of a full immersion endoscope cleaning machine according to claim 1, wherein a vent connector for detecting the air tightness of the endoscope is further arranged on the wall of the cleaning tank and connected with the endoscope, the vent connector is connected with a leak detection pump through a leak detection pipeline, a leak detection valve and a deflation valve are respectively arranged on the leak detection pipeline, and the leak detection pump, the leak detection valve and the deflation valve are connected with a control system.
5. The method according to any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein the bottom of the sealing cover is provided with a recess portion recessed toward one side of the cleaning tank.

The method according to any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein a connecting plate is provided at one end of the sealing cover, the middle part of the connecting plate is hinged to the machine body through a hinge shaft, and a sealing cover driving mechanism for driving the sealing cover to automatically open and close is provided at the end of the connecting plate, and the sealing cover driving mechanism is connected with the control system.
7. The method according to any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein one end of the disinfection delivery tube is connected to the main drain tube, and the other end is connected to the bottom of the disinfection solution storage tank.

The method according to any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein the enzyme liquid supply device comprises an enzyme liquid delivery pipe and an enzyme liquid bottle, the enzyme liquid delivery pipe is provided with an enzyme liquid check valve and an enzyme liquid suction pump, one end of the enzyme liquid delivery pipe is communicated with the enzyme liquid bottle, and the other end of the enzyme liquid delivery pipe is communicated with the second branch water pipe; the internal circulation valve is positioned between the communication point of the enzyme liquid conveying pipeline and the three-way pipe.
9. The method according to any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein a filter for filtering the cleaning water is provided on the first branched water pipe.
10. The method according to claim 9, wherein the filter is provided with a filter pipe for discharging the cleaning water or the disinfectant therein, and the filter pipe is provided with a filter discharge pump and a discharge motor-operated valve.
