Technical Field

Background
The steam generator, called SG for short, is one of the key equipment of the nuclear power plant and plays roles of isolation and heat exchange of the primary loop and the secondary loop. Most of SG of the current nuclear power plants adopt a vertical natural circulation structure form with a built-in steam-water separator. In the normal operation of a nuclear power unit, insoluble corrosion products can be generated in SG and water supply systems even if the secondary circuit water chemistry is strictly controlled. The corrosion products are discharged by the sewage disposal system, and are deposited on the surfaces of the SG secondary side tube plates, the gaps of the tube bundles and the supporting plates, so that sludge accumulation is formed, and finally the problems of corrosion, heat efficiency reduction, unstable water level and the like of the heat transfer tubes are caused.
Running experience at home and abroad shows that the sediment on the secondary side of SG is removed periodically, so that the corrosion and cracking trend of the heat transfer tube can be slowed down. As a periodical measure for SG secondary side maintenance, sludge hydraulic flushing, abbreviated as S/L, is increasingly commonly used in domestic and foreign pressurized water reactor nuclear power plants. The technology utilizes high-pressure water jet to break up sediment in the tube bundle and wash the sediment to the outer ring gallery, drives the sediment to the suction inlet of the suction system through circulation and sucks the sediment out of the suction system so as to achieve the aim of removing sediment on the secondary side of the SG.
At present, domestic SG sludge hydraulic flushing is widely applied to each overhaul site, but the current flushing range of the flushing devices is only aimed at the lower surfaces of SG secondary side tube plates and flow distribution plates, flushing of the supporting plates on the upper surface of a first supporting plate and above is still a blind area, and sludge deposited on the supporting plates still has a certain damage to heat transfer tubes.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention provides a steam generator flushing gun structure aiming at hydraulic flushing of sludge on a secondary side supporting plate of a steam generator of a nuclear power plant, and the sludge gun can reach the upper surface of the supporting plate, thereby achieving the aim of flushing the sludge of the supporting plate.
The invention is realized in the following way:
a gun body for flushing mud residue of a steam generator supporting plate comprises a flexible guide device, a head joint of the flexible guide device and a gun head; the flexible guiding device is internally provided with a first rotary flexible shaft for controlling the joint steering of the head of the flexible guiding device and a second rotary flexible shaft for controlling the rotation of the nozzle of the gun head; the gun also comprises a push-pull flexible steel belt for controlling push-pull movement of the gun head, wherein the steel belt is controlled by a push-pull driving mechanism; the gun head nozzle is connected with a first high-pressure hose and a second high-pressure hose, and water inlet ends of the two hoses are connected with a high-pressure pump through a high-pressure pipe.
The left nozzle, the right nozzle and the screw rod sliding block mechanism are all arranged on the gun head; the left nozzle and the right nozzle are respectively arranged at the left side and the right side of the screw rod sliding block mechanism and are symmetrical along the axis of the gun head; the rotating sleeve is respectively fixed on the outer walls of the left nozzle and the right nozzle and is positioned at the inner sides of the left nozzle and the right nozzle, and an arc-shaped wheel groove is formed in the rotating sleeve and is used for accommodating a sliding block at the outer side of the screw rod sliding block mechanism; when the screw rod sliding block mechanism is driven by the second rotary flexible shaft to do reciprocating motion, the sliding block and the arc-shaped wheel groove convert the motion into rotation of the rotating sleeve, so that the left nozzle and the right nozzle are driven to rotate.

The lower end of the flexible guide device is provided with a flexible shaft and high-pressure hose guide holes along the length direction, and the flexible shaft and the high-pressure hose guide holes are four in number and used for penetrating a first high-pressure hose, a second high-pressure hose, a first rotary flexible shaft and a second rotary flexible shaft respectively; the upper end of the inside of the flexible guiding device is provided with a push-pull flexible steel belt guiding hole along the length direction, which is used for penetrating the push-pull flexible steel belt.
And guide rails are arranged on two sides of the flexible guide device and used for controlling the installation of the flexible guide device in the SG hand hole.
The head joint of the flexible guiding device is realized by a turbine, and the first rotary flexible shaft is realized by a worm; through the cooperation of turbine and worm, rotate the rotation of first rotatory flexible axle drive flexible guider head joint to realize controlling the rifle head and rotate.

6. a flexible steel belt is used in the process of pushing and pulling the gun head, and the steel belt has strong rigidity after the moving direction is changed.

When the screw rod sliding block mechanism 13 is driven by the second rotary flexible shaft 6 to do reciprocating motion, the sliding block 16 and the arc-shaped wheel groove 15 convert the motion into rotation of the rotating sleeve 14, so that the left nozzle 11 and the right nozzle 12 are driven to rotate.

When the flushing operation is carried out, high-pressure water is sprayed out from the nozzle, and a reaction force is generated to fix the positioning toe 17 in the central pipe gallery through hole 18 of the supporting plate, so that the position of the gun head 10 is fixed in the flushing process. When the high-pressure water is stopped from being output, the toe return spring 19 will position the toe 17 to spring upwards, and the gun head 10 can continue to move.
As shown in fig. 5, the flexible shaft and the high-pressure hose guiding holes 21 are formed at the lower end of the flexible guiding device 8 along the length direction, and the four flexible shaft and the high-pressure hose guiding holes are respectively used for penetrating the first high-pressure hose 2, the second high-pressure hose 3, the first rotary flexible shaft 5 and the second rotary flexible shaft 6. A flexible steel belt guiding hole 20 for pushing and pulling is provided at the upper end of the inside of the flexible guiding device 8 along the length direction for passing through the flexible steel belt 7. Guide rails 22 are provided on both sides of the flexible guide 8 for controlling the installation of the flexible guide 8 in the SG hand hole 23.
As shown in fig. 6, the flexible guiding device head joint 9 is realized by a turbine, and the first rotary flexible shaft 5 is realized by a worm. Through the cooperation of the turbine and the worm, the first rotary flexible shaft 5 is rotated to drive the joint 9 of the head of the flexible guiding device to rotate, so that the gun head 10 is controlled to rotate.
As shown in fig. 7, the flexible guide 8 includes a plurality of housings 24 and a plurality of hinges 25, and the adjacent housings 24 are connected together by the hinges 25.
The cross section of the upper part of the shell 24 is trapezoid, and the included angle of trapezoid hypotenuses of two adjacent shells 24 determines the rotating direction and angle of the flexible guiding device 8.
The working process of the invention is as follows:
the guide rail 22 is firstly installed in the SG hand hole 23, the head of the guide rail 22 enters the inner wall of the sleeve 26, then the flexible guide device 8 is sent into the steam generator along the guide rail 22, the gun head 10 moves upwards along the guide rail 22 after passing through the sleeve 26, and the movement direction of the flexible guide device 8 is not changed after extending out of the guide rail 22 because the flexible guide device 8 is designed to rotate only in a single direction. When the gun head 10 reaches the supporting plate 27, the first rotary flexible shaft 5 controls the worm and gear structure of the joint 9 of the head of the flexible guiding device to place the gun head 10 above the supporting plate 27, and then the push-pull flexible steel belt 7 is pushed by the push-pull driving mechanism 1 to drive the gun head 10 to move forwards, so that flushing work is carried out at a designated position.
