A cleaning method of a pipeline cleaning device comprises a first cleaning pipe and a second cleaning pipe, wherein the first cleaning pipe is of a conical structure, cleaning brushes are arranged on the periphery of the first cleaning pipe and are uniformly arranged, the first cleaning pipe is provided with dredging holes and a reinforcing plate, the reinforcing plate is connected with a rotating roller, the inside of the rotating roller is of a hollow structure, water spray pipes are arranged inside the rotating roller, high-pressure spray nozzles are arranged at the end parts of the water spray pipes, the rotating roller is connected with the second cleaning pipe, bulges are uniformly arranged on the periphery of the second cleaning pipe, cleaning blades are arranged on the bulges, connecting grooves are formed in the second cleaning pipe and are uniformly arranged, the rotating roller is connected with a motor, the motor is connected with a connecting pipe, and the connecting pipe is provided with a drain pipe, the motor is connected with a controller, driving wheels are arranged on two sides of the controller, and the water spraying pipe penetrates through the motor and the controller;
the motor is provided with a drainage tube, the drainage tube is matched with the second cleaning tube in position, and the drainage tube is connected with the connecting tube;
the controller is provided with a pull ring, and the pull ring and the controller are of an integrally formed structure;
the reinforcing plate is uniformly provided with slotted holes;
a through pipe is wrapped outside the water spray pipe and is connected with the controller;
the convex part is provided with a positioning groove, the positioning groove is provided with a positioning device, the cleaning blade is provided with a positioning hole, and the positioning device is matched with the positioning hole;
the positioning device comprises a positioning spring, a radian block, a thread groove and a fixing nut, one end of the positioning spring is elastically connected with the radian block, the other end of the positioning spring is connected with the fixing nut, the positioning spring moves along the thread groove, and the radian block is fixed with the positioning hole;
one end of the cleaning blade is provided with a limiting plate;
the method is characterized by comprising the following steps:
1) mounting of devices
a. The method comprises the following steps that a through pipe and a water spraying pipe are connected with a pressurizing water pump, the pressure of the pressurizing water pump is controlled and adjusted to enable a high-pressure nozzle to spray water, a pipeline to be cleaned is cleaned, the pressure of the pressurizing water pump is adjusted according to the length of the water spraying pipe extending into the pipeline to be cleaned, and the high-pressure nozzle has enough pressure to spray water;
b. a cable in the controller is connected with power supply equipment, and a sewage discharge pipe is connected with pumping equipment and is fixed with the pumping equipment through flange connection;
c. measuring the diameter of the pipeline to be cleaned, selecting cleaning blades with different sizes, loosening a fixing nut, inserting the cleaning blades into the fixing nut, fixing one end of each cleaning blade with a limiting plate, tightening the fixing nut, enabling a positioning spring and a radian block on the fixing nut to be propped and fixed with a positioning hole, enabling the distance between the mounted cleaning blade and the pipe wall of the pipeline to be cleaned to be 0.5cm, and mounting and fixing the cleaning blades around the second cleaning pipe through the same operation;
d. connecting the pull ring with an upper cable, and connecting one end of the cable with a winch;
2) cleaning of pipelines
a. Firstly erecting a pressure water pump, a power supply device, a pumping device and a winch on the ground, fixing all the devices, laying an operation platform at an inlet of a pipeline, wherein the operation platform is a slope surface, and the bottom of the slope surface is flush with the bottom end of the pipeline;
b. holding the cleaning device, putting the cleaning device into a pipeline to be cleaned, keeping the position of a driving wheel downward, loosening the cleaning device after the driving wheel enters the pipeline to be cleaned, starting a pressurizing water pump, spraying the high-pressure spray head into the pipeline to be cleaned, starting a power supply device, starting a controller, controlling the rotation of a motor through the controller, rotating a first cleaning pipe, cleaning residual dirt in the pipe wall by using a cleaning brush, rotating a second cleaning pipe, separating stubborn dirt by using a cleaning blade, keeping the pipe wall smooth, enabling the dirt to enter a drainage pipe after passing through a dredging hole and a connecting groove and flow into a connecting pipe, pumping cleaning water containing the dirt in the connecting pipe into a drainage pipe through a pumping device, and pumping out the pipeline to be cleaned;
c. the driving wheel is started and is in contact with the pipe wall to drive the cleaning device to move towards the interior of the pipeline, the normal operation of each device is kept, and meanwhile, the pressure of the pressurized water pump is increased, and the power of the pumping device is increased;
d. when the cleaning device moves to the end part of the pipeline to be cleaned, the driving wheel is closed, the winch is started, the cleaning device is dragged at a constant speed to move outwards, all devices keep running, secondary cleaning is carried out on the pipeline, meanwhile, the pressure of the pressurized water pump is reduced, and the power of the pumping equipment is reduced.
