The fixed block is provided with a positioning block, and an electromagnet and a magnet are arranged in the positioning block. The middle of the fixed block is provided with a push block, and the magnet is provided with an inclined guide post. As shown in fig. 1 to 10, the intelligent cleaning device for sightseeing elevator of the present invention comprises a car 10 and a moving device 11, wherein the car 10 is the main body of the elevator, and the side surface of the car 10 is made of transparent material, so that the outer surface of the car 10 needs to be cleaned, and passengers can see the scenery conveniently. The moving device 11 is used to move the cleaning brush 33 so that the outer surface of the car 10 is better cleaned so that the worker does not need to climb to the outside to clean the outer surface of the car 10.
The car 10 is provided with a box door 101, the upper end of the car 10 is provided with a liquid storage tank 12, and the liquid storage tank 12 is used for placing cleaning liquid. The outside of car 10 upper end is equipped with spray pipe 13, and spray pipe 13 is the arc, and the outside setting of cooperation car 10 is in order to better spray the cleaning solution to car 10 outside face. The lower end of the water spraying pipe 13 is provided with a water spraying head 14, and the water spraying head 14 is inclined towards the outer wall surface of the car 10 so as to spray all cleaning liquid on the outer surface of the car 10. The moving device 11 is installed outside the car 10, and the moving device 11 includes a housing 18, a motor 19, and an arc-shaped guide rail 20. The housing 18 is fixed to the car 10, and the housing 18 is at both ends of the door 101. The motor 19 is located at the lower end of the housing 18, and the motor 19 may be fixed to the lower end of the car 10. The motor 19 is provided with a screw 21, and the motor 19 drives the screw 21 to rotate. The lifting block 24 is installed outside the hollow fixing plate 22, a through groove is formed in the side surface of the hollow fixing plate 22, and the lifting block 24 penetrates through the through groove to be connected with the fixing block 23. The lifting block 24 is mounted on the screw 21, a threaded hole is formed in the lifting block 24, and the lifting block 24 is mounted on the screw 21 through the threaded hole. The screw 21 is also rotated by the rotation of the motor 19, thereby driving the lifting block 24 to move upward or downward.
Preferably, a positioning block 26 is arranged on the fixed block 23, an electromagnet 27 is arranged in the positioning block 26, a magnet 28 is arranged at the lower end of the electromagnet 27, and the positioning block 26 is used for positioning the electromagnet 27 and the magnet 28. The fixed block 23 is provided with a magnet groove and a pushing block groove which are communicated. The magnet 28 is installed in the magnet groove, a push block 29 is arranged in the push block groove, and the push block 29 is installed at the lower end of the magnet 28. The magnet 28 is provided with an inclined guide post 30, the push block 29 is provided with an inclined guide post groove 31, and the inclined guide post 30 is arranged in the inclined guide post groove 31. After the electromagnet 27 is electrified, the magnet 28 is attracted upwards, at this time, the inclined guide post 30 on the magnet 28 is separated from the inclined guide post groove 31, and in the separation process, the inclined guide post 30 pushes the push block 29 out of the fixed block 23. The front end of the push block 29 is provided with a first serration 32, and the first serration 32 can be snapped into the second serration 221. The pushing block 29 will clamp the first sawtooth portion 32 into the second sawtooth portion 221 after being pushed out, so that the arc-shaped guide rail 20 will not be influenced to move the cleaning brush 33 when the motor 19 rotates abnormally.
The arc-shaped guide rail 20 is arranged outside the car 10, the arc-shaped guide rail 20 is arranged at the lower end of the water spraying pipe 13, two ends of the arc-shaped guide rail 20 penetrate through the shell 18 to be fixed on the fixed block 23, and the arc-shaped guide rail 20 is provided with the cleaning brush 33.
The motor 19 rotates to drive the arc guide rail 20 to move up and down, and the arc guide rail 20 moves the cleaning brush 33 left and right, so that the outer surface of the car 10 can be cleaned effectively.
