Specifically, the transverse trimming mechanism 42 includes a transverse base 421, a transverse cutting machine 422 and a transverse driving motor 423, the transverse base 421 is connected to the top of the trimming base plate 41, an input shaft of the transverse cutting machine 422 is connected to an output shaft of the transverse driving motor 423, a plurality of transverse cutting blades 424 are arranged on a rotating shaft of the transverse cutting machine 422, and the transverse cutting blades 424 are rotationally symmetrically arranged around a central axis of the rotating shaft of the transverse cutting machine 422. The lateral trimming mechanism 42 trims the bristles along the width direction of the bristles. Each transverse trimming mechanism 42 can be set to different rotating speeds, so that the effects of rough trimming and fine trimming are achieved.
Further, an output shaft of the transverse driving motor 423 is provided with a transverse driving wheel 4231, a rotating shaft of the transverse cutting machine 422 is sleeved with a transverse driven wheel 4232, and the transverse driving wheel 4231 is connected with the transverse driven wheel 4232 through a belt 4233.
The first swing device 44 comprises a first swing motor 441, a first swing disc 442, a first connecting rod 443 and a transverse sliding rail 444, the first swing motor 441 is fixedly connected with the trimming bottom plate 41, the first swing disc 442 is sleeved on an output shaft of the first swing motor 441, the edge of the first swing disc 442 is hinged with one end of the first connecting rod 443, and the other end of the first connecting rod 443 is hinged with the transverse base 421; the transverse sliding rail 444 is fixedly arranged on the top of the trimming base plate 41, the transverse sliding rail 444 extends along the horizontal central axis of the trimming base plate 41, and the transverse base 421 is connected with the transverse sliding rail 444 in a sliding manner. The oscillating device 44 reciprocates each lateral dressing mechanism 42 to improve dressing efficiency.
The longitudinal trimming mechanism 43 comprises a longitudinal base 431, a longitudinal cutter 432 and a longitudinal driving motor 433, wherein the longitudinal base 431 is connected with the top of the trimming base plate 41, an input shaft of the longitudinal cutter 342 is connected with an output shaft of the longitudinal driving motor 433, a plurality of longitudinal cutting blades 434 are arranged on a rotating shaft of the longitudinal cutter 432, and the longitudinal cutting blades 434 are arranged around the central shaft of the rotating shaft of the longitudinal cutter 432 in a rotational symmetry manner. As shown in fig. 10, the longitudinal cutting blade 434 is formed by axially extending the end surface of the blade along the central axis of the rotating shaft of the longitudinal cutter 432 and rotating the same.
Further, a longitudinal driving wheel 4331 is sleeved on an output shaft of the longitudinal driving motor 433, a longitudinal driven wheel 4332 is sleeved on a rotating shaft of the longitudinal cutting machine 432, and the longitudinal driving wheel 4331 is connected with the longitudinal driven wheel 4332 through a belt 4333.
The second swing device 45 includes a second swing motor 451, a second swing disc 452, a second link 453 and a longitudinal slide rail 454, the second swing motor 451 is fixedly connected to the trimming bottom plate 41, the second swing disc 452 is sleeved on an output shaft of the second swing motor 451, an edge of the second swing disc 452 is hinged to one end of the second link 453, the other end of the second link 453 is hinged to the longitudinal base 431, the longitudinal slide rail 454 is fixedly disposed on the top of the trimming bottom plate 41, the longitudinal slide rail 454 extends horizontally along a longitudinal center line of the top surface of the trimming bottom plate 41, and the longitudinal base 431 is slidably connected to the longitudinal slide rail 454.
Further, the rotating shaft of the transverse cutting machine 422 is perpendicular to the longitudinal central plane of the trimming base plate 41; the rotation axis of the longitudinal cutter 432 is parallel to the longitudinal center plane of the dresser base 41.
As shown in fig. 11, 12 and 13, the sanding device 5 includes a bracket 51, a plurality of sanding machines 52 and a third swing device 53, the top of the bracket 51 is provided with the plurality of sanding machines 52, and the sanding machines 52 are sequentially arranged along the direction of the horizontal center line of the rotating frame 2; the top of the sanding machine 52 is provided with an inclined brush disc 525, and the third swinging device 53 is arranged at the bottom of the bracket 51; the sanding machine 52 drives the brush disc 525 to rotate along the central axis of the brush disc 525, and the third oscillating device 53 drives the brush disc 525 to rotate around the vertical axis extending in the vertical direction of the sanding machine 52.
Further, the sanding machine 52 comprises a brush disc driving motor 521, a first transmission shaft 522, a second transmission shaft 523, a third transmission shaft 524 and a brush disc 525, the brush disc driving motor 521 is arranged at the bottom of the bracket 51, an output shaft of the brush disc driving motor 521 is connected with one end of the first transmission shaft 522, the first transmission shaft 522 vertically extends upwards along the vertical direction, and the other end of the first transmission shaft 522 is connected with one end of the second transmission shaft 523; the second transmission shaft 523 extends upwards along the vertical direction and gradually contracts to form an inclined end surface on the second transmission shaft 523, the end surface at the top of the second transmission shaft 523 is connected with one end of the third transmission shaft 524, and the other end of the third transmission shaft 524 is fixedly connected with the bottom of the brush disc 525; the brush plate 525 has a conical top surface with a plurality of diamond sanding blocks 526 embedded therein. The brush disc driving motor 521 sequentially drives the first transmission shaft 522, the second transmission shaft 523, the third transmission shaft 524 and the brush disc 525 through an output shaft of the brush disc driving motor, so that the brush disc 525 rotates around a central shaft of the brush disc driving motor, and the diamond polishing blocks 526 arranged on the end surface of the brush disc 525 can uniformly polish the end surface of toothbrush bristles to form a spherical bristle end surface.
Further, as shown in fig. 13, the third swinging device 53 includes a third swinging motor 531, a driving gear 532, a plurality of first driven gears 533, a plurality of second driven gears 534, a first sleeve 535, a second sleeve 536, a third sleeve 537, a fixed bearing 538 and a fourth sleeve 539, the driving gear 532 is disposed on an output shaft of the third swinging motor 531, the first driven gears 533 are disposed at the bottom of the bracket 51 and are meshed with each other, the driving gear 532 is meshed with one first driven gear 533, and each first driven gear 533 is meshed with each second driven gear 534 one by one; the second driven gear 534 is sleeved at the bottom of the first sleeve 535, the first sleeve 535 is sleeved on the outer surface of the first transmission shaft 522, the second sleeve 536 is arranged at the top of the first sleeve 535, and the third sleeve 537 is arranged at the top of the second sleeve 536; the second sleeve 536 and the third sleeve 537 are arranged around the second transmission shaft 523 and the third transmission shaft 524, fixed bearings 538 are arranged at two ends of the third sleeve 537, the inner wall of each fixed bearing 538 is sleeved on the outer surface of the third transmission shaft 524, a fourth sleeve 539 is sleeved on the outer side of the third sleeve 537, and the top of the fourth sleeve 539 is connected with the bottom of the brush plate 525. Third pendulous device 53 independently drives brush dish 525 and is rotatory along the vertical axis that sanding machine 52 vertical direction extended, and brush dish 525 is rotatory around vertical central axis promptly, again around self central axis rotation, can further improve the effect that the brush hair was polished, shortens the time of polishing, improves machining efficiency.
As shown in fig. 14, 15 and 16, the brush holder gold stamping device 6 includes a frame 61, a base 62, a vertical plate 63 and a gold stamping mechanism 64, wherein the side surface of the frame 61 is connected with the side surface of the base 62, the base 62 is connected with the vertical plate 63, the gold stamping mechanism 64 is fixedly arranged on the side surface of the vertical plate 63, and the gold stamping mechanism 64 is arranged right above one brush holder clamping device 3.
The gold stamping mechanism 64 comprises a gold stamping mechanism base 641, a gold stamping cylinder 642, a gold stamping pressing plate 643, an electric heating rod 644 and a gold stamping pressing block 645, the side surface of the gold stamping mechanism base 641 is fixedly connected with the side surface of the vertical plate 63, the top of the gold stamping mechanism base 641 is provided with the gold stamping cylinder 642, the bottom of the gold stamping cylinder 642 is provided with the gold stamping pressing plate 643, the top of the gold stamping pressing plate 643 is connected with the free end of the gold stamping cylinder 642, the electric heating rod 644 penetrates through the bottom of the gold stamping pressing plate 643, and the bottom of the electric heating rod; the gold stamping mechanism 64 is further provided with a gold stamping winding mechanism 646 for winding gold stamping paper.
Further, a limiting groove 6441 is further formed in the electric heating rod 644, a limiting bump 6451 is formed at the top of the gold stamping press block 645, and the shape of the limiting groove 441 is matched with that of the limiting bump 6451.
The gold stamping winding mechanism 646 comprises a gold stamping paper mounting disc 6461, a first tensioning wheel 6462, a first guide roller 6463, a second guide roller 6464, a second tensioning wheel 6465, a pressing wheel 6466, a winding driving wheel 6467 and a winding wheel 6468, a first tensioning wheel 6462 and a first guide roller 6463 are arranged on a vertical plate 63 on one side of the gold stamping mechanism base 641, a second tensioning wheel 6465 and a second guide roller 6464 are arranged on a vertical plate 63 on the other side of the gold stamping mechanism base 641, a gold stamping paper mounting disc 6461 is arranged on the vertical plate 63 on the side of the first tensioning wheel 6462, a pressing wheel 6466 is arranged on the vertical plate 63 on the side of the second tensioning wheel 6465, a winding driving wheel 6467 is arranged at the bottom of the pressing wheel 6466, the surface of the winding driving wheel 6467 is tangent to the surface of the pressing wheel 6466, a winding wheel 6468 is arranged below the winding driving wheel 6467, a wheel shaft of the winding driving wheel 6467 is connected with a winding driving motor 6469, and the winding driving wheel 6467 is connected with; the gold stamping paper mounting disc 6461, the first tensioning wheel 6462, the first guide roller 6463, the second guide roller 6464, the second tensioning wheel 6465, the pressing wheel 6466 and the winding wheel 6468 are hinged to the vertical plate 63, and the winding driving motor 6469 is fixedly arranged on the vertical plate 63. The rolling driving motor 6469 can select a stepping motor, on one hand, drives the bronzing paper mounting disc 6461 to provide bronzing paper to the bronzing pressing block 645, and on the other hand, rolls the used bronzing paper.
As shown in fig. 1, the dust removing device 7 comprises a dust removing cylinder 71, a brush holder supporting plate 72 and an air suction pipeline 73, wherein the dust removing cylinder 71 is fixedly arranged right above a brush holder clamping device 3, and a cover plate 74 is fixedly arranged at the free end of the dust removing cylinder 71; the brush holder supporting plate 72 is fixedly arranged on the side surface of the rotating frame 2, and the top of the brush holder supporting plate 72 is provided with a horizontal supporting surface 721; the horizontal cross-sectional shape of the cover plate 74 is matched with the horizontal cross-sectional shapes of the brush holder clamping device 3 and the brush holder supporting plate 72, and the top of the cover plate 74 is provided with an air suction pipeline 73. When the toothbrush after being trimmed and sanded runs to the dust removal device 7, the dust removal cylinder 71 descends, a closed space is formed in the cover plate 74, and waste materials generated by trimming and sanding are discharged through the air exhaust pipeline by external air exhaust equipment so as to maintain the trimming and neatness of the site.
As shown in fig. 17, the feeding device 8 includes a feeding plate 81, a first feeding cylinder 82, a rotary cylinder 83, a second feeding cylinder 84, an upper pressing cylinder 85, a lower pressing cylinder 86, an upper pressing plate 87 and a lower pressing plate 88, the feeding plate 81 is disposed on the top of the mounting frame 1, the first feeding cylinder 82 is disposed on the top of the feeding plate 81, the rotary cylinder 83 is disposed on the top of the free end of the first feeding cylinder 82, the second feeding cylinder 84 is disposed on the top of the rotary cylinder 83, the upper pressing cylinder 85 is disposed on the top of the free end of the second feeding cylinder 84, the lower pressing cylinder 86 is disposed on the side of the free end of the second feeding cylinder 84, the free end of the upper pressing cylinder 85 is hinged to the upper pressing plate 87, and the free end of the lower pressing cylinder 86 is hinged to the lower pressing plate 88. The feeding device 8 can horizontally convey the toothbrush after bristle planting through the two-stage feeding air cylinder, change the direction of the toothbrush through the rotating air cylinder and convey the toothbrush to the brush holder clamping device 3 for clamping, so that the feeding process is completed.
In order to better realize the processes of the integrated toothbrush bristle planting post-treatment equipment, the rotating frame driving motor 23, the distance sensor 26, the vertical driving device 35, the horizontal driving device 36, the horizontal driving motor 423, the longitudinal driving motor 433, the first swing motor 441, the second swing motor 451, the brush disc driving motor 521, the third swing motor 531, the gold stamping cylinder 642, the winding driving motor 6469, the dust removing cylinder 71, the first feeding cylinder 82, the rotating cylinder 83, the second feeding cylinder 84, the upper pressing cylinder 85, the lower pressing cylinder 86 and the air draft equipment of the dust removing device can be connected with a controller, such as a PLC (programmable logic controller) and an industrial personal computer, so that the setting and the control of the processes of the integrated toothbrush bristle planting post-treatment equipment can be better realized.
