As shown in fig. 9, in the present invention, the connection frame includes two U-shaped slots 5062 with opposite opening directions, the rotating wheel 5060 is rotatably disposed in the two U-shaped slots 5062 by a screw 5064 and a nut 5065, and the compression bar 508 passes through the U-shaped slots 5062 to correspond to the notch on the rotating wheel 5060.
The vertical adjusting assembly comprises a vertical adjusting rod 501 fixed on the film-forming arc-shaped tooth 500 and a profiling spring 503 sleeved on the vertical adjusting rod 506. The vertical adjusting component is provided with a second fixing component. The sectional shapes of the heads of the vertical adjustment lever 501 and the horizontal adjustment lever 502 may be circular or regular polygon. In order to ensure the normal working effect of the two adjusting rods, the rod heads of the vertical adjusting rod 501 and the horizontal adjusting rod 502 are regular hexagonal prisms and are arranged in corresponding regular hexagonal mounting holes on the frame 4.
In this embodiment, the first fixing component and the second fixing component are the same fixing component, and the fixing components include pin holes and positioning pins 505 respectively disposed on the vertical adjusting rod 501 and the horizontal adjusting rod 502. After the horizontal adjusting rod 502 and the vertical adjusting rod 501 are installed on the frame 4, the horizontal adjusting rod and the vertical adjusting rod are fixed through the positioning pin 505, and after the installation is completed, the profiling springs 503 on the two adjusting rods are in a compressed state, so that the film-lifting arc teeth 500 can always keep a certain soil penetration depth during film lifting, and the omission of a mulching film is avoided.
In the invention, the vertical adjusting rod 501 and/or the horizontal adjusting rod 502 are also provided with external threads, adjusting nuts 507 and gaskets 504, and the profiling spring 503 is sleeved between the two gaskets 504. In this embodiment, the vertical adjusting rod 501 and the horizontal adjusting rod 502 are further provided with external threads, an adjusting nut 507 and a spacer 504. The pressing force of the profiling spring 503 can be adjusted by the adjusting nut 507 according to the specific conditions (such as soil hardness, soil category, residual film thickness and the like) in the field, so that the film picking effect of the film-lifting arc-shaped teeth 500 is better.
In order to better adapt to the field work needs, in this embodiment, the compression bar 508 is an L-shaped bar, two ends of the L-shaped bar are respectively fixed on the back of the film-lifting arc tooth 500, and a vertical section of the L-shaped compression bar passes through the U-shaped clamping groove 5062 and corresponds to the notch on the rotating wheel 5060.
When the film-picking reaction force is large, the film-picking arc-shaped teeth 500 are caused to deform, so that the pressing rod 508 is pushed to press the rotating wheel 5060, and the profiling spring 503 sleeved on the horizontal adjusting rod 502 is compressed. The L-shaped compression bar can effectively ensure the front and back profiling effect, and can effectively increase the strength of the film-forming profiling teeth 500.
As shown in fig. 10, the profiling film cutting device 1 includes a horizontal support bar 110 fixed on the frame 4, a profiling vertical bar 111 arranged on the horizontal support bar 110, a spring 117 sleeved on the profiling vertical bar 111, and a film cutting disc 113 rolling on the profiling vertical bar 111, wherein the film cutting disc 113 is rolling on the profiling vertical bar 111 through a film cutting disc base 114, a short shaft 112, a bearing 115 and a clamp spring 116, and the horizontal support bar 110 is fixed at the front end of the frame 4 through a U-shaped bolt 119 and a pin 118.
In the invention, two groups of film cutting profiling devices 1 are arranged and are respectively and symmetrically arranged at the forefront end of the frame 4, and film cutting discs 113 of the two groups of film cutting profiling devices 1 are opposite and are used for cutting mulching films and stubbles, so that the follow-up film collection is convenient.
As shown in fig. 11, the transmission mechanism includes a gearbox 3, a first transmission sprocket, a second transmission sprocket, a third transmission sprocket, a fourth transmission sprocket, a fifth transmission sprocket, a sixth transmission sprocket, a first chain 120, a second chain 122 and a third chain 121, the first transmission sprocket is disposed on an output shaft of the gearbox 3, the second transmission sprocket, the third transmission sprocket and the fourth transmission sprocket are coaxially linked and disposed on the frame 4, the fifth transmission sprocket is disposed on a rotating shaft 916 of the right cone roller 901, the sixth transmission sprocket is disposed on a rotating shaft 600 of the eccentric roller pickup device 6, the first transmission sprocket and the second transmission sprocket are connected by the first chain 120, the third transmission sprocket and the fifth transmission sprocket are connected by the second chain 122, and the fourth transmission sprocket and the sixth transmission sprocket are connected by the third chain 121.
Along with the whole plastic film pickup machine advances, the plastic film and stubble are cut firstly by the film cutting disc of the profiling film cutting device, then after the arc film lifting teeth lift the plastic film, the plastic film is lifted up by the telescopic rod teeth of the eccentric roller pickup device and conveyed to the cone roller film winding device, and wound on the left cone roller and the right cone roller (when the plastic film is primarily wound, the plastic film is guided and wound on the left cone roller and the right cone roller manually), the small plastic film falls into the film collecting box to be collected, after the plastic film on the left cone roller and the right cone roller is wound by a certain thickness, the left cone roller and the right cone roller are stopped to be pulled to separate, the plastic film is dismounted, and then the left cone roller and the right cone roller are re-butted to prepare for the next working cycle.
