Abstract
本公开提供一种上报缓存状态报告的方法及装置,其中,所述方法包括:上报目标缓存状态报告BSR到基站之后,确定当前是否满足再次上报所述目标BSR的触发条件;在满足所述触发条件时,再次上报所述目标BSR到所述基站。本公开中,终端可以在上报目标BSR到基站之后,确定当前是否满足再次上报目标BSR的触发条件,并在满足所述触发条件时,再次上报所述目标BSR到基站。以便基站可以根据目标BSR及时为终端分配上行资源,确保终端的上行数据的传输速度和质量。
