In recent years, with the increasing frequency of people's business activities and consumption behaviors, the number of various cards carried by people when going out is also increasing. In order to conveniently carry and manage the cards, the information of the cards can be input into the mobile equipment in advance to form the electronic card. In this way, a user can only carry the mobile device integrated with multiple card functions when going out (for convenience of description, the mobile device integrated with multiple card functions is simply referred to as a first mobile device), and does not need to carry multiple physical cards with him.

Embodiment 2 of the present invention provides a data communication apparatus 500, which is configured in a first mobile device integrated with multiple card functions, wherein the first mobile device and a second mobile device establish a data connection with first account information through a network server, and a third mobile device logs in using second account information. The same contents of embodiment 2 as embodiment 1 will not be described again.
Fig. 5 is a schematic diagram of a data communication apparatus 500 according to the present embodiment, and as shown in fig. 5, the apparatus includes:
an information receiving unit 501 that receives pairing request information and second account information transmitted from a third mobile device;
a pairing establishing unit 502 that pairs with a third mobile device based on the pairing request information;
an information detection unit 503 that detects whether the second account information is the same as the first account information; and
an information processing unit 504 configured to cancel pairing with the third mobile device or perform data resetting when the second account information is different from the first account information; in the case that the second account information is the same as the first account information, it establishes a data connection with the third mobile device.
In this embodiment, the information processing unit 504 is further configured to disconnect data connection from the second mobile device before receiving the pairing request information sent by the third mobile device.
In this embodiment, the information receiving unit 501 is further configured to receive a pairing release instruction sent by the network server before receiving pairing request information sent by the third mobile device; the information processing unit 504 releases the pairing with the second mobile device in accordance with the pairing release instruction, and after the pairing is released, the first mobile device is brought into a locked state or data reset is performed.
For a detailed description of each unit in the above apparatus, reference may be made to the description of each step in the data communication method in embodiment 1, and details are not repeated here.
According to the embodiment, under the condition that the first account information of the second mobile device is different from the second account information of the third mobile device, the first mobile device cancels the pairing with the third mobile device or performs data resetting, so that the third mobile device can be prevented from accessing the user data which is stored in the first mobile device and is related to the first account information, the security of the first mobile device is improved, and the requirement of card information on security is met.
Example 3
Embodiment 3 of the present invention provides a mobile device, which may be, for example, the first mobile device in embodiment 1, and details of the same content in this embodiment 3 as in embodiments 1 and 2 are not repeated.
Fig. 6 is a schematic diagram of a configuration of an electronic device according to embodiment 3 of the present invention. As shown in fig. 6, the first mobile device 600 may include: a processor 601 and a memory 602; a memory 602 is coupled to the processor 601. Wherein the memory 602 can store various data; a program 6021 for data communication is also stored, and the program 6021 is executed under the control of the processor 601.
In one embodiment, the functions in the apparatus 500 for data communication described in example 2 may be integrated into the processor 601.
For example, the processor 601 may be configured to control as follows: the first mobile device 600 receives pairing request information sent by a third mobile device; the first mobile device 600 pairs with the third mobile device according to the pairing request information; the first mobile device 600 receives second account information sent by a third mobile device; the first mobile device 600 detects whether the second account information is the same as the first account information, and cancels the pairing with the third mobile device or resets data when the second account information is different from the first account information; and establishing a data connection with a third mobile device under the condition that the second account information is the same as the first account information.
For example, the processor 601 may also be configured to control as follows: and the first mobile equipment disconnects the data connection with the second mobile equipment before receiving the pairing request information sent by the third mobile equipment.
For example, the processor 601 may also be configured to control as follows: the first mobile device 600 receives a pairing release instruction sent by the network server before receiving the pairing request information sent by the third mobile device; the first mobile device 600 releases the pairing with the second mobile device according to the pairing release instruction; the first mobile device 600 enters a locked state or performs data reset after the pairing is released.
Further, as shown in fig. 6, the first mobile device 600 may further include: an input/output unit 603 and a display unit 604; the functions of the above components are similar to those of the prior art, and are not described in detail here. It is noted that the first mobile device 600 does not necessarily have to include all of the components shown in fig. 6; the first mobile device 600 may also comprise components not shown in fig. 6, reference being made to the prior art.
An embodiment of the present invention further provides a computer-readable program, where when the program is executed in the first mobile device, the program causes a computer to execute the data communication method described in embodiment 1 in the first mobile device.
The embodiment of the present invention further provides a storage medium storing a computer-readable program, where the computer-readable program enables a computer to execute the method for data communication in the first mobile device according to embodiment 1.
Example 4
Embodiment 4 of the present invention provides a data communication method, which is applied to a network server, wherein a second mobile device establishes a data connection with a first mobile device integrated with multiple card functions through first account information by using the network server, and a third mobile device logs in through second account information. The same contents as those of embodiments 1 to 3 will not be described again.
Fig. 7 is a flow chart of the data communication method according to the present embodiment, and is described from the perspective of a network server. As shown in fig. 7, the method includes:
step 701: the network server detects whether the second account information is the same as the first account information;
step 701: and under the condition that the second account information is the same as the first account information, the network server sends an offline notification to the second mobile equipment and sends a pairing release instruction to the first mobile equipment, so that the first mobile equipment releases the pairing with the second mobile equipment, and enters a locking state or performs data resetting after the pairing is released.
In this embodiment, when the third mobile device logs in with the same account information as the second mobile device, the network server sends an offline notification to the second mobile device, and sends a pairing release instruction to the first mobile device, so that the user can directly log in the account information on the third mobile device and perform binding pairing with the first mobile device, without first performing a binding release operation with the first mobile device by using the second mobile device, and then perform binding pairing with the account information logged in on the third mobile device, which is simple in operation process. The first mobile device enters a locking state or performs data resetting after being paired and released, so that the safety of the first mobile device can be guaranteed.
In one implementation, the first mobile device may be the first mobile device 600 described in embodiment 3, and the second mobile device, the third mobile device, and the network server may be the second mobile device, the third mobile device, and the network server described in embodiment 1.
It should be noted that fig. 7 above is only a schematic illustration of the embodiment of the present invention, but the present invention is not limited thereto. For example, the execution sequence of the steps may be adjusted as appropriate, and other steps may be added or some of the steps may be reduced. Those skilled in the art can appropriately modify the above description without being limited to the description of fig. 7.
According to the embodiment, the offline notification is sent to the second mobile device through the network server, and the pairing release instruction is sent to the first mobile device, so that the user does not need to firstly perform the operation of unbinding the second mobile device and the first mobile device, and then log in the account information on the third mobile device to perform the binding pairing, and the operation process is simple. The first mobile device enters a locking state or performs data resetting after being paired and released, so that the safety of the first mobile device can be guaranteed.
Example 5
Embodiment 5 of the present invention provides a data communication apparatus 800, which is configured in a network server, wherein a second mobile device establishes a data connection with a first mobile device integrated with multiple card functions through first account information by using the network server, and a third mobile device logs in through second account information. The same contents as those of embodiments 1 to 4 will not be described again.
Fig. 8 is a schematic diagram of the data communication apparatus of the present embodiment. As shown in fig. 8, the apparatus 800 includes:
an account detection unit 801 that detects whether or not the second account information is the same as the first account information;
the information transmitting unit 802 transmits an offline notification to the second mobile device and a pairing release instruction to the first mobile device when the second account information is the same as the first account information, and causes the first mobile device to release the pairing with the second mobile device, and enters a locked state or performs data resetting after the pairing is released.
For a detailed description of each unit in the above apparatus, reference may be made to the description of each step in the data communication method in embodiment 4, and details are not repeated here.
According to the embodiment, the offline notification is sent to the second mobile device through the network server, and the pairing release instruction is sent to the first mobile device through the network server, so that the user does not need to firstly perform the operation of unbinding the second mobile device and the first mobile device, and then log in the account information on the third mobile device to perform the binding pairing, and the operation process is simple. The first mobile device enters a locking state or performs data resetting after being paired and released, so that the safety of the first mobile device can be guaranteed.
Example 6
Embodiment 6 of the present invention provides a network server. The mobile device may be, for example, a network server as referred to in embodiment 5. The same contents as those of embodiments 1 to 5 will not be described again.
In this embodiment, the configuration of the network server may refer to fig. 6, and as shown in fig. 6, the network server may include: a processor 601 and a memory 602; a memory 602 is coupled to the processor 601. Wherein the memory 602 can store various data; a program 6021 for data communication is also stored, and the program 6021 is executed under the control of the processor 601.
In one embodiment, the functions in the apparatus 800 for data communication described in example 5 may be integrated into the processor 601.
For example, the processor 601 may be configured to control as follows: the network server detects whether the second account information is the same as the first account information; and under the condition that the second account information is the same as the first account information, the network server sends an offline notification to the second mobile equipment and sends a pairing release instruction to the first mobile equipment, so that the first mobile equipment is released from pairing with the second mobile equipment, and enters a locking state or resets data after the pairing is released.
Further, as shown in fig. 6, the web server may further include: an input/output unit 603 and a display unit 604; the functions of the above components are similar to those of the prior art, and are not described in detail here. It is noted that the network server does not necessarily include all of the components shown in FIG. 6; the network server may also comprise components not shown in fig. 6, which may be referred to in the prior art.
An embodiment of the present invention further provides a computer-readable program, where when the program is executed in a network server, the program causes a computer to execute the data communication method described in embodiment 4 in the network server.
The embodiment of the present invention further provides a storage medium storing a computer-readable program, where the computer-readable program enables a computer to execute the method for data communication described in embodiment 4 in a network server.
Example 7
The embodiment of the present invention further provides a communication system, and the same contents as those in embodiments 1 to 6 are not described again.
The communication system includes: a first mobile device configured with the apparatus for data communication as described in embodiment 1; and a web server configured with the apparatus for data communication as described in embodiment 4; the second mobile equipment establishes data connection with the first mobile equipment through the network server according to the first account information; and the third mobile equipment logs in the second account information.
The means for data communication described in connection with the embodiments of the invention may be embodied directly in hardware, in a software module executed by a processor, or in a combination of the two. For example, one or more of the functional block diagrams and/or one or more combinations of the functional block diagrams illustrated in fig. 5 and 8 may correspond to respective software modules of a computer program flow or may correspond to respective hardware modules. These software modules may correspond to the respective steps shown in embodiments 1 and 4, respectively. These hardware modules may be implemented, for example, by solidifying these software modules using a Field Programmable Gate Array (FPGA).
A software module may reside in RAM memory, flash memory, ROM memory, EPROM memory, EEPROM memory, registers, hard disk, a removable disk, a CD-ROM, or any other form of storage medium known in the art. A storage medium may be coupled to the processor such that the processor can read information from, and write information to, the storage medium; or the storage medium may be integral to the processor. The processor and the storage medium may reside in an ASIC. The software module may be stored in the memory of the mobile device or in a memory card that is insertable into the mobile device. For example, if the electronic device employs a MEGA-SIM card with a larger capacity or a flash memory device with a larger capacity, the software module may be stored in the MEGA-SIM card or the flash memory device with a larger capacity.
One or more of the functional block diagrams and/or one or more combinations of the functional block diagrams depicted in the figures may be implemented as a general purpose processor, a Digital Signal Processor (DSP), an Application Specific Integrated Circuit (ASIC), a Field Programmable Gate Array (FPGA) or other programmable logic device, discrete gate or transistor logic, discrete hardware components, or any suitable combination thereof designed to perform the functions described herein. One or more of the functional block diagrams and/or one or more combinations of the functional block diagrams described with respect to the figures may also be implemented as a combination of computing devices, e.g., a combination of a DSP and a microprocessor, a plurality of microprocessors, one or more microprocessors in conjunction with a DSP communication, or any other such configuration.
While the invention has been described with reference to specific embodiments, it will be apparent to those skilled in the art that these descriptions are illustrative and not intended to limit the scope of the invention. Various modifications and adaptations of the present invention may occur to those skilled in the art, based on the principles of the present invention, and such modifications and adaptations are within the scope of the present invention.

Claims (7)

1. A data communication method is applied to a first mobile device integrating a plurality of card functions, and is characterized in that the first mobile device and a second mobile device establish a data connection through a network server by using first account information, and a third mobile device logs in by using second account information, and the method comprises the following steps:
the first mobile equipment receives pairing request information sent by the third mobile equipment;
the first mobile equipment is paired with the third mobile equipment according to the pairing request information;
the first mobile equipment receives second account information sent by the third mobile equipment; and
the first mobile device detects whether the second account information is the same as the first account information, and cancels the pairing with the third mobile device or resets data when the second account information is different from the first account information; establishing a data connection with the third mobile device under the condition that the second account information is the same as the first account information;
the method further comprises the following steps:
the first mobile equipment receives a pairing release instruction sent by the network server before receiving the pairing request information sent by the third mobile equipment;
the first mobile equipment releases the pairing with the second mobile equipment according to the pairing release instruction; and
and after the first mobile equipment is unpaired, entering a locking state or resetting data.
2. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
and the first mobile equipment disconnects the data connection with the second mobile equipment before receiving the pairing request information sent by the third mobile equipment.
3. An apparatus for data communication, the apparatus being configured to a first mobile device integrating a plurality of card functions, wherein the first mobile device and a second mobile device establish a data connection with first account information through a web server, and a third mobile device performs login using second account information, the apparatus comprising:
an information receiving unit that receives pairing request information and the second account information transmitted by the third mobile device;
a pairing establishing unit configured to pair the third mobile device with the third mobile device based on the pairing request information;
an information detection unit that detects whether the second account information is the same as the first account information; and
an information processing unit that cancels pairing with the third mobile device or performs data resetting when the second account information is different from the first account information; if the second account information is the same as the first account information, establishing a data connection with the third mobile device;
the information receiving part is further used for receiving a pairing release instruction sent by the network server before the pairing request information sent by the third mobile equipment is received;
the information processing part is also used for releasing the pairing with the second mobile equipment according to the pairing release instruction, and after the pairing is released, the first mobile equipment enters a locking state or performs data resetting.
4. The apparatus of claim 3,
the information processing part is also used for disconnecting data connection with the second mobile equipment before receiving the pairing request information sent by the third mobile equipment.
5. A mobile device comprising means for data communication according to any of claims 3-4.
6. A system for data communication, the system comprising:
a first mobile device configured with a first data communication means, the first data communication means being a means of data communication according to any of claims 3-4;
the second mobile equipment establishes data connection with the first mobile equipment through a network server according to the first account information;
a third mobile device that logs in using the second account information;
a network server configured with a second data communication device, the second data communication device comprising: an account detection unit that detects whether the second account information is the same as the first account information; and an information transmitting unit configured to transmit an offline notification to the second mobile device and transmit a pairing release instruction to the first mobile device when the second account information is identical to the first account information, so that the first mobile device releases pairing with the second mobile device, and enter a locked state or perform data resetting after the pairing is released.
7. A computer-readable storage medium, on which a computer program is stored which, when being executed by a processor, carries out the method of data communication according to any one of claims 1-2.
