Abstract
一种手术室净化空调机组,包括在风道中依序连接的新风调节阀、活性炭滤清器、新风箱、冷冻水盘管、直接蒸发式盘管、加湿器、混合箱、风机、表冷器、加热器、过滤器、送风箱和送风阀,所述混合箱连接有回风调节阀,所述送风箱中安装有臭氧发生器,所述新风箱中安装有消毒液自动喷洒装置,所述直接蒸发式盘管与压缩机、冷凝器、节流机构和连接管组成制冷回路。其优点是温湿度独立调节,适用范围广、控制调节方便、节约能耗并能对进入室内的空气进行消毒和提高清新感觉。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及从一个或多个集中式空调站向可以得到二次处理的房间或场所内的分配装置供给经过处理的一次空气的空气调节系统,涉及专门为这种系统设计的设备,尤指一种手术室净化空调机组。
背景技术
手术室对空气清洁度和温湿度有较高的要求,因此,需要对进入手述室的中空气的清洁度和温湿度进行严格的管控。这种管控一般通过空调机组进行,传统的恒温恒湿空调机组应用较多的是组合式空调机组,一般采用表冷器进行冷却除湿,即对空气的降温除湿处理是由冷冻水盘管完成的,除表冷段外,组合式空调机组一般还设有过滤段,加湿段,加热段,风机段等,根据不同的需要进行组合。传统的
一次回风恒温恒湿净化空调机组按照进风的方向依次设有混合段、初效过滤段、表冷段、再热段、加湿段、风机段、中效过滤段、送风段,室外的新鲜空气和一次回风的空气在风机的作用下,由新风进口和回风进口进入空调机组的混合段,经初效过滤器除去部分尘粒,然后流
经表冷段中的冷冻水盘管,因盘管表面温度很低,空气降温并产生凝结水,空气中的含湿量因此而降低,被冷却减湿的空气经再热段中的再热盘管加热到所要求的送风温度后进入加湿段,加湿段中设有加湿器,加湿器夏季不使用,在冬季气候干燥需要对空气进行加湿处理
时才使用,接着空气通过风机段上的出风口进入中效过滤段,被中效过滤器再次过滤后进入送风段,通过出风口进入送风管道,最终送往室内。这种空调机组通过控制系统对冷水阀门、热水阀门或电加热器及加湿器的控制,实现对空气恒温恒湿的控制要求,是比较常规的
系统,其主要缺点是由于承担降温,除湿任务的设备都是同一组表冷器,因此温度湿度难以实现独立调节,夏季必须依赖加热器的再热作用,才能实现温度,湿度的双重控制,由此造成冷热抵消现象,能耗大,运行费用高。并且现有技术的空调机组没有灭菌装置和空气清新装置,对进行中的手术可能带来不良效果。
发明内容
针对现有技术的缺点,本发明的目的在于提供一种手术室净化空调机组。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:提供一种手术室净化空调机组,其特征在于:包括在风道中依序连接的新风调节阀、活性炭滤清器、新风箱、冷冻水盘管、直接蒸发式盘管、加湿器、混合箱、风机、表冷器、加热器、过滤器、送风箱和送风阀,所述混合箱连接有回风调节阀,所述送风箱中安装有臭氧发生器,所述新风箱中安装有消毒液自动喷洒装置,所述直接蒸发式盘管与压缩机、冷凝器、节流机构 和连接管组成制冷回路。
所述加湿器为电极式加湿器。
所述表冷器为冷冻水盘管。
所述加热器为热水盘管。
本发明的有益效果是:温湿度独立调节,适用范围广、控制调节方便、节约能耗并能对进入室内的空气进行消毒和提高清新感觉。

参见附图,本发明一种手术室净化空调机组,其特征在于:包括在风道中依序连接的新风调节阀1、活性炭滤清器3、新风箱4、冷冻水盘管5、直接蒸发式盘管6、加湿器7、混合箱8、风机9、表冷器10、加热器11、过滤器12、送风箱13和送风阀14,所述混合箱8连接有回风调节阀2,所述送风箱13中安装有臭氧发生器132,所述新风箱4中安装有消毒液自动喷洒装置41,所述直接蒸发式盘管6与压缩机17、冷凝器16、节流机构17 和连接管组成制冷回路。
在本发明的实施例中:
所述加湿器7为电极式加湿器。
所述表冷器10为冷冻水盘管。
所述加热器11为热水盘管。
所述过滤器12包括HEAP过滤层和活性炭过滤层。
工作原理:新风由新风调节阀1 进行风量调节后经活性炭滤清器3过滤后进入新风箱4,在新风箱4中由消毒液自动喷洒装置41喷洒消毒液消毒,又经冷冻水盘管5进行一次除湿,再经直接蒸发式盘管6进行深度除湿,消毒除湿后的新风即能负担全部室内湿负荷,加湿器7夏季不使用,冬季需对空气加湿时才使用,除湿后的新风进入混合箱8与经回风调节阀2调节入风量后进入的室内回风混合后经风机9加压并经表冷器10、加热器11,按送风温度的要求对空气进行降温或升温处理,温湿度均被调节好的空气经过滤器12过滤后送往送风箱13,由送风阀14送入送风管道。送风箱13中的臭氧发生器132产生臭氧对空气起清新作用。

1.一种手术室净化空调机组,其特征在于:包括在风道中依序连接的新风调节阀、活性炭滤清器、新风箱、冷冻水盘管、直接蒸发式盘管、加湿器、混合箱、风机、表冷器、加热器、过滤器、送风箱和送风阀,所述混合箱连接有回风调节阀,所述送风箱中安装有臭氧发生器,所述新风箱中安装有消毒液自动喷洒装置,所述直接蒸发式盘管与压缩机、冷凝器、节流机构 和连接管组成制冷回路。
