Detailed Description
Embodiments of the present invention are described in detail below, examples of which are illustrated in the accompanying drawings, wherein like or similar reference numerals refer to like or similar elements or elements having like or similar functions throughout. The embodiments described below by referring to the drawings are illustrative and intended to explain the present invention and should not be construed as limiting the invention.
Referring to fig. 1 to 6, a smoke machine 100 according to an embodiment of the present invention includes: a body 1, a smoking member 2 and a driving member 3.
Specifically, the machine body 1 includes a accommodating cavity 101 and an air extracting member 4, an opening 102 is provided on the accommodating cavity 101, the air extracting member 4 is communicated with the accommodating cavity 101, and the air extracting member 4 can extract air from the accommodating cavity 101. The smoking member 2 is movably provided on the body 1 between an extended position and a storage position.
When the smoking member 2 is in the storage position, at least a part of the smoking member is stored in the storage chamber 101; when the smoking member 2 is in the extended position, at least a portion of the smoking member 2 extends from the opening 102.
A smoking passage 105 having a smoke inlet 103 and a smoke outlet 104 is formed in the smoking member 2, and the smoke outlet 104 of the smoking member 2 communicates with the accommodating chamber 101. When the smoking member 2 is in the extended position, at least a portion of the smoking member 2 extends out of the accommodating chamber 101, and can be evacuated by the evacuation member 4, thereby forming a smoke channel, and smoke enters the smoking channel 105 from the smoke inlet 103 of the smoking member 2, then enters the accommodating chamber 101 from the smoke outlet 104, and further enters the evacuation member 4 under the evacuation effect, and then is discharged. The driving member 3 is connected to the smoking member 2 to drive the smoking member 2 to move, and the smoking member 2 can be driven to move between the extended position and the storage position by the driving member 3.
In addition, the position of the smoking member 2 can be adjusted by the driving member 3, so that the smoking effect of the smoking member 2 is improved. Specifically, when the smoke inlet 103 of the smoke absorbing member 2 is positioned differently during the use of the smoke machine 100, the smoke absorbing effect is different, so that better smoke extraction can be achieved by adjusting the position of the smoke inlet 103 through the driving member 3.
In combination with the specific embodiment, whether the oil smoke reaches the preset effect or not can be judged by detecting the environmental oil smoke, the height of the cooker and the like, and if the preset effect is not reached, the smoking piece 2 is adjusted through the driving piece 3.
In addition, the smoking member 2 may be of a rising type (lower type), a falling type (upper type), a front type, a rear type, or the like for various application fields.
For example, for a lower-lying range hood 100, an opening 102 may be provided for the top of the receiving cavity 101, with the smoking member 2 extending upwardly and retracting downwardly;
For the upper-mounted smoke machine 100, an opening 102 may be provided for the bottom of the housing 101, and the smoking member 2 is extended downward and retracted upward.
For a front-mounted range hood 100, an opening 102 may be provided for the rear of the receiving chamber 101, with the smoking member 2 extending rearward and retracting forward.
For the rear-mounted range hood 100, an opening 102 may be provided for the front of the receiving chamber 101, and the smoking member 2 is extended forward and retracted backward.
In addition, the smoke machine 100 of the present invention may take other forms.
In addition, as shown in fig. 3, the air extracting member 4 of the present invention may include: the air duct 106 and the fan 41 can communicate the fan 41 with the accommodating cavity 101, and then the air duct 106 is pumped by the fan 41.
The following describes in detail the manner in which the smoke machine 100 according to the embodiment of the present invention is adjusted, mainly in terms of different embodiments.
Example 1
As shown in fig. 4, the machine 100 further includes a smoke sensor 51, and the smoke sensor 51 is provided at a position higher than the smoke inlet 103 of the smoking member 2. During the use of the smoke ventilator 100, the smoke should enter the smoke suction channel 105 from the smoke inlet 103, and the smoke is extracted, if the setting position of the smoke inlet 103 is unreasonable, a part of the smoke will not enter the smoke inlet 103, at this time, when the smoke flows upwards, the smoke will be detected by the smoke sensor 51, so that the unreasonable setting position of the smoke inlet 103 is determined.
Therefore, the smoke sensor 51 is arranged in the invention, so that the condition of oil smoke extraction can be timely detected, and when the arrangement of the smoking piece 2 is unreasonable, the smoke extraction effect can be improved by adjusting the driving piece 3.
Wherein the position of the smoking member 2 can be detected by the smoke sensor 51 and then adjusted by other means, for example, if the detection value of the smoke sensor 51 is out of a reasonable range, the position of the smoking plate can be adjusted manually, automatically, etc.
Preferably, the position of the smoking member 2 can be adjusted by the driving member 3, specifically, the smoke sensor 51 is in signal transmission with the driving member 3, and the driving member 3 drives the smoking member 2 to move according to the signal of the smoke sensor 51. The driving element 3 is controlled to adjust according to the detection result of the smoke sensor 51.
The controller may be arranged to adjust the position of the smoking member 2, for example if the smoke sensor 51 detects a significant amount of smoke, it is determined that the smoke inlet 103 is too low, so that the position of the smoke inlet 103 may be raised. This is of course only one example.
In addition, the suction effect of the smoke machine 100 is limited by the air suction piece 4 to a great extent, so that the smoke can be better sucked when the power of the air suction piece 4 is high, and the effect of lampblack suction is improved. Specifically, the smoke sensor 51 is in signal communication with the air extractor 4, and the air extractor 4 controls the air extractor 4 in accordance with the signal of the smoke sensor 51.
Example 2
Unlike embodiment 1, a specific smoke machine 100 is provided, and the above smoke machine 100 is mainly described, but of course, the above-described lower smoke machine 100 may be used.
Specifically, with reference to fig. 3 and 4, the body 1 includes: a housing 11 and a partition 12. The partition 12 is provided in the housing 11, and the rear of the partition 12 is fitted with the housing to form a housing chamber 101, and an opening 102 is provided at the bottom of the housing chamber 101. That is, the smoking member 2 is retractable from the opening 102 at the bottom of the receiving chamber 101.
At this time, as shown in the drawing, the smoke inlet 103 is provided on the front surface of the smoking member 2, and the smoke sensor 51 is provided on the bottom surface of the housing 11 and is located in front of the smoking member 2. The smoking effect of the smoke can be enhanced by drawing the smoke through the smoke inlet 103 located on the front surface of the smoking member 2. The smoke sensor 51 needs to detect the smoke leaking from the smoke inlet 103, and therefore, the position of the smoke sensor 51 needs to be correlated with the position of the smoke inlet 103, for example, the smoke sensor 51 is provided on the bottom surface of the housing 11 and in front of the smoking member 2. The smoke leaking from the smoke inlet 103 can be detected by the smoke sensor 51 quickly, so that the smoke machine 100 can react quickly in time to reduce the leaked smoke.
Further, as shown, the smoke sensor 51 is adjacent the front edge of the housing 11. Thus, the leaked and sucked oil smoke can be better detected, and the oil smoke exhausting effect is improved.
Advantageously, the front end of the bottom surface of the housing 11 is provided with a decorative plate 13, and the decorative plate 13 is provided with a detection hole (not shown) facing the smoke sensor 51. The decorative plate 13 can improve the aesthetic effect of the smoke machine 100.
In addition, the decorative plate 13 can protect the smoke sensor 51 and the like, avoid damage to the smoke sensor 51 and the like, prolong the service life, and set the decorative plate 13 in a form convenient to clean, so that the smoke machine 100 is convenient to clean.
Example 3
Unlike example 2, example 3 employs the aforementioned lower-type smoke machine 100.
Example 4
Unlike the previous embodiments, embodiment 4 provides another way to increase the smoke extraction effect of the extractor 100, i.e. by detecting the pan height, determining the position of the smoking member 2. Of course, the smoke sensor 51 and the detecting member 52 may be provided at the same time in the smoke machine 100.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 4, the range hood 100 includes a detecting member 52 for detecting the height of the pan, and the detecting member 52 is in signal communication with the driving member 3. In the use process of the smoke machine 100, the detecting piece 52 detects the height of the cooker, and then determines the position of the smoke absorbing piece 2, for example, for a cooker with a higher height, the smoke inlet 103 on the smoke absorbing piece 2 can be lifted, so as to improve the smoking effect, and for a cooker with a lower height, for example, the height of the smoke inlet 103 on the smoke inlet can be properly reduced.
Therefore, in the invention, the detecting piece 52 is arranged, so that the height of the cooker can be detected, and the position of the smoking piece 2 can be adjusted by detecting the height of the cooker.
Likewise, the position of the smoking member 2 may be adjusted by detecting the height of the pan and then by other means, for example, if the height of the pan is relatively high, the position of the smoking plate may be adjusted manually, automatically, etc.
Preferably, the position of the smoking member 2 can be adjusted by the driving member 3, specifically, the detecting member 52 is in signal transmission with the driving member 3, and the driving member 3 drives the smoking member 2 to move according to the signal of the detecting member 52. The driving element 3 is controlled to adjust according to the detection result of the detecting element 52.
In addition, the suction effect of the smoke machine 100 is limited by the air suction piece 4 to a great extent, so that the smoke can be better sucked when the power of the air suction piece 4 is high, and the effect of lampblack suction is improved. Specifically, the detecting element 52 transmits signals to the air extracting element 4, and the air extracting element 4 controls the air extracting element 4 according to the signals of the detecting element 52.
Example 5
Unlike embodiment 4, a specific range 100 is provided, and the range 100 is the aforementioned lower range 100.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 5 and 6, the opening 102 of the accommodating chamber 101 is provided on the top surface of the accommodating chamber 101, and the detecting member 52 is mounted on the smoking member 2.
As shown in fig. 5 and 6, for example, during the process of lifting the smoking member 2, the detecting member 52 provided on the smoking member 2 will monitor in real time, so as to accurately detect the height of the edge of the pot in time, for example:
the smoking piece 2 is driven to lift by the electric telescopic rod, and the electric telescopic rod records the lifting distance from the encoder.
When the smoking member 2 is lifted from bottom to top, the detecting member 52 (here, an ultrasonic ranging module is illustrated as an example) is activated, and the detecting member 52 is initially opposite to the pot body, the ultrasonic wave reflection time is short, and the measured distance is short. When the lifting cavity continues to rise, a large abrupt change occurs in the reflection time when the horizontal height of the detecting member 52 just exceeds the highest edge of the pot, and the system judges that the highest edge of the pot is reached. At this point the system records the lifted distance L1. The optimal distance delta L between the smoke suction port and the pan mouth is measured through experiments. The system further controls the electric telescopic rod to continue to extend for the distance delta L to reach the optimal position.
The smoking member 2 is not limited to the above-described method, but may be guided and driven by a rack-and-pinion system, a wire-fixed pulley system, or the like. Other mechanical structures for detecting the height of the pot and adjusting the height of the smoke suction opening are all in the protection range.
Example 6
Unlike example 5, the upper type tobacco machine 100 is used as the tobacco machine 100.
Specifically, referring to fig. 1 to 4, the opening 102 is provided on the bottom surface of the housing chamber 101, and the detecting member 52 is provided on the body 1.
Further, as shown in fig. 3, the body 1 includes: a housing 11 and a partition 12.
At this time, the detecting member 52 may be provided on the bottom surface of the housing 11, and the detecting member 52 may be positioned in front of the smoking member 2. The height of the pot can be detected in real time by the detecting member 52 provided on the ground of the housing 11, and there is an advantage in that various parameters of the pot can be detected by the detecting member 52, and the present invention mainly detects the height of the pot, but in fact the detecting member 52 provided on the bottom surface of the housing 11 can detect the depth of the pot, the height of the bottom of the pot, the height of the rim of the pot, etc.
Further, as shown in fig. 4, the detecting member 52 is adjacent to the front edge of the housing 11. Therefore, the height of the cooker can be better detected, and the oil smoke extraction effect is improved.
Preferably, the front end of the bottom surface of the housing 11 is provided with a decorative plate 13, and the decorative plate 13 is provided with a detection hole opposite to the detection piece 52. The decorative plate 13 can improve the aesthetic effect of the smoke machine 100.
Moreover, the decorative plate 13 can play a role in protecting the detecting piece 52 and the like, so that the detecting piece 52 and the like are prevented from being damaged, the service life is prolonged, and the decorative plate 13 can be arranged in a form convenient to clean, so that the smoke machine 100 is convenient to clean.
Example 7
For the embodiments 4-6, the detecting member 52 may be adjacent to the upper edge of the smoke inlet 103, so as to improve the detection accuracy, and similarly, the detecting member 52 may be disposed at other positions.
Preferably, the sensing element 52 includes one or more spaced apart sensing elements. And the detection precision is improved.
Further, the detecting member 52 is an ultrasonic position sensor. The detecting element 52 may also employ a camera, an optical detecting element 52, or the like.
Example 8
Unlike the previous embodiments, embodiment 8 provides a way of controlling the smoking member 2.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 4, the smoke machine 100 further includes: the gesture recognition part 53, the gesture recognition part 53 is in signal transmission with the driving part 3.
By defining these gestures, the gesture recognition member 53 can recognize different gestures, and the purpose of controlling the smoking member 2 and the smoke machine 100 can be achieved, for example, positioning a downward gesture as the descending of the smoking member 2, defining an upward gesture as the ascending of the smoking member 2, defining a left-right movement gesture as the controlling of the air extraction member 4, and the like, which is of course only some examples of the present invention, and is not limiting to the scope of the present invention.
The gesture recognition member 53 is provided on the machine body 1 and/or the smoking member 2, and the gesture recognition member 53 is a camera, a photoelectric sensor or an ultrasonic sensor. A touch unit, combination keys, etc. may also be provided to control the smoke machine 100.
Example 9
As shown in fig. 3, the smoking member 2 may further be provided with a smoke blocking plate 21, wherein the smoke blocking plate 21 is rotatably provided on the smoking member 2 between an open position and a closed position, wherein the smoke blocking plate 21 is horizontal and higher than the smoke inlet 103, and wherein the smoke blocking plate 21 closes the smoke inlet 103. The smoke collecting effect can be improved through the smoke baffle 21, and the smoke inlet 103 can be closed through the smoke baffle 21, so that the stability and the easiness in cleaning of the smoke machine 100 can be ensured when the smoke machine 100 is not suitable for use.
Preferably, for a cigarette machine 100 provided with a smoke sensor 51, when the smoke barrier 21 is in the open position, the downward projection of the smoke sensor 51 is located in front of the downward projection of the smoke barrier 21.
For the cooker 100 provided with the pan height detecting member 52, when the smoke baffle 21 is opened, the downward projection of the detecting member 52 is positioned in front of the downward projection of the smoke baffle 21.
With the smoke machine 100 provided with the gesture recognition member 53, when the smoke barrier 21 is opened, the downward projection of the gesture recognition member 53 is positioned in front of the downward projection of the smoke barrier 21.
Example 10
Referring to fig. 1 to 4, the smoking member 2 has a flat plate shape with a smoking passage 105 therein, and the air extracting member 4 is provided in front of the accommodating chamber 101.
