As shown in fig. 9, in the present embodiment, the knob 25 extends in the circumferential direction of the movable blade 232 and is formed in a circular ring-shaped structure that is fitted around the outer periphery of the movable blade 232, the inner peripheral wall of the knob 25 is connected to the outer peripheral wall of the fixed blade 231, that is, the protrusion 2512 is provided on one of the outer peripheral wall of the movable blade 232 and the inner peripheral wall of the knob 25, and the groove 2322 is provided on the other of the outer peripheral wall of the movable blade 232 and the inner peripheral wall of the knob 25.
Therefore, the occupied space of the movable ceramic piece 232 and the knob 25 in the axial direction of the valve body 21 can be reduced, the volume of the valve body 21 can be reduced, and the connection stability between the knob 25 and the movable ceramic piece 232 can be improved.
As shown in fig. 9, according to another embodiment of the present invention, the knob 25 is mounted outside the valve body 21, a chute 212 is formed through the peripheral wall of the valve body 21, the chute 212 extends along the circumferential direction of the valve body 21, and the movable ceramic 232 and a protrusion 2512 on the knob 25 extend along the radial direction of the valve body 21, and the protrusion 2512 passes through the chute 212 to be engaged with the groove 2322.
Specifically, the knob 25 is formed into a ring shape sleeved on the valve body 21, a protrusion 2512 is arranged at a position, corresponding to the chute 212, of the inner side wall surface of the knob 25, the protrusion 2512 extends inwards in the radial direction of the valve body 21, the movable ceramic piece 232 is arranged in the valve body 21, the central axis of the movable ceramic piece 232 coincides with the central axis of the knob 25, a groove 2322 is arranged at a position, corresponding to the protrusion 2512, of the side wall surface of the movable ceramic piece 232, and the protrusion 2512 penetrates through the chute 212 to be inserted into the groove 2322.
The knob 25 rotates along the circumferential direction of the valve body 21 relative to the valve body 21, the protrusion 2512 moves in the chute 212 along the extending direction of the chute 212 and drives the movable ceramic sheet 232 to rotate synchronously with the knob 25, so that the knob 25 is arranged on the outer side of the valve seat, convenience is brought to a user in driving the knob 25, and the knob 25 is prevented from being arranged in the valve seat to prevent water flow from being discharged.
As shown in fig. 8, the knob 25 includes: the knob body 251 and the knob connecting part 252, the knob body 251 is formed in an arc shape extending along the circumferential direction of the outer circumferential wall of the valve body 21, the protrusion 2512 is provided on the inner side wall surface of the knob body 251, and the protrusion 2512 corresponds to the position of the chute 212, the protrusion 2512 extends inward along the radial direction of the valve body 21 and passes through the chute 212, the knob connecting part 252 is connected between the two ends of the knob body 251, and the knob connecting part 252 cooperates with the knob body 251 to form a ring shape extending along the circumferential direction of the valve body 21.
In the installation process of the knob 25, the knob body 251 is firstly installed on the valve body 21 and matched with the movable ceramic piece 232, then the knob connecting part 252 is connected to the knob 25 to prevent the knob body 251 from falling off from the valve body 21, and the knob body 251 and the knob connecting part 252 are matched to form the knob 25, so that the difficulty of the production process of the knob 25 can be reduced, convenience can be provided for the installation of the knob 25, and the conversion efficiency of the drain valve 20 is improved.
Further, as shown in fig. 12 and 13, both ends of the knob body 251 are respectively provided with a clamping groove 2511, both ends of the knob connecting portion 252 are respectively provided with a clamping buckle 2521, in the installation process of the knob connecting portion 252, the clamping buckles 2521 are in the clamping grooves 2511 along the circumferential direction of the knob 25 in an adapting manner, wherein the knob body 251 and the knob connecting portion 252 are in the clamping connection with the clamping buckles 2521 in an adapting manner through the clamping grooves 2511, the clamping grooves 2511 and the clamping buckles 2521 are convenient in clamping connection, the assembly efficiency of the knob body 251 and the knob connecting portion 252 can be improved, and the clamping buckles 2521 and the clamping grooves 2511 are simple in structure and simple in production process, so that the structural design of the knob 25 is simplified.
In this embodiment, the operation member 24 is detached from the valve body 21 when the movable ceramic piece 232 is located at the second position, and the operation member 24 is non-detachably hung on the valve body 21 when the movable ceramic piece 232 is located at the first position or between the first position and the second position, when the movable ceramic piece 232 is located at the second position, the movable ceramic piece 232 and the fixed ceramic piece 231 cooperate to close the water outlet passage, and sewage in the heating cavity 14 cannot be discharged, at this moment, the operation member 24 can be removed to provide convenience for a user to use the water heater 100, when the movable ceramic piece 232 is located at the first position or between the first position and the second position, the water outlet passage is communicated, sewage in the heating cavity 14 is discharged through the water outlet passage, and the operation member 24 and the valve body 21 with the structure can prevent water leakage caused by detachment of the operation member 24 and the valve body 21 when the sewage drain valve 20 is discharged, and the sewage drain valve 20 does not need to support the operation member 24 by a user, thereby preventing the water from overheating and scalding the user.
According to one embodiment of the invention, the peripheral wall of the valve body 21 is provided with an annular groove and a notch communicated with the annular groove, the annular groove extends along the circumferential direction of the valve body 21, the notch can be arranged at the end part of the annular groove, the control piece 24 is provided with a lug corresponding to the annular groove, and the lug can slide into or slide out of the annular groove through the notch.
When the movable ceramic tile 232 is located at the second position, the protrusion on the operating piece 24 corresponds to the notch of the annular groove, the movable ceramic tile 232 rotates from the second position to the first position along with the rotation of the operating piece 24, the protrusion enters the annular groove, the operating piece 24 is clamped with the valve body 21, the water outlet passage is communicated, water in the heating cavity 14 is discharged through the blow-down valve 20, after the water in the heating cavity 14 is discharged, the operating piece 24 is rotated reversely, the protrusion gradually slides out of the annular groove, when the protrusion is located at the notch of the annular groove, the movable ceramic tile 232 rotates from the first position to the second position, the water outlet passage is closed, the protrusion slides out of the notch, and the operating piece 24 is separated from the valve body 21.
The control piece 24 and the valve body 21 with the above structure are simple in structure and convenient to operate, not only can provide convenience for users, but also can optimize the structural design of the control piece 24 and the valve body 21, and is beneficial to reducing the production cost of the blow-down valve 20.
As shown in fig. 2, according to one embodiment of the present invention, the control member 24 includes a holding portion 141, a water outlet hole is formed on the holding portion 141, the water outlet hole is penetrated along the axial direction of the holding portion 141, one end of the water outlet hole is communicated with the inner cavity of the valve cover 22, the other end of the water outlet hole is communicated with the inner cavity of the valve body 21, a sealing ring is arranged between the holding portion 141 and the valve body 21 around the inner peripheral wall of the water outlet hole, and the sealing ring is arranged between the holding portion 141 and the valve body 21 to prevent water flow from leaking through a gap between the holding portion 141 and the valve body 21 during the drainage of the drain valve 20.
Further, the control member 24 is provided with an overflow preventing groove, the overflow preventing groove is communicated with the water outlet along the axial direction of the hand-held part, when the water in the blow-down valve 20 flows too much, the water leaks through the gap between the knob 25 and the valve body 21 or the gap between the knob 25 and the movable ceramic piece 232, and the leaked water enters the water outlet through the overflow preventing groove and is discharged through the valve cover 22, so that the water leakage is prevented.
As shown in fig. 6 and 10, according to an embodiment of the present invention, the fixed ceramic plate 231 is provided with a limiting boss 2312, the valve body 21 is provided with a limiting groove 211 corresponding to the limiting boss 2312, and the limiting boss 2312 is adaptively clamped in the limiting groove 211, so that the stability of the fixed ceramic plate 231 in the valve body 21 can be improved, the fixed ceramic plate 231 is prevented from moving along with the rotation of the driven ceramic plate 232, and the fixed ceramic plate 231 and the valve body 21 with the structure have simple structures, eliminate a fixing mechanism between the driven ceramic plate 232 and the valve body 21, are convenient to assemble, and can improve the assembly efficiency of the drain valve 20.
The operation piece 24 is a hand piece, and a user holds the operation piece 24 to control the movable ceramic piece 232 to rotate relative to the fixed ceramic piece 231, so that the operation process is simple and convenient, and convenience can be provided for the user to control the drain valve.
A specific embodiment of the water heater 100 according to an embodiment of the present invention is described below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
As shown in fig. 3 and 8, a water heater 100 according to an embodiment of the present invention includes: blowoff valve 20 and inner bag 10, inner bag 10 are equipped with drain 11, and blowoff valve 20 installs in drain 11, and blowoff valve 20 includes: valve body 21, valve gap 22, case 23 and control piece 24, control piece 24 is the hand piece, and valve body 21 links to each other with drain 11, is limited with the valve pocket in the valve body 21, and case 23 installs in the valve pocket, and case 23 includes: the fixed ceramic tile 231 and the movable ceramic tile 232, the fixed ceramic tile 231 is fixedly connected with the valve body 21, the control piece 24 is connected with the movable ceramic tile 232 and drives the movable ceramic tile 232 to rotate relative to the fixed ceramic tile 231, a first through hole 2311 is formed in the fixed ceramic tile 231, a second through hole 2321 is formed in the movable ceramic tile 232, when the first through hole 2311 and the second through hole 2321 are communicated, the movable ceramic tile 232 is located at a first position, the follow-up ceramic tile 232 rotates, and when the first through hole 2311 and the second through hole 2321 are disconnected, the movable ceramic tile 232 is located at a second position.
The knob 25 is arranged between the control piece 24 and the movable ceramic piece 232, the knob 25 is formed into a tube shape which is coaxially arranged with the movable ceramic piece 232, one end of the knob 25 is in stop contact with the movable ceramic piece 232, the other end of the knob 25 is in stop contact with the valve cover 22, the knob 25 and the movable ceramic piece 232 are clamped by matching of the bulge 2512 and the groove 2322, an annular groove and a notch communicated with the annular groove are formed in the peripheral wall of the valve body 21, the annular groove extends along the circumferential direction of the valve body 21, the notch can be arranged at the end part of the annular groove, a lug corresponding to the annular groove is arranged on the control piece 24, and the lug can slide into or slide out of the annular groove through the notch.

2. The water heater according to claim 1, wherein the knob extends in a circumferential direction of the movable tile, and an inner circumferential wall of the knob is connected to an outer circumferential wall of the fixed tile.
3. The water heater of claim 1, wherein the knob comprises:
the knob body is formed into an arc extending along the circumferential direction of the outer circumferential wall of the valve body, and the bulge is arranged on the inner side wall surface of the knob body at a position corresponding to the chute;
the knob connecting part is connected between two ends of the knob body.
4. The water heater according to claim 3, wherein both ends of the knob body are provided with clamping grooves, and both ends of the knob connecting portion are provided with buckles which are in fit and clamping connection with the clamping grooves.

The water heater as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein the actuating member is disengageable from the valve body when the movable blade is in the second position, and the actuating member is disengageably suspended from the valve body when the movable blade is in the first position or between the first and second positions.

The water heater according to claim 4, wherein the outer peripheral wall of the valve body is provided with an annular groove and a notch communicated with the annular groove, the operating member is correspondingly provided with a protruding block, and the protruding block slides into the annular groove through the notch.
7. The water heater as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein the operating member comprises a grip portion, a water outlet is formed through the grip portion, and a sealing ring is disposed between an inner peripheral wall of the grip portion surrounding the water outlet and the valve body.
8. The water heater of claim 7, wherein the operating member is provided with an anti-overflow slot, the anti-overflow slot being in communication with the water outlet.
9. The water heater according to claim 1, wherein the fixed ceramic sheet is provided with a limiting boss, a limiting groove is formed in the position, corresponding to the limiting boss, of the valve body, and the limiting boss is adaptively clamped in the limiting groove.
10. The water heater of claim 1, wherein the operating member is a hand piece.
