本发明涉及一种胶粘剂,具体是一种复合胶粘剂,属于涂料类领域。
背景技术
胶粘剂是一种具有很好粘合性能的物质。通过粘附力和内聚力由表面粘合而起连接物体的作用。我国胶粘剂工业起步于二十世纪五十年代,八十年代形成了第一个生产高潮。[4]近十年有了突飞猛进的发展,开始进入高速发展的新时期。目前市面上的胶粘剂的粘合度都比较差,防水效果也差。
发明内容
为克服现有技术不足,本发明提供一种复合胶粘剂,实现了粘合强度高,防水效果好,绿色环保的目的。
为解决现有技术问题,本发明所采用的技术方案是:
一种复合胶粘剂,包括:环氧树脂100,酸酐110,环氧丙烷30,二甲基苄胺1;
所述的胶粘剂的制备方法是:先将70#酸酐于70℃下烘为均一的液体,冷却后,依次称量,混合均匀即成;25℃下初始粘度为56厘泊,10小时后为100厘泊,24小时后为200厘泊。
本发明的有益效果是:粘合强度高,防水效果好,绿色环保。
