In the third preheating step: the temperature is gradually increased from T2 to T3, T3 is 700 ℃, the temperature rise time is 120 seconds, and in the process: if the set temperature is too low, the glass plate is difficult to soften and cannot achieve the effect, and if the set temperature is too high, the glass expands too fast, and the edge of the glass can be cracked, so that the defects are caused.
In the fourth preheating step: the temperature is gradually increased from T3 to T4, T4 is 750 ℃, the temperature rise time is 120 seconds, and in the process: if the set temperature is too low, the glass is not softened and is difficult to form, and if the set temperature is too high, molecules in the glass are heated to a temperature higher than the set temperature, pocking marks are generated, and the appearance is poor.
When the glass reaches the softening point, the glass is molded again, so that the glass can be ensured not to be broken in the processing process.
The hot bending forming step specifically comprises the following steps: and sequentially carrying out two-stage hot bending molding on the preheated glass plate to obtain a glass bending primary product. When the second time period is formed: the molding temperature is kept at T5-T6, T6 can be chosen at 730 ℃ (namely, a small amount of temperature drop can be caused in the molding process, the molding effect is not influenced), the molding is carried out at constant pressure, the molding pressure is 0.4MPa, the molding time is 120 seconds, and in the process: play the pressurize effect, glass shaping position, the temperature is set for too high, can lead to there being the mould seal, and the temperature is set for too low, and the cooling is too fast, leads to the size bad, and the pressure sets for the pressurize, does not bounce-back when the cooling, guarantees the size precision of 3D product.

The cooling is carried out by using cooling water at the temperature of 19-22 ℃, and the formed 3D glass product is rapidly cooled on the premise of not influencing the performance of the product, so that the capacity can be improved.
The properties of the bent glass product obtained by the processing method of example 1 are shown in Table 1.

By adopting the technical scheme of the comparative example 1, only one work station is adopted for preheating, so that the glass is molded when the glass does not reach the softening point, the glass is broken, and the product is scratched when the glass is molded in the heating process; when the molding time is too long, mold marks, pockmarks and concave-convex points can appear.
The method is applicable to various 3D mobile phone cover plate glasses with four curved sides, in particular to mobile phone cover plate glasses with the thickness of 0.6mm to 0.8 mm. Under the adjustment of hot bending process parameters and pressure, the requirements of customers can be met no matter the appearance of the 3D glass or the size of the 3D glass.
