本发明公开了一种乒乓球拍，包括一体成型的手柄和底板，底板的面板上设置有发泡材料填充物，发泡材料填充物外表面黏合有碳纤维布；所述的手柄上也设置有发泡材料填充物，发泡材料填充物外表面同样黏合有碳纤维布；有益效果：达到了乒乓球拍高性能的弹性，碳纤维来的表面处面的处理，内部使用发泡材料填充物与底板组合，减少胶合物，重量轻，弹性好。

本发明涉及一种乒乓球拍。
背景技术
一般的乒乓球拍由底板、手柄和粘贴在底板表面的胶板组成。底板多数沿用传统的制造工艺，即使专业性强的底板也是根据性能的不同要求选择在轻、重、硬、厚、薄等方面不相同的木材薄板，将以纵横交错排列的薄板木纤维粘合加压后制成。但是由于球拍底板常受到材质固有性能的限制，按常规结构和工艺制成的底板其击球性能很能达到专业性底板的水平，原因在依上述结构和工艺制成的球拍底板的机械震荡力大，为减轻球拍的重量，现有底板在选材上多为轻质、木质疏松和容重小的木材，所以缺乏足够的韧性和弹力。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是针对现有技术的不足，提供一种新型的乒乓球拍。
为了实现上述目的，本发明所采取的措施：一种乒乓球拍，包括一体成型的手柄和底板，底板的面板上设置有发泡材料填充物，发泡材料填充物外表面黏合有碳纤维布；所述的手柄上也设置有发泡材料填充物，发泡材料填充物外表面同样黏合有碳纤维布。
本发明的有益效果：达到了乒乓球拍高性能的弹性，碳纤维来的表面处面的处理，内部使用发泡材料填充物与底板组合，减少胶合物，它重量轻，弹性好。

在实际的使用本发明的过程当中，只需按照图1和图2生产好本发明，一体成型的手柄9和底板8，牢固耐用，生产方便，底板8的面板上设置有发泡材料填充物7，发泡材料填充物7外表面黏合有碳纤维布6；所述的手柄9上也设置有发泡材料填充物7，发泡材料填充物7外表面同样黏合有碳纤维布6；其中，发泡材料填充物7可采用PU发泡、特种轻木、蜂窝纸、特种保利龙发泡和玻璃纤维，使得本发明轻便，弹性好，从而实现本实用的目的。
