Abstract

本发明提供上行控制信息的调度方法及无线通讯装置,其中一个方法包含:用户设备接收一个下行控制信息DCI。根据一个预定义规则决定该DCI调度的PDSCH信号所对应的一个上行控制信息(Uplink Control Information,UCI)资源区域的位置,该UCI资源区域在时域和/或频域包含多个UCI资源。根据该DCI内的一个指示域决定该UCI资源区域内的一个UCI资源的位置。在该UCI资源上传输该PDSCH信号所对应的ACK/NACK信息。
