Abstract

Description
本发明涉及包含光学增白剂和漂白剂的清洁组合物。光学增白剂是织物/衣物洗涤或清洁剂中的常用成分。它们用于防止/掩盖被清洁物品的变色。这种变色通常表现为被清洁物品的变黄/变灰,并且在浅色/白色物品中尤其普遍。
光学增白剂通过充当辐射吸收剂/发射剂来起作用。吸收自然日光,然后发出蓝色色调。这种发出的光有助于克服变色问题。
本发明的一个目的是提供一种包含光学增白剂的改进制剂。
根据本发明的第一方面,提供了一种包含漂白剂和光学增白剂的组合物。
根据本发明的第二方面,提供了包含漂白剂和光学增白剂的组合物在衣物/织物洗涤操作中作为预处理组合物的用途。
优选地,光学增白剂的存在量为0.01至1重量%,例如0.25重量%(用于合成纤维)或0.35重量%的光学增白剂(用于棉纤维)。
优选地,光学增白剂选自苯甲腈、苯并噁唑、苯并吡唑及其衍生物和取代化合物的物类。

意外的是,发现当用于织物/衣物清洁操作时,本发明的组合物及其应用在污渍处理中具有改善的性能。此外,这是在避免“白色晕圈/斑点”问题的同时实现的,该问题通常随着在被清洁物品上局部使用光学增白剂而发生,从而导致物品的多个区域具有不同的白色阴影。不希望受理论约束,假定这种增强的性能由于光学增白剂在污渍处理步骤中掩饰任何残余污渍的能力而产生。
非常意外的是,观察到该光学增白剂在低温、例如家用洗衣洗涤循环中经历的那些温度(一般低于90℃、低于60℃、低于40℃、低于30℃且通常低于20℃)下起作用。发现这是令人意外的,因为上述的一些材料用于纺织品整理工序(特别是用于诸如聚酯等合成织物)。在这些整理工序中,织物在超过120℃的温度,并且通常在高达180℃的温度下加工。据认为,在这种传统的整理工序中,需要这样的高温来使材料达到其玻璃化转变温度,以使其可以与光学增白剂相互作用。因此,出乎意料的是,光学增白剂可以在家用洗衣操作的低温(见上文)下与织物(例如聚酯)相互作用。
有理由认为,非离子表面活性剂的存在有助于这种相互作用。据认为,非离子表面活性剂有助于光学增白剂在洗涤液中的溶解。此外,假定非离子表面活性剂有助于光学增白剂与织物表面的结合,该织物表面在许多纤维(例如聚酯)的情况下是疏水的。
表面活性剂是例如阴离子或非离子表面活性剂或其混合物。非离子表面活性剂优选为具有式RO(CH2CH2O)nH的表面活性剂,其中,R为C12H25至C16H33的线性偶数碳烃链的混合物,并且n表示重复单元的数目,且为约1至约12的数。其他非离子表面活性剂的实例包括与约3至13摩尔环氧乙烷缩合的包含约12至约16个碳原子的高级脂肪族伯醇。
非离子表面活性剂的其他实例包括伯醇乙氧基化物(从Shell公司以Neodol商品名获得),例如与9摩尔环氧乙烷缩合的C11烷醇(Neodol 1-9)、与6.5摩尔环氧乙烷缩合的C12-13烷醇(Neodol 23-6.5)、与9摩尔环氧乙烷缩合的C12-13烷醇(Neodol 23-9)、与7或3摩尔环氧乙烷缩合的C12-15烷醇(Neodol 25-7或Neodol 25-3)、与13摩尔环氧乙烷缩合的C19-15烷醇(Neodol 45-13)、每摩尔醇平均2.5摩尔环氧乙烷的C9-11线性乙氧基化醇(Neodol91-2.5)等。
适用于本发明的非离子表面活性剂的其他实例包括与5至30摩尔环氧乙烷缩合的直链或支链构型的含有11至18个碳原子的仲脂肪醇的环氧乙烷缩合产物。商业上可获得的上述类型的非离子洗涤剂的实例是由陶氏化学的子公司Union Carbide销售的与9摩尔环氧乙烷(Tergitol 15-S-9)或12摩尔环氧乙烷(Tergitol 15-S-12)缩合的C11-15仲烷醇。
辛基苯氧基聚乙氧基乙醇型非离子表面活性剂(例如Triton X-100)以及胺氧化物也可以用作本发明中的非离子表面活性剂。线性伯醇乙氧基化物的其他实例可以Tomadol商品名获得,例如,Tomadol 1-7,具有7摩尔EO的C11线性伯醇乙氧基化物;Tomadol25-7,具有7摩尔EO的C12-C15线性伯醇乙氧基化物;Tomadol 45-7,具有7摩尔EO的C14-C15线性伯醇乙氧基化物;和Tomadol 91-6,具有6摩尔EO的C9-C11线性醇乙氧基化物。

优选的非离子表面活性剂包括具有短(C1-C10)EO(和/或PO/BO)链的醇乙氧基化物。

最优选地,溶剂或溶剂混合物来自丙醇系列(Dowanol P-系列)和这些中的二丙二醇正丙基醚、二丙二醇正丁基醚和丙二醇苯基醚。这些溶剂从陶氏化学分别以DowanolDPnP、Dowanol DPnB和Dowanol PPH商购获得。
其他有用的溶剂是诸如甲苯磺酸钠和异丙苯磺酸钠等助水溶物和诸如乙醇和异丙醇等短链醇等。它们可以作为仅有的溶剂或与其他溶剂的组合存在于组合物中。

这种应用通常在自动洗衣机中发生于洗涤物品之前,即该组合物用作预处理剂。在该应用中,最明显的是避免了白色晕圈/斑点的问题。
喷雾装置可以包括喷射剂,因此是气溶胶型装置的形式,其中,当启用喷雾装置时,喷射剂的压力用于帮助排出喷雾装置的内容物。或者,喷雾装置可以手动操作,因此可以是触发喷雾装置的形式。在这些装置中,对操作杆施加压力导致泵的操作,这引发了喷射装置内容物的分配。
