Description

本发明涉及一种用于煤气喷嘴以控制煤气外流的热电偶,该热电偶已在很大程度上进行了改进,当火焰熄灭时可大大缩短响应时间。
适用于煤气喷嘴的安全法规规定:万一火焰熄灭时,供给喷嘴的煤气须自动地切断从而防止煤气积聚及由此导致的爆炸或大小事故。
为了实现上述效果,所有广泛应用的解决方案是采用电磁元件,该电磁元件趋于常闭位置,并在煤气喷嘴点火时可手动开启,该电磁元件装有一构成所述热电偶的测温仪或传感器,在此处由于受热可生成一电动势,该电动势大得足以使电磁元件保持开启,当火焰熄灭时所述电动势中断,由此可使电磁元件不再保持开启状态。
为了实现上述效果,通用的热电偶有一热焊缝和一冷焊缝,前者靠近火焰而后者与火焰相距相当一段距离,因此存在于上述两条焊缝之间的热量产生上述的可使电磁元件保持开启的电动势。
这类热电偶虽然也满足使用要求,但它们存在的一个主要缺陷在于它们非常缓慢的响应,以致在火焰熄灭之后,电磁元件仍没有关闭,因此直到三十秒钟之后煤气才停止外流,在此期间,大量的未燃烧的煤气可能已经流出喷嘴。
本发明的目的在于改进用于煤气喷嘴的热电偶以完全克服上述缺陷,显著降低传统热电偶的响应时间。
更具体地说,为了实现上述目的,所述热电偶具有一与传统热电偶相似的结构,并且其特征在于设有一附加的焊缝,该焊缝位于传统的热焊缝和冷焊缝之间,且与第一焊缝相距较大的一段距离,更特殊之处在于所述附加焊缝产生一电动势,该电动势的值远小于传统热焊缝所产生的电动势且与之方向相反。
根据上述结构及因为上述次级焊缝离热源较远从而使次级焊缝的加热晚于初级焊缝加热的事实,热电偶在开始工作阶段类似于传统的热电偶,并且当热电偶正在工作时,合量的电动势下降,这样次级焊缝并不影响点火速度并且因为次级焊缝所产生的反电动势小于初级焊缝产生的电动势,所以在此状态下合量较小但足以维持系统工作。当火焰熄灭时,初级焊缝所发生的压降比次级焊缝快得多,因此合成电动势的下降比完全与初级焊缝相关的电压降值快许多,从而使电磁元件关闭,即将煤气通道更加迅速地切断。
为了提供更全面的描述并有助于充分理解本发明的特性,下面提供一组说明书附图,该组附图仅为举例说明且并不全面,其中:
图1为根据本发明而改进的一个用于煤气喷嘴的热电偶的侧视径向剖视图。
图2为关于初级焊缝、次级焊缝和它们合成的电动势与时间的关系曲线图。
根据上述图纸,特别是借助图1可以认识到本发明所涉及的热电偶的结构和此类任一热电偶的结构相似,它有一支承体(1),该支承体为一绝缘体,在其内部设有同轴的内导体(2)和外导体(3),热电偶中产生的电流可通过它们传导到控制煤气通道的电磁元件上,支承体(1)的端部是一前部测温仪或传感器(4),其内设有一初级焊缝或热焊缝(5),而在支承体(1)的内部与热焊缝相隔一定距离处还设有一冷焊缝(6),在此两条焊缝(5)和(6)之间可产生一定量的由导体(2)和(3)传导的电动势。
请注意,从这种传统的基本结构和图1所示可知,本发明的改进之处包括在绝缘体(1)内建立一条位于热焊缝(5)和冷焊缝(6)之间的的第二热焊缝或次级焊缝(7),特别是所述次级焊缝(7)可产生一与初级焊缝(5)所产生的电动势相反的电动势。
图2的图表表示在加热阶段和冷却阶段两条焊缝及其合成的电动势曲线,由初级焊缝(5)产生的电动势用“F1”来表示,由次级焊缝(7)生成的电动势用“F2”来表示,而合成的电动势用“F”来表示。
上述图2完全清楚地表示出在加热阶段所出现的上述结果并且由于次级焊缝(7)与热源存在相当一段距离,故该处电动势的生成明显比“F1”开始的晚,因此热电偶的接通并不受反电动势“F2”的不利影响,至于两者的含量“F”,它在上述初始阶段几乎与初级焊缝(5)生成的电动势“F1”相等。但是当火焰熄灭时,初级焊缝(5)生成的电动势“F1”的下降值由于次级焊缝(7)生成的电动势的影响而急剧增大,由次级焊缝生成的电动势“F2”下降得较缓慢,因此合量“F”有一相当陡的倾斜,上述变化也很清楚地表示在图2中,这样电磁元件的驱动会非常及时,即万一火焰熄灭,电磁元件的关闭会更加迅速。

Claims (1)

1、一种用于煤气喷嘴的改进型热电偶,它包括在喷嘴的热源处设置的一热焊缝(5)及一冷焊缝(6),该冷焊缝与热焊缝(5)相距一段相当大的距离,这样由两条焊缝生成的电动势通过同轴的导线(2-3)传至一电磁元件,该电磁元件可控制通向喷嘴的煤气通道并处于常闭状态,其特征在于,在所述热焊缝(5)和冷焊缝(6)之间设有一与初级焊缝(5)相似的次级热焊缝(7),但尤为特殊的是该次级焊缝(7)生成一与初级焊缝(5)所产生的电动势相反的电动势并且该电动势的值基本上较小,这样由于次级焊缝(7)与初始焊缝(5)相比加势较晚,故而次级焊缝(7)既不在初始加热阶段影响热电偶,也不影响热电偶的标准操作,因为次级焊缝和初始焊缝一道产生一合量,该合量的值足以使电磁元件保持闭合,但是在冷却阶段可导致其合量急剧倾斜或下降,该合量可使得电磁元件非常迅速的断开。
