In this embodiment, the parameter management system is mainly responsible for managing cell configuration parameters of each cell, maintaining a parameter library, a parameter pre-configuration list, and a base station interception neighbor cell list. And in the base station interception neighbor list, mapping the cell ID and the interception neighbor list one by one, and updating the preset base station interception neighbor list in real time by the parameter management system according to the interception neighbor list reported by each cell.
Specifically, after receiving the listening neighbor cell lists reported by the current cell and each of the other cells, the parameter management system updates the listening neighbor cell list corresponding to each cell to the base station listening neighbor cell list, and sends a parameter update response to each cell base station. Since the monitored neighboring cells of each cell in the parameter management system change, the configuration parameters of the current cell may also change. The cell parameter configuration method provided by the embodiment of the invention can solve the problem that the cell configuration parameters conflict with the monitored neighbor cell parameter configuration in the starting process of the base station, solve the problem that the parameter configuration conflicts with each other under the condition that the base stations are simultaneously started, reduce the probability of leaving the neighbor cells when the neighbor cells are monitored in the starting process of the base station, and better optimize the neighbor cell relation.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the receiving of the parameter configuration request sent by at least one cell in the current network, and the issuing of the initial parameter pre-configuration list corresponding to each cell to the corresponding cell according to the parameter query request of each cell are specifically implemented by the following steps: extracting cell IDs carried in parameter configuration requests sent by each cell and list frames to which pre-configuration parameters are to be added; and searching a preset parameter library according to the cell ID of each cell to acquire the configuration parameters of the corresponding cell, generating an initial parameter pre-configuration list of the corresponding cell according to the acquired configuration parameters, and issuing the list to the corresponding cell.

Referring to fig. 4, the cell parameter configuration apparatus in the embodiment of the present invention specifically includes a processing module 301, a listening module 302, a communication module 303, and a parameter control module 304, where:
a processing module 301, configured to determine configuration parameters of a neighboring cell according to an initial parameter pre-configuration list of a current cell, and generate a neighboring cell configuration list according to the configuration parameters of the neighboring cell;
the interception module 302 is configured to intercept neighboring cell information of the current cell, and generate an intercepted neighboring cell list of the current cell according to the intercepted neighboring cell information;

In this embodiment of the present invention, the processing module 301 is further configured to, after obtaining the target parameter pre-configuration list, update the neighboring cell configuration list according to the target parameter pre-configuration list if the configuration parameter of the neighboring cell changes.
In this embodiment of the present invention, the intercepting module 302 is further configured to, after sending the intercepted neighboring cell list to the parameter management system, query whether there is missing neighboring cell information in the intercepted neighboring cell list of the current cell according to the intercepted neighboring cell list reported by each cell in the intercepted neighboring cell list of the base station; and if the interception neighbor list of the current cell has the missing neighbor information, inserting the missing neighbor information into the interception neighbor list of the current cell to obtain an updated interception neighbor list.
In this embodiment of the present invention, the parameter control module 304 is specifically configured to search for a parameter in the target parameter pre-configuration list, where the parameter conflicts with a neighboring cell configuration list of a current cell and a parameter in a monitored neighboring cell list; and adjusting the searched parameters.
In this embodiment of the present invention, the communication module 303 is further configured to send a parameter configuration request to the parameter management system before the processing module 301 determines the configuration parameters of the neighboring cell according to the initial parameter pre-configuration list of the current cell, where the parameter configuration request carries a cell ID of the current cell and a list frame to which the pre-configuration parameters are to be added, so that the parameter management system searches a preset parameter library according to the cell ID to obtain the configuration parameters of the current cell, and generates the initial parameter pre-configuration list according to the obtained configuration parameters; and receiving an initial parameter pre-configuration list returned by the parameter management system.
Fig. 5 schematically shows a structural diagram of a cell parameter configuration apparatus according to another embodiment of the present invention. Referring to fig. 5, the cell parameter configuration apparatus in the embodiment of the present invention specifically includes a receiving module 401, a processing module 402, and a sending module 403, where:
A receiving module 401, configured to receive a parameter configuration request sent by at least one cell in a current network, and send an initial parameter pre-configuration list corresponding to each cell to the corresponding cell according to a parameter query request of each cell, so that each cell determines configuration parameters of neighboring cells according to the corresponding initial parameter pre-configuration list, generates a neighboring cell configuration list according to the configuration parameters of the neighboring cells, and listens neighboring cell information, so as to report a listened neighboring cell list generated according to the listened neighboring cell information;

a sending module 403, configured to send the target parameter pre-configuration list of each cell to the corresponding cell, so that each cell performs parameter adjustment on the received target parameter pre-configuration list according to the current neighboring cell configuration list and the listening neighboring cell list, and performs cell parameter configuration on the current cell according to the adjusted target parameter pre-configuration list.
In this embodiment of the present invention, the receiving module 401 is specifically configured to extract a cell ID carried in a parameter configuration request sent by each cell and a list frame to which a preconfigured parameter is to be added, search a preset parameter library according to the cell ID of each cell to obtain a configuration parameter of a corresponding cell, generate an initial parameter preconfigured list of the corresponding cell according to the obtained configuration parameter, and send the initial parameter preconfigured list to the corresponding cell.
In this embodiment of the present invention, the processing module 402 is further configured to delete the target parameter pre-configuration list of the corresponding cell and delete the mapping relationship of the corresponding cell from the base station monitoring neighbor cell list when receiving a parameter configuration response sent by any cell after the target parameter pre-configuration lists of the cells are respectively sent to the corresponding cells.

The cell parameter configuration method and the device provided by the embodiment of the invention can solve the problem of conflict between configuration parameters and the intercepted adjacent cell parameters in the starting process of the base station, solve the problem of conflict between parameter configurations when the base stations are started simultaneously, reduce the probability of leaving the adjacent cells when the adjacent cells are intercepted in the starting process of the base station, and better optimize the adjacent cell relation.
Furthermore, an embodiment of the present invention provides a computer-readable storage medium, on which a computer program is stored, which when executed by a processor implements the steps of the method as described in fig. 1 or the steps of the method as described in fig. 3.

sending a parameter configuration request to a parameter management system, wherein the parameter configuration request carries a cell ID of a current cell and a list frame to be added with a pre-configured parameter, so that the parameter management system searches a preset parameter library according to the cell ID to obtain the configuration parameter of the current cell and generates an initial parameter pre-configured list according to the obtained configuration parameter;
Determining configuration parameters of adjacent cells according to an initial parameter pre-configuration list of the current cell, and generating an adjacent cell configuration list according to the configuration parameters of the adjacent cells;
carrying out neighbor cell information interception on the current cell, and generating an intercepted neighbor cell list of the current cell according to the intercepted neighbor cell information;
sending the interception neighbor cell list to the parameter management system, so that the parameter management system updates a preset base station interception neighbor cell list according to the interception neighbor cell list reported by each cell, and updates configuration parameters in the initial parameter pre-configuration list according to the updated base station interception neighbor cell list to obtain a target parameter pre-configuration list; the base station interception neighboring cell list comprises a mapping relation between a cell ID and the interception neighboring cell list of a corresponding cell;
and acquiring the target parameter pre-configuration list, adjusting the parameters of the target parameter pre-configuration list according to the neighbor configuration list and the monitoring neighbor list of the current cell, and configuring the cell parameters of the current cell according to the adjusted target parameter pre-configuration list.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein after obtaining the pre-configured list of target parameters, the method further comprises:
And if the configuration parameters of the adjacent cell change, updating the adjacent cell configuration list according to the target parameter pre-configuration list.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein after sending the listening neighbor list to a parameter management system, the method further comprises:
inquiring whether the monitoring neighbor cell list of the current cell has the missing neighbor cell information according to the monitoring neighbor cell list reported by each cell in the monitoring neighbor cell list of the base station;
and if the interception neighbor list of the current cell has the missing neighbor information, inserting the missing neighbor information into the interception neighbor list of the current cell to obtain an updated interception neighbor list.
4. The method according to any of claims 1-3, wherein the performing parameter adjustment on the target parameter pre-configuration list according to the neighbor cell configuration list and the listening neighbor cell list of the current cell comprises:
searching parameters with configuration conflict with a neighbor configuration list of the current cell and a monitoring neighbor list in the target parameter pre-configuration list;
and adjusting the searched parameters.
5. A method for configuring cell parameters, comprising:
Extracting cell IDs carried in parameter configuration requests sent by each cell and a list frame to be added with pre-configured parameters, searching a preset parameter base according to the cell IDs of each cell to obtain the configuration parameters of the corresponding cells, generating an initial parameter pre-configured list of the corresponding cells according to the obtained configuration parameters, sending the initial parameter pre-configured list to the corresponding cells to ensure that each cell determines the configuration parameters of the adjacent cells according to the corresponding initial parameter pre-configured list, generating an adjacent cell configuration list according to the configuration parameters of the adjacent cells, carrying out adjacent cell information interception, and reporting an intercepted adjacent cell list generated according to the intercepted adjacent cell information;

and respectively issuing the target parameter pre-configuration list of each cell to the corresponding cell so as to allow each cell to carry out parameter adjustment on the received target parameter pre-configuration list according to the respective current neighbor cell configuration list and the interception neighbor cell list, and carrying out cell parameter configuration on the current cell according to the adjusted target parameter pre-configuration list.
6. The method of claim 5, wherein after the target parameter pre-configuration lists of the cells are respectively sent to the corresponding cells, the method further comprises:
and when a parameter configuration response sent by any cell is received, deleting the target parameter pre-configuration list of the corresponding cell, and deleting the mapping relation of the corresponding cell from the base station interception neighbor cell list.
