Background
At present, a switch mechanism for controlling the on-off of the electric cooker can be divided into a contact switch mechanism and a micro switch mechanism, and after a power plug of the electric cooker using the contact switch mechanism is inserted into a socket, even if the contact switch mechanism is not operated, current is formed inside the electric cooker, so that a certain potential safety hazard exists in the use process of the electric cooker using the contact switch mechanism; the electric cooker using the micro-switch mechanism can effectively avoid the problems, but the traditional micro-switch mechanism has shorter service life, so that the electric cooker has lower durability.
Disclosure of Invention
Based on this, it is necessary to provide a switch mechanism and an electric cooker, which are durable, aiming at the technical problems of the conventional micro-switch mechanism, such as short service life and low durability of the electric cooker.
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides a switch mechanism, comprising: the micro-switch is fixedly mounted on the mounting seat, the pressing rod is movably mounted on the mounting seat, the pressing rod is provided with a pressing part and a pressing part, the micro-switch is located between the pressing part and the pressing part, the pressing part is used for pressing a trigger part of the micro-switch, an elastic piece used for pressing the pressing part to the trigger part is arranged on the pressing rod, and the locking piece is used for locking the pressing rod in the moving stroke of the pressing rod so that the pressing part is kept in a state separated from the trigger part.
The switch mechanism can be at least used in various electric cookers, such as an electromagnetic oven, an electric cooker and the like, and in an initial state, the pressing part keeps a state of pressing the trigger part of the micro switch under the action of the elastic piece, and the micro switch is in a power-off state at the moment; when a user presses the pressing part, the pressing rod moves backwards for a certain distance, then the locking piece locks the pressing rod, at the moment, the user releases the pressing part, the pressing rod cannot move forwards under the locking action of the locking piece under the action of the elastic piece, so that the pressing part keeps a state of being separated from the triggering part, and the micro switch is in an electrified state; when the pressing part is pressed again, the pressing rod is continuously moved backwards for a certain distance, and then the locking piece unlocks the pressing rod, so that the pressing rod moves forwards under the action of the elastic piece, the pressing part is further enabled to enter the state of the pressing triggering part again, and the micro switch enters the power-off state again. The switch mechanism effectively avoids the condition that the pressing force of a user directly acts on the trigger part of the micro switch through the pressing rod, and further effectively prevents the micro switch from being damaged due to overlarge pressing force, so that the switch mechanism has longer service life; furthermore, the pressing stroke of the pressing rod of the switch mechanism is not limited by the setting position of the micro switch, and different pressing strokes of the pressing rod can be set according to actual product requirements, so that the switch mechanism is more flexible and changeable in the design production process.

When an element is referred to as being "connected" to another element, it can be directly connected to the other element or intervening elements may also be present. In contrast, when an element is referred to as being "directly on" another element, there are no intervening elements present. The terms "first," "second," and "third" in this specification do not denote a particular quantity or order, but rather are used for distinguishing between similar or identical items.
As shown in fig. 1 to 5, a switching mechanism 10 includes: the device comprises a mounting seat 11, a micro switch 12, a pressing rod 13 and a locking piece 14; the micro switch 12 is fixedly arranged on the mounting seat 11, and the pressing rod 13 is movably arranged on the mounting seat 11; one end of the pressing rod 13 is provided with a pressing part 131, and the pressing part 131 is used for being pressed by a user so as to enable the pressing rod 13 to move along the axial direction; the other end of the pressing rod 13 is provided with a pressing part 132, the micro switch 12 is positioned between the pressing part 131 and the pressing part 132, and the pressing part 132 is used for pressing the trigger part 121 of the micro switch 12; the pressing rod 13 is provided with an elastic member 133 for pressing the pressing portion 132 against the trigger portion 121, the elastic member 133 may be a spring or a shrapnel, in this embodiment, the elastic member 133 is preferably a spring, one end of the spring is used for pressing against the pressing portion 132, and the other end of the spring is pressed against the mounting seat 11; the catch piece 14 is used to lock the pressing lever 13 in the movable stroke of the pressing lever 13 so that the pressing portion 132 is kept in a state of being disengaged from the trigger portion 121.
The switch mechanism 10 can be used in various electric cookers, such as electromagnetic ovens, electric cookers, etc. In the initial state, the pressing portion 132 keeps pressing the trigger portion 121 of the micro switch 12 under the action of the elastic member 133, and at this time, the micro switch 12 is in the power-off state; when the user presses the pressing part 131, the pressing rod 13 moves backwards for a certain distance, and then the locking piece 14 locks the pressing rod 13, at this time, the user releases the pressing part 131, the pressing rod 13 cannot move forwards under the action of the elastic piece 133 under the locking action of the locking piece 14, so that the pressing part 132 keeps a state of being separated from the triggering part 121, and the micro switch 12 is in an electrified state; when the pressing portion 131 is pressed again, the pressing rod 13 continues to move backward for a certain distance, and then the locking piece 14 unlocks the pressing rod 13, so that the pressing rod 13 moves forward under the action of the elastic piece 133, and the pressing portion 132 enters the state of pressing the triggering portion 121 again, and at this time, the micro switch 12 enters the power-off state again. Of course, the above process may be performed reversely, that is, the initial state is that the locking member 14 locks the pressing rod 11 to keep the pressing portion 132 away from the micro switch 12, and the micro switch is in the power-off state at this time, when the user presses the pressing portion 131, the locking member 14 unlocks the pressing rod 13, and the pressing portion 132 presses the triggering portion 131 under the action of the elastic member 133, and the micro switch is in the power-on state at this time. When a user presses the pressing part of the pressing rod, the traditional switch mechanism enables the pressing part of the pressing rod to press the trigger part of the micro switch along the direction of the pressing force of the user, namely, the pressing force of the user directly acts on the trigger part of the micro switch through the pressing rod, and when the pressing force of the user is overlarge, the micro switch is easy to damage. Compared with the traditional switch mechanism, the switch mechanism 10 effectively avoids the condition that the pressing force of a user directly acts on the trigger part 121 of the micro switch 12 through the pressing rod 13, and further effectively prevents the micro switch 12 from being damaged due to overlarge pressing force of the user, so that the switch mechanism 10 has longer service life; furthermore, the pressing stroke of the pressing rod 13 of the switch mechanism 10 is not limited by the setting position of the micro switch 12, and different pressing strokes of the pressing rod 13 can be set according to the actual product requirement, so that the switch mechanism 10 is more flexible and changeable in the design production process.
