Claims (7)

1. A method of spreader maintenance, comprising the steps of:
obtaining a maintenance state of each lifting appliance in the lifting appliance queue to confirm a target lifting appliance needing maintenance, wherein the maintenance state is a maintenance condition of each lifting appliance in the current lifting appliance queue based on equipment maintenance in current application;
controlling the target lifting appliance to enter a target maintenance area to perform lifting appliance maintenance;
after confirming that the target lifting appliance maintenance operation is completed, controlling the target lifting appliance to return to the lifting appliance queue;
the step of controlling the target spreader to enter a target maintenance area for spreader maintenance includes:
confirming the current position of the target lifting appliance;
when the current position of the target lifting appliance is located in a preset area of the target maintenance area, controlling the target lifting appliance to enter the target maintenance area to perform lifting appliance maintenance;
the hanger maintenance method further comprises:
acquiring the basic parameters of a lifting appliance of the currently applied lifting appliance;
adding the obtained basic parameters of the lifting appliance to a preset parameter storage area to generate a lifting appliance queue;
after the step of adding the acquired basic parameters of the lifting appliance to a preset parameter storage area to generate a lifting appliance queue, the method further comprises the following steps:
acquiring set hanger maintenance information;
and registering maintenance states for the lifting appliances of the lifting appliance queue according to the obtained lifting appliance maintenance information and the obtained lifting appliance basic parameters.
2. The method of spreader maintenance according to claim 1, wherein the step of controlling the target spreader to return to the spreader queue after confirming completion of the target spreader maintenance operation comprises:
and when receiving maintenance completion information sent by a target maintenance area, confirming that the target lifting appliance is maintained, and executing the step of controlling the target lifting appliance to return to the preset lifting appliance queue.
3. The method of spreader maintenance according to claim 1, wherein after the step of controlling the target spreader to return to the spreader queue after confirming completion of the target spreader maintenance operation, further comprising:
and updating the maintenance state of the target lifting appliance in the lifting appliance queue.
4. The method of spreader maintenance according to claim 1, wherein the step of controlling the target spreader to return to the spreader queue after confirming completion of the target spreader maintenance operation, further comprises:
obtaining maintenance data of the target lifting appliance;
and storing the acquired maintenance data into a preset hanger maintenance data storage area.
5. A spreader maintenance device, comprising: memory, a processor and a spreader maintenance application stored on the memory and executable on the processor, the spreader maintenance application when executed by the processor implementing the steps of the spreader maintenance method according to any one of claims 1 to 4.
6. A computer readable storage medium, having a spreader maintenance application stored thereon, which when executed by a processor performs the steps of the spreader maintenance method according to any one of claims 1 to 4.
7. A spreader servicing system, characterized in that it carries out the steps of the spreader servicing method according to any one of claims 1 to 4 when executed.
