背景技术
空调目前已应用到社会的各个领域,但是随着空调设备的日益复杂,出现的故障也越来越多,空调系统的“带障”运行造成了巨大的能源损失,而且系统“带障”运行会缩短设备的使用寿命,直接影响到空调系统的可靠性。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述不足问题,提供一种空调设备维修管理系统。
本发明为实现上述目的所采用的技术方案是:空调设备维修管理系统,采用了C/S模式的局域网,包括数据库、维修决策、维修应用三层结构,所述数据库包括用户信息、设备信息、维修资源信息、维修信息,所述维修决策层是通过对空调设备运行实时数据的读取,完成空调设备重要度分析和可靠性分析,分析的结果一方面写入数据库,另一方面判断设备的运行状态,所述维修应用是管理人员根据得到的维修决策结果制定预防性维修计划,通过上级管理人员审批后下达具体的维修工作实施命令,及时将实施的结果及评价信息反馈到系统数据库再次进行分析并重新制定维修策略。
所述设备信息包括设备的名称、型号,所述维修资源信息包括维修人员、备件、工具,所述维修信息包括故障维修信息、维修大纲、维修决策。

本发明为一种空调设备维修管理系统,采用了C/S模式的局域网,包括数据库、维修决策、维修应用三层结构。
所述数据库包括用户信息、设备信息、维修资源信息、维修信息,所述设备信息包括设备的名称、型号,所述维修资源信息包括维修人员、备件、工具,所述维修信息包括制定大纲、实施任务、评价结果,通过对数据库进行数据操作,及时收集点检信息,完成对设备故障的维修和维修资源的调度管理及数据库维护工作。
所述维修决策层是通过对空调设备运行实时数据的读取,完成空调设备重要度分析和可靠性分析,分析的结果一方面写入数据库,另一方面判断设备的运行状态,如果空调设备需要进行故障诊断和状态预测,则调用故障维修信息库的数据进行诊断和预测,并将结果存入数据库,如果空调设备需要进行维修,则调用故障维修信息库和优化模型库的数据进行维修决策。
所述维修应用是管理人员根据得到的维修决策结果制定预防性维修计划,通过上级管理人员审批后下达具体的维修工作实施命令,及时将实施的结果及评价信息反馈到系统数据库再次进行分析并重新制定维修策略。
