In some embodiments, in order to protect the electric push rod 660, the electric push rod 660 is disposed inside the smoke collection cavity, the rack 100 includes a back plate 135 located at the rear side of the smoke collection cavity, the back plate 135 includes a base plate 135a and a mounting plate 135b extending from the base plate 135a to the inside of the smoke collection cavity, and a through hole for the electric push rod 660 to pass through is opened on the mounting plate 135 b. The base plate 135a is arranged along the vertical direction, the mounting plate 135b is arranged along the horizontal direction, the electric push rod 660 can be protected by the base plate 135a, the influence of external environment factors is avoided, the mounting plate 135b can further limit the motion track of the electric push rod 660, and therefore the electric push rod 660 can work more stably and reliably.
In order to further improve the working stability of the second cigarette collecting plate 420, the lifting mechanism further comprises a guide rail 680 and a sliding block 670, and the guide rail 680 or the sliding block 670 is mounted on the mounting plate 135 b; a slide block 670 is arranged on the mounting bracket 650 corresponding to the guide rail 680, or a guide rail 680 is arranged corresponding to the slide block 670; the slide block 670 is provided with a sliding groove for mounting the guide rail 680. Specifically, in this embodiment, the slider 670 is mounted on the mounting plate 135b, and the guide rail 680 is mounted on the mounting bracket 650. The slider 670 is provided with a guide groove extending in the vertical direction, and the guide rail 680 is installed in the guide groove. In this embodiment, by providing the guide rail 680 and the sliding block 670, the limit of the lifting connection between the mounting bracket 650 and the rack 100 is increased, so that the lifting connection of the mounting bracket 650 is more stable.
In some embodiments, in order to improve the bearing capacity and the working stability of the second smoke collecting plate 420, the range hood further includes a reinforcing plate 422, and the reinforcing plate 422 is attached to a surface of the second smoke collecting plate 420, which faces away from the smoke inlet of the smoke collecting cavity. The reinforcing plate 422 is a flat plate made of a hard material such as stainless steel. A reinforcing plate 422 is attached to the mounting surface of the second cigarette holding plate 420. The range hood further comprises an oil cup 600, the oil cup 600 is connected with the rear side of the second smoke collecting plate 420, and the oil cup 600 is located below the second smoke collecting plate 420 and ascends and descends along with the ascending and descending of the second smoke collecting plate 420, so that the oil cup 600 can descend to a position far away from the smoke collecting cavity.

In some cases, in order to avoid oil dripping of the range hood, the range hood further comprises a filter screen 500 and an oil guide plate 550, and the filter screen 500 and the oil guide plate 550 are obliquely arranged above the second smoke collecting plate 420; the filter screen 500 has a first flow passage, and the guide portion 552 of the oil guide plate 550 has a second flow passage, and the first flow passage is communicated with the oil cup 600 through the second flow passage.
Specifically, in this embodiment, the second flow channel is communicated with the first flow channel, so that oil drops dropping onto the filter screen 500 can smoothly flow onto the oil guide portion of the oil guide plate 550, thereby effectively preventing the oil drops from collecting on the filter screen 500 and preventing the oil drops on the filter screen 500 from dropping onto the cooking bench. Specifically, the structure of the filter screen 500 may be various, such as a grid structure or a dense-mesh structure, and is not particularly limited herein. The filter screen 500 has a first flow passage, wherein the first flow passage may be formed in various manners, for example, the first flow passage is formed by a groove concavely formed on the upper surface of the filter screen 500; for another example, the first flow channel is formed by surrounding a rib protruding from the upper surface of the filter screen 500. The filter screen 500 and the oil guide plate 550 can be arranged in an integrated manner, and certainly, in order to facilitate disassembly and assembly, the filter screen 500 and the oil guide plate 550 can also be detachably connected, for example, the filter screen is connected with a buckle, the filter screen is connected with a magnetic attraction connector, a screw is connected, and the like. The oil passing through the second flow passage flows into the oil cup 600 to be stored.
In this embodiment, the filter screen 500 and the oil guide plate 550 are disposed on the smoke inlet side of the smoke collection cavity of the range hood, wherein the filter screen 500 has a first flow channel, and the oil guide plate 550 includes an oil guide portion having a second flow channel communicated with the first flow channel. Therefore, oil drops dropping on the filter screen 500 can smoothly flow to the oil guide part of the oil guide plate 550 and flow into the oil cup 600 from the oil guide part for storage, so that the oil drops are effectively prevented from being accumulated on the filter screen 500, the oil drops on the filter screen 500 are prevented from dropping on a cooking bench, and the oil drops of the range hood are further prevented.
In some embodiments, in order to improve the stability of the connection between the oil guide plate 550 and the filter screen 500, the oil guide plate 550 further includes a mounting portion 551 integrally formed with the flow guide portion 552; the mounting portion 551 is formed with a mounting groove 554 for mounting the filter screen 500, and the bottom of the mounting groove 554 is opened with a smoke passing hole 553 corresponding to the mesh of the filter screen 500. The front side (the side close to the mounting plate 135 b) of the oil guide plate 550 is connected to the front side wall of the smoke collection chamber, and the rear side of the oil guide plate 550 is connected to the back plate 135 of the smoke collection chamber. By installing the filter screen 500 into the installation groove 554, the relative position of the filter screen 500 and the oil guide plate 550 is more reliable.
In order that the oil on the filter screen 500 can smoothly flow into the oil guide plate 550 and does not leak, a flow-limiting flange is arranged on one side of the filter screen 500 close to the flow guide portion 552, and the flow-limiting flange is attached to the groove wall of the mounting groove 554; a flow guide sheet is formed on the flow-limiting flanging, an oil passing opening is formed on the wall of the mounting groove 554 corresponding to the flow guide sheet, and the flow guide sheet penetrates through the oil passing opening to enable the first flow passage and the second flow passage to be communicated. The oil flows into the oil guiding portion of the oil guiding plate 550 through the oil passing opening by the flow guiding plate, and continues to flow along the second flow channel on the oil guiding portion. Through the arrangement of the flow limiting flanging, oil can only flow through the oil passing port, so that oil leakage from other positions of the oil guide plate 550 is avoided.
In order to make the oil on the oil guide plate 550 smoothly enter the oil cup 600, the frame 100 includes a back plate 135 located at the rear side of the smoke collection cavity, and the back plate 135 includes an oil passing groove surrounded by a base plate 135a, a mounting plate 135b and a restrictor plate 135 c; the rear side of the oil guide plate 550 is connected with a flow restriction sheet 135 c; the second flow channel is communicated with the oil passing groove.
Specifically, in this embodiment, the mounting plate 135b extends along the length direction of the rack 100, the base plate 135a and the flow restriction piece 135c are respectively disposed at two opposite sides of the mounting plate 135b, so that the base plate 135a, the mounting plate 135b, and the flow restriction piece 135c enclose to form an oil passing groove, and the second flow passage is communicated with the oil passing groove. The communication mode is various, the rear side of the oil guide plate 550 may not be provided with any structure, and the rear side of the oil guide plate 550 directly extends into the oil passing groove to guide the oil into the oil passing groove. Of course, the rear side of the oil guide plate 550 may also be provided with a flow-limiting rib, and then the flow-limiting rib is provided with an oil hole or a notch for oil to pass through. The oil entering the oil passing groove continuously flows downwards to the oil cup 600, specifically, an oil leakage hole is formed in the bottom of the oil passing groove, the oil cup 600 is located right below the oil passing groove, and the opening of the oil cup 600 is upward. The oil leakage hole can be a through hole for the guide rail 680 or the lifting structure to pass through, or an oil leakage hole specially provided for oil leakage. Oil drops to the mounting bracket 650 through the oil leak hole or directly drops into the oil cup 600 under the action of gravity. The oil dropped onto the mounting bracket 650 may flow into the oil cup 600 below through a via hole opened in the mounting bracket 650.
In some embodiments, in order to further prevent oil from dropping onto the cooking bench, the second smoke collecting plate 420 has a smoke collecting state in which the second smoke collecting plate 420 is disposed obliquely, and the bottom of the second smoke collecting plate 420 extends to a position right above the oil cup 600. When an accident occurs and the oil guide plate 550 leaks, the second smoke collecting plate 420 can guide the oil into the oil cup 600, so as to avoid polluting the cooking bench below the range hood or prevent the oil from dropping onto the user.
In some embodiments, in order to avoid oil leakage caused by oil drops formed on the top of the cabinet 110, the range hood includes:
the oil smoke exhaust device comprises a case 110, a fan and a fan, wherein the case 110 is provided with an accommodating cavity, and the lower end of the case 110 is provided with an oil smoke suction inlet communicated with the accommodating cavity; and
the fan is arranged in the accommodating cavity, and an air inlet cavity formed by enclosing the fan and the case 110 is formed at one side of an air inlet of the fan;

So as to cover the top of the air inlet cavity under the condition of not influencing the air inlet of the fan. Through the setting of leading oil spare, avoid a large amount of and the top contact of air inlet chamber of flue gas to make the greasy dirt of flue gas form at the one side of leading oil spare towards the air inlet chamber, and by the lateral wall of water conservancy diversion face guide to the air inlet chamber (flow to oil cup 600 along the lateral wall in air inlet chamber, or other oil storage structures), thereby avoid the greasy dirt to drip on the top of a kitchen range.

The range hood as claimed in claim 3, wherein the frame includes a back plate located at the rear side of the smoke collection chamber, the back plate includes a base plate and a mounting plate extending from the base plate to the inside of the smoke collection chamber, and the mounting plate is provided with a via hole for the electric push rod to pass through.

The range hood as claimed in claim 1, further comprising a filter screen and an oil guide plate, wherein the filter screen and the oil guide plate are obliquely arranged above the second smoke collecting plate; the filter screen is provided with a first flow passage, the flow guide part of the oil guide plate is provided with a second flow passage, and the first flow passage is communicated with the oil cup through the second flow passage.

The range hood as claimed in claim 5, wherein the oil guide plate further comprises a mounting portion integrally formed with the flow guide portion; the installation department is formed with the mounting groove that supplies the filter screen installation, the mouth of crossing that corresponds with the mesh of filter screen is seted up to the bottom of mounting groove.

the second flow channel is communicated with the oil passing groove.
8. The range hood as claimed in claim 7, wherein the oil passing groove is provided at the bottom thereof with an oil leakage hole, the oil cup is positioned right below the oil passing groove, and the opening of the oil cup is upward.
