本发明是一套分子泵叶盘,本发明所属技术领域是一种真空泵叶片的设计方法。传统分子泵叶片和电风扇叶片相似,叶片越长排风效果越好,同时叶片强度变差,易断裂。本发明用打上孔的动盘和挖了槽的静盘代替叶片。这个设计降低了加工成本,减小了叶片热变形,加强了结构强度,提高了抽气效果。解决的技术问题:超大口径分子泵设计难题技术要点和用途:动盘上的孔和静盘上槽在尺寸、数量、位置上都有要求。动静盘配套使用才能发挥真空抽气效果。依托本设计可以制造出更大口径、更大抽速的分子泵。

一套分子泵叶盘
技术领域
本发明是一种真空泵叶片的设计方法。传统分子泵叶片和电风扇叶片相似,叶片越长排风效果越好,同时叶片强度变差,易断裂。本发明用打上孔的动盘和挖了槽的静盘代替叶片。这个设计降低了加工成本,减小了叶片热变形,加强了结构强度,提高了抽气效果。
背景技术
真空镀膜机的尺寸越做越大,相应的给真空镀膜机抽气的涡轮分子泵也越来越大。现有的大口径分子泵口径最大400毫米,叶片尺寸长,结构强度低,易变形引发碎泵事故。本发明用带透孔的平盘代替分子泵动片,用盘面上加工有半封闭凹槽的平盘代替分子泵静片。动盘、静盘在极小距离内高速相互运动,静盘凹槽在与动盘透孔重合时,静盘凹槽内气体压强低,气体分子会通过动盘盘面上的透孔向下层运动,达到真空除气的目的。
发明内容
动盘在上,静盘在下,材料均为铝合金。动盘上分布着规则的透孔,透孔由里到外连成一条一条的斜线段,线段方向与水平轴成一定的夹角。静盘上的凹槽为半封闭结构,只有上面开口。静盘凹槽的中线与动盘透孔连成的斜线段长度相等,方向相反。

附图1为动盘结构图,材质铝合金。动盘面上小孔起气体通道作用,同时也增加了动盘表面积,增进对空气分子能量传输效果。
附图2为静盘结构图,材质铝合金。静盘表面加工有半封闭凹槽,此凹槽只有上口开放,工作时起到微型真空泵的作用,同时也是气体分子通道。静盘外圈还有一端打孔的环形槽,也是气体分子通道。
附图3为工作原理图,动盘于上,静盘在下。盘面上的箭头分别表明各自旋转方向。两段黑箭头表示气路走向。
具体实施方式
动静盘在相距不到一毫米的距离内相对运动,转速高达几万转。夹在动静盘之间的空气分子与动静盘表面碰撞、摩擦,叶盘就把自己的动能传递给空气分子。接受了动能的空气分子向外散射,动静盘之间气体压强变低。位于动盘上表面的空间气体压强高于动静盘之间气体压强,动盘上层空间气体就会穿过动盘面上透孔向下运动。如此,被抽出的气体运动路线由真空室被吸到动盘上表面,进而穿过动盘上的透孔进入动静盘之间空隙,接受动静盘赋予的能量向外散射,然后聚集于静盘边缘的环形槽内,最后从环形槽一端的透孔向下进入下一级压缩。此设计的好处在于动盘结构强度好,受热变形小。动盘和静盘很平,有利于减小它们之间的安装间隙,更好的利用固体表面对空气分子的拖带作用。改善分子泵除气效果。

1.本发明用带透孔的平盘代替分子泵动片,用盘面上加工有半封闭凹槽的平盘代替分子泵静片。动盘、静盘在极小距离内高速相互运动,静盘凹槽在与动盘透孔重合时,静盘凹槽内气体压强低,气体分子会通过动盘盘面上的透孔向下层运动,达到真空除气的目的。
