When brushing, the glue should be rolled back and forth to ensure uniformity and smooth glue surface. After the polypropylene cloth coiled material is paved, the ends are cut.
4. And (3) paving a 30mm sand cushion layer, paving a 30mm thick middle and coarse sand filtering layer on the layer, leveling, sprinkling a proper amount of water, and rolling and vibrating by a road roller or a flat vibrator to compact.
5. Paving a special insulation board 4 (60-80 mm) for the ice rink, and paving a cushion layer between a base layer and a soil base by using a material with low heat conductivity in order to prevent or alleviate the freezing injury of the soil base. The heat-insulating board 4 is composed of high-pressure cement board, polyphenyl granule, concrete mixture and other materials. The specification is 600X 2400mm or 900X 3000mm, the thickness is 60-80mm, the wire is paid off and paved fully according to the design requirement, and the tamping flatness is controlled to be plus or minus 1.5mm.
6. The waterproof layer 5 is fully paved, waterproof transparent adhesive tape (60 mm wide) is connected with a seepage-proof film, and the waterproof layer is compressed with the waterproof layer installation groove 22 on the peripheral frame 6 of the ice rink after being paved and flattened.
7. The special aluminum square keel 7 with the thickness of 40 multiplied by 3mm or 30 multiplied by 3mm is paved according to the design requirement, the distance between the centers of adjacent keels 7 is 490 or 500mm, the aluminum square keel 7 is provided with a reserved mounting hole, the aluminum square keel is fixed with the heat insulation plate 4 by an aluminum tail bolt 11 (the heat insulation plate 4 is pre-buried with a connecting steel plate 12 according to the design requirement when being manufactured), and the flatness of the aluminum square keel 7 is controlled to be plus or minus 1mm.
8. Aluminum honeycomb refrigeration coils (235×40mm or 235×30 mm) are paved between the aluminum square-through keels 7, and two aluminum honeycomb refrigeration coils are paved between each keel 7.
9. The aluminum square keel 7 is fully paved with a first adhesive tape 13 (30 g or 40 g) with the thickness of 1mm.
10. The special inorganic stone for the ice rink is paved by aluminum honeycomb composite stone (inorganic stone 1200 multiplied by 1500 multiplied by 8mm, aluminum honeycomb thickness 17mm and synthetic Dan Hou mm). A gap of 2mm is reserved between the aluminum honeycomb composite stone materials.
11. After the aluminum honeycomb composite stone floor is cleaned, glass cement is injected between the gaps of 2 mm.

According to the above method, a professional ice field (on which ice vehicles can be put) as in the fifth embodiment can be formed by laying the aerogel patches 18 on the ground which is loaded and meets the design standard of the ice road surface and performing the steps 2, 6 and 8.
