随着各种工商活动的蓬勃发展,各种物流作业的重要性与日俱增,无论是将商品销售至世界各地,亦或是在生产的过程中将各种原物料由一厂房转运至另一厂房,大量的运输需求已爆炸性地增长至前所未有的境界,为了在运送各种产品的过程中保护运送产品,一种十分普遍的做法是将产品装入一包装箱内,然后,将装有产品的包装箱配送至目的地,包装箱起到了在产品转运过程中不受外界影响的作用。

一种加强纸箱,其特征在于:由下列重量份数的原料制成:原纸纸浆60-80份,高岭土10-20份,聚乙烯醇20-25份,八甲基环四硅氧烷10-15份,氧化烷基胺聚氧乙烯醚5-10份,无机陶瓷纤维20-30份,增韧剂1-3份。
本发明具备以下有益效果:生产包装纸箱强度高,使用寿命长,耐高温性能好,在高温环境下不会有脱胶,软化等情况发生,满足了使用要求,工艺设计合理,耗材量低,生产成本低,可广泛应用于包装箱生产领域。
