Abstract

本发明属于金属加工领域,特别涉及一种铝散热翅片用冲压液及其制备方法,该冲压液由表面活性剂、润湿渗透剂、润滑剂、水溶性有机溶剂和水组成。将原料按照质量比混合搅拌均匀,置于反应釜中,在60℃下反应1~2h,即得本发明冲压液。本发明采用嵌段聚醚作为表面活性剂,配合使用润湿渗透剂和润滑剂,添加水溶性有机溶剂制得的冲压液克服了传统水溶性材料表面张力较高,在冲压过程中不能形成铺展性好的油膜,影响冲压效果、对模具会产生影响的技术问题;且本发明冲压液组分不含有矿物油,不添加氯系、硫系、极压剂、消泡剂等助剂,制得的冲压液具有容易清洗、高清洁度,低残留,环保,不会对基材产生腐蚀性的优点。

技术领域
本发明属于金属加工领域,特别涉及一种铝散热翅片用冲压液及其制备方法。
背景技术
冲压制品在现代汽车、机电、电器、仪器仪表、电子产品和日常生活用品中占有相当大的比例。在冲压加工过程中,摩擦主要发生在工件与模具相对运动时,这时冲压模具要承受带冲击性的重负荷和较高的工作温度,同时相对运动速度快。在这样的条件下,为了保证冲压制品表面的光洁度,并控制摩擦,这就要求冲压油具有良好的润滑性、挤压抗磨性和防腐蚀性等,从而在生产出合格冲压制品的同时,达到保护冲压机的目的。
传统使用的以矿物油作基础油,复配极压剂和多种助剂调合而成的纯油性冲压油,不含水,不能稀释使用,由于其技术和制备工艺成熟,润滑、防锈、抗腐蚀性能优良,长期以来被广泛应用于汽车、摩托车、工程机械等领域的机加工企业对钢、铸铁、铝合金等金属材质的冲压加工工艺。但它也存在一些重要弊端。一是纯油性制剂消耗大量石油资源,售价贵,使用成本高;二是存在火灾隐患,安全性差;三是排放的废液不易处理,严重污染环境。
铝翅片冲压油是针对制冷行业用高速冲床加工铝翅片而开发的润滑油产品,该类冲床原使用高粘度的冲压油进行翅片的冲压加工润滑,加工后的翅片表面的冲压油需用溶剂清洗,以保证翅片的传热效率。所用清洗剂一般为三氯乙烯,对操作人员的健康及环境的保护均带来不利影响;也有用碱性清洗剂清洗,这会带来废液排放问题。而且在翅片与冷凝管接触处因毛细管作用和机械隔离作用,冲压油不容易被清洗干净。
随着人们环保意识的增强,逐渐开发出了挥发性冲压油,冲压加工工艺后采用自然挥发或加温挥发的方法去除工件表面的残油,不用溶剂清洗就可以满足下道工序的加工要求,无废液排放,减少了对环境的污染。但是,现有的挥发性冲压油配方中还是需要添加矿物油,以及有毒有害的溶剂和助剂,而由于散热翅片冲压完后需要进行烘干,在烘干过程中溶剂挥发,矿物油分解还是会对环境产生危害。
发明内容
为了解决现有技术中铝散热翅片用冲压油需用油溶性有机溶剂作为基础油再加入合成脂组成,对环境影响较大的技术问题,且烘干时有机溶剂挥发,不环保的技术问题,本发明提供一种水性铝散热翅片用冲压液及其制备方法。
本发明散热翅片用冲压液按质量百分比,其组成为:
剩余为去离子水。
其中,所述表面活性剂为:非离子表面活性剂,优选为:嵌段聚醚,所述嵌段聚醚优选为:环氧乙烷和环氧丙烷的嵌段聚合物。
所述润湿渗透剂为:聚二甲基硅氧烷(PDMS);
所述润滑剂为:二聚酸或乳酸;
所述水溶性有机溶剂的包括二乙二醇、乙二醇,丙三醇等。
本发明冲压液的制备方法为:
(1)、按配比准确称量表面活性剂、润湿渗透剂、润滑剂、水溶性有机溶剂以及水,备用;
(2)将表面活性剂和水溶性有机溶剂置于反应釜内,搅拌均匀;得到表面活性剂溶液;
(3)向表面活性剂溶液中加入润湿渗透剂、润滑剂和水,在80~90转/分的转速下进行搅拌,直至混合均匀,60℃下反应1~2h;
(4)将反应后的混合物泵入成品罐,即得到冲压液制品。
本发明冲压液的应用为:将冲压液和水按照1:10~20的比例稀释后用作制备铝散热翅片的冲压液。
有益效果:
1、本发明采用嵌段聚醚作为表面活性剂,配合使用润湿渗透剂和润滑剂,添加水溶性有机溶剂制得的冲压液的表面张力,接近现有挥发性冲压油的表面张力,能均匀的形成油膜,克服了传统水溶性材料表面张力较高,在冲压过程中不能形成铺展性好的油膜,影响冲压效果,会对模具产生影响的技术问题;且在冲压变形中,不会降低金属板材的强度,起到保护模具,延长其使用寿命的作用;采用本冲压液制得的制品质量好,表面光洁度高。
2、本发明冲压液组分不含有矿物油,不添加氯系、硫系、极压剂、消泡剂等助剂,制得的冲压液具有清洗简单容易、清洁度高,残留低,环保,不会对基材产生腐蚀性的优点;本发明冲压液稀释后使用仍能保持很好的效果,更加环保且成本较低。
3、本发明冲压液的制备方法简单,原材料易于获取。所制得的冲压液完全能够能满足冲压工艺要求,可提高金属板材在冲压及拉伸加工过程中的润滑性,且清洗简单快捷方便,使用时安全可靠,不会对操作人员身体健康造成伤害。
具体实施方式
下面根据实施例进一步详细说明本发明。
实施例1
冲压液的组成如下:
剩余为去离子水。
冲压液的制备方法如下:
(1)、按配比准确称量表面活性剂、润湿渗透剂、润滑剂、水溶性有机溶剂以及水,备用;
(2)将表面活性剂和水溶性有机溶剂置于反应釜内,搅拌均匀;得到表面活性剂溶液;
(3)向表面活性剂溶液中加入润湿渗透剂、润滑剂和水,在80~90转/分的转速下进行搅拌,直至混合均匀,60℃下反应2h;
(4)将反应后的混合物泵入成品罐,即得到冲压液制品。
测试冲压液的表面张力为:23mN/m;PH:6。
将冲压液和水按照1:20的比例稀释后用于制备空调散热翅片冲压液。
测试其残留率﹤2%。
实施例2

(1)、按配比准确称量表面活性剂、润湿渗透剂、润滑剂、水溶性有机溶剂以及水,备用;

(3)向表面活性剂溶液中加入润湿渗透剂、润滑剂和水,在80~90转/分的转速下进行搅拌,直至混合均匀,60℃下反应1.5h;
(4)将反应后的混合物泵入成品罐,即得到冲压液制品。
测试冲压液的表面张力为:24mN/m;PH:6。
将冲压液和水按照1:20的比例稀释后用于制备空调散热翅片冲压液。
测试其残留率﹤2%。
实施例3
冲压液的组成如下:

测试冲压液的表面张力为:24mN/m;PH:6。
将冲压液和水按照1:15的比例稀释后用于制备空调散热翅片冲压液。
测试其残留率﹤2%。

将冲压液和水按照1:15的比例稀释后用于制备空调散热翅片冲压液。测试其残留率﹤2%。

3.如权利要求1所述的冲压液,其特征在于:所述润湿渗透剂为:聚二甲基硅氧烷(PDMS);所述润滑剂为二聚酸或乳酸;所述水溶性有机溶剂为:二乙二醇,乙二醇,丙三醇。
4.如权利要求2所述的冲压液,其特征在于:所述非离子表面活性剂为:嵌段聚醚。
5.一种如权利要求1所述的冲压液的制备方法,其特征在于:所述制备方法为:
(1)、按配比准确称量表面活性剂、润湿渗透剂、润滑剂、水溶性有机溶剂以及水,备用;
(2)将表面活性剂和水溶性有机溶剂置于反应釜内,搅拌均匀;得到表面活性剂溶液;
(3)向表面活性剂溶液中加入润湿渗透剂、润滑剂和水,在80~90转/分的转速下进行搅拌,直至混合均匀,60℃下反应1~2h;
(4)将反应后的混合物泵入成品罐,即得到冲压液制品。
6.一种如权利要求1所述的冲压液的应用,其特征在于:将冲压液和水按照1:10~20的比例稀释后用作制备铝散热翅片的冲压液。
