an angle sliding rail extending along the length of the protective guard (5) is arranged on the inner side of the protective guard, an angle sliding block (14) is arranged on the angle sliding rail in a matched sliding mode, a first sliding block locking bolt for locking the angle sliding block is arranged on the angle sliding block (14), a telescopic rod (15) is further arranged on the angle sliding block, a telescopic locking bolt (16) for controlling and locking the telescopic rod to stretch is arranged on the telescopic rod, and the top of the telescopic rod (15) is hinged to the middle lower portion of the lifting adjusting assembly;
the lifting adjusting component comprises a lifting slide block (13), a slide block locking bolt II (21), a rotary hinge ring I (22), a lifting cylinder (20), a rotary hinge ring II (19) and a connector, wherein the inner side of the guard rail (5) is provided with a lifting slide rail (23) extending along the length thereof, the lifting slide rail (23) is provided with a lifting slide block (13) in a sliding way, the lower end of the lifting cylinder (20) is connected to the upper end of the lifting slide block (13) by adopting the first rotating hinge ring (22) to be capable of rotating and adjusting the angle, a second sliding block locking bolt (21) for locking the lifting sliding block (13) is arranged on the lifting sliding block, the cylinder rod end of the lifting cylinder (20) is connected with the connector through a second rotary hinge ring (19), the top of the connector is provided with the rotating disc (17), and the rotating axis of the first rotating hinge ring (22) is parallel to the rotating axis of the second rotating hinge ring (19).
