The device is characterized by further comprising a shaking assembly, wherein the shaking assembly is arranged at the left part of the device and comprises a driven shaft 23, a crank 25, a sleeve 26, a connecting rod 27, a push-pull rod 28 and a guide cylinder 31, the driving shaft 6 is positioned at the left side section of the primary crushing cylinder 7 and is provided with a driving bevel gear 27, the driven shaft 23 is vertically arranged, the top end of the driven shaft is provided with a driven bevel gear 22 vertically meshed with the driving bevel gear 27, the lower section of the driven shaft 23 is provided with the crank 25, the crank 25 is sleeved with the sleeve 26, the sleeve 26 is connected with the connecting rod 27 arranged in the horizontal direction, and the other end of the connecting rod 27 is hinged with the push-pull rod 28; the base 1 is connected with a guide cylinder 31 through a support 30, and the other end of the push-pull rod 28 horizontally penetrates through the guide cylinder 31 and is close to the secondary crushing cylinder 16; specifically, when the driving motor 5 drives the driving shaft 6 to rotate, the driving bevel gear 21 and the driven bevel gear 22 act to drive the driven shaft 23 to rotate, the connecting rod 27 drives the push-pull rod 28 to reciprocate, and the push-pull rod 28 periodically impacts the secondary crushing barrel 16 to shake off the PVC particles adhered to the barrel wall.
The left vertical plate 2 is provided with an installation seat 24 through which a driven shaft 23 passes, and the driven shaft 23 is rotatably connected with the installation seat 24; the bottom end of the driven shaft 23 is also rotationally connected with the base 1.
Wherein, the push-pull rod 28 is provided with an elastic end block 30 at one end near the secondary crushing barrel 16 to buffer the impact on the secondary crushing barrel 16.

the primary crushing assembly comprises a primary crushing barrel (7) which is transversely arranged between the left vertical plate and the right vertical plate, two ends of the primary crushing barrel (7) are sealed and fixedly connected with the left vertical plate (2) and the right vertical plate (3) through a supporting rod (4); a feed inlet (8) is formed in the upper left end of the primary crushing barrel (7); the output end of the driving motor (5) extends rightwards and is connected with a driving shaft (6), the driving shaft (6) extends into the primary crushing barrel (7) and is provided with a spiral packing auger (9), and the spiral packing auger (9) drives the material to move rightwards along with the rotation of the driving shaft (6); the right lower end of the side wall of the primary crushing barrel (7) is connected with a storage pipe (10);
the drying assembly is arranged on one side of the storage pipe (10) and comprises a fan (11), a heating cavity (12) and an air conveying pipe (13), the fan (11) is fixed below the primary crushing barrel (7), the air outlet end of the fan (11) is communicated with the heating cavity (12), a heater is arranged in the heating cavity (12), and the heating cavity (12) is connected with the lower section of the storage pipe (10) through the air conveying pipe (13);
the blanking assembly comprises a blanking cavity (14) and a blanking wheel (15), the blanking cavity (14) is arranged below the storage pipe (10) and communicated with the bottom end of the storage pipe (10), the blanking wheel (15) is rotatably arranged in the blanking cavity (14) and externally connected with a rotating motor, and the outer ring of the blanking wheel (15) is provided with a storage groove;
the secondary crushing assembly comprises a vertically arranged secondary crushing barrel (16), the top end of the secondary crushing barrel (16) is communicated with the bottom end of the blanking cavity (14), a left crushing roller (18) and a right crushing roller (19) are symmetrically arranged in the secondary crushing barrel (16) corresponding to an outlet of the blanking cavity (14), and the bottom end of the secondary crushing barrel (16) is communicated with the outside; the base (1) is correspondingly provided with a receiving basket (20);
the device is characterized by further comprising a shaking assembly, wherein the shaking assembly is arranged at the left part of the device and comprises a driven shaft (23), a crank (25), a sleeve (26), a connecting rod (27), a push-pull rod (28) and a guide cylinder (31), a driving bevel gear (21) is arranged at the section, located on the left side of the primary crushing cylinder (7), of the driving shaft (6), the driven shaft (23) is vertically arranged, a driven bevel gear (22) vertically meshed with the driving bevel gear (21) is arranged at the top end of the driving shaft, the crank (25) is arranged on the lower section of the driven shaft (23), the sleeve (26) is sleeved with the crank (25), the sleeve (26) is connected with the connecting rod (27) arranged in the horizontal direction, and the push-pull rod (28) is hinged to the other end of the connecting rod (27); the base (1) is connected with a guide cylinder (31) through a support (32), the other end of the push-pull rod (28) horizontally penetrates through the guide cylinder (31) and is close to the secondary crushing cylinder (16), when the driven shaft (23) rotates, the connecting rod (27) drives the push-pull rod (28) to move in a reciprocating mode, and the push-pull rod (28) periodically impacts the secondary crushing cylinder (16);
