The invention relates to a clamping, supporting and positioning device for a workpiece, in particular to a clutch housing clamp.
Background
Because the process control in the casting production process is difficult, the unstable casting quality is unavoidable. In the casting production of the clutch housing blank, the produced part of cast iron clutch housing blank has the defects of larger spigot deformation, uneven machining allowance and poor consistency.
The existing clutch housing clamp mechanism realizes circumferential positioning by directly clamping a spigot of a clutch housing. The clamp cannot be suitable for clamping with large spigot deformation and poor spigot allowance consistency. If the existing clamp is used strongly, the shell is deflected after positioning, and even the positioning result cannot be realized, so that the subsequent processes of installing the joint surface and the bearing hole of the shell cannot be processed, or the processing precision and the working efficiency are affected.
Disclosure of Invention
The present invention addresses the above-described problems by providing a clutch housing clamp; the cast iron clutch blank can be compatible with cast iron clutch blanks in various states, and positioning and mounting are realized; the method is particularly suitable for the clutch housing with poor casting quality at the spigot of the blank of the clutch housing.

2. The clamp provided by the invention is easy to operate, and the working efficiency is improved.
3. The spigot plane is supported by the support nails, so that the blank surface is supported more stably.

The invention is described in further detail below with reference to the drawings and examples.
A clutch housing clamp as shown in fig. 1 and 2 comprises a base 1, a supporting seat 2 fixedly arranged on the base 1 and a claw seat 3.
The middle part of the base 1 is provided with a guide pillar 11 protruding upwards and perpendicular to the upper surface of the base 1, and the end of the guide pillar 11 is provided with a threaded hole; in order to facilitate installation, in this embodiment, the guide post is a flange structure, the middle of the guide post extends upwards to form a protruding portion, and the flange structure is fixedly installed on the base through a disc-shaped member. The outer edge of the base 1 is provided with two U-shaped grooves 16 for fixing the clamps.
Three supporting springs 12 which can extend up and down are uniformly distributed around the guide post 11; one end of the supporting spring 12 is fixedly connected with the base 1, and a lever wheel 13 is arranged above the other end; the circumference of the lever wheel 13 is provided with an annular groove 111, and the bottom of the lever wheel 13 is provided with a blind hole for installing the supporting spring 12. One end of the supporting spring 12 extends into the blind hole to be in close contact with the lever wheel 13. A guide through hole 112 matched with the outer diameter of the guide post 11 is formed along the axis of the lever wheel 13, and the lever wheel 13 is sleeved on the guide post 11 through the guide through hole 112. A pressing block 14 is arranged above the lever wheel 13, and a pressing block through hole is arranged in the middle of the pressing block 14; the middle part of the upper surface of the pressing block 14 extends upwards to form a hollow flange 141, and a pressing block through hole penetrating through the pressing block 14 is a threaded hole. The pressing block 14, the lever wheel 13 and the supporting spring 12 are connected into a whole through the telescopic screw 15, one end of the telescopic screw 15 is provided with a hexagonal head for pressing the pressing block 14, and the telescopic screw 15 passes through the pressing block through hole and the guide through hole 112 to be in threaded connection with the guide post 11.
The number of the supporting seats 2 and the number of the claw seats 3 are three respectively, and the supporting seats and the claw seats are uniformly distributed around the lever wheel 13; the supporting seats 2 and the claw seats 3 are alternately arranged.
The support seat 2 comprises a support seat body 21, a compression screw 22 and a clamping block 23, and is used for placing a clutch housing; the top of the support base body 21 is provided with a support nail 24 for supporting the clutch housing. The clamping block 23 is provided with a clamping block through hole, the supporting seat body 21 is provided with a threaded through hole perpendicular to the upper surface of the base 1, and the compression screw 22 penetrates through the clamping block through hole to be in threaded connection with the supporting seat body 21.
The jaw seat 3 is provided with a jaw seat through hole 31 parallel to the upper surface of the base 1, and a jaw 4 is penetrated in the jaw seat through hole 31; the claw 4 comprises a clamping shaft 41 and a clamping hook 42, and the longitudinal section of the claw is L-shaped; the clamping shaft 41 is penetrated in the clamping jaw seat through hole 31, and the diameter of the clamping shaft is smaller than that of the clamping jaw seat through hole 31; the end part of the clamping shaft 41 extends out of the clamping jaw seat through hole 31, the end part is a connecting part 411 matched with the annular groove 111 of the lever wheel 13, and the connecting part 411 is in a ball head shape; the middle part of the clamping shaft 41 is hinged with the jaw seat 3 through a pin shaft 43, and the axis of the pin shaft 43 is parallel to the upper surface of the base 1.
The working process of the clamp clamping cast iron clutch shell comprises the following steps:
firstly, placing the clutch housing on the support nails 24 of the support seat 2 to initially center the clutch housing;
then, a spanner is used for passing through the clutch housing to be clamped with the head of the telescopic screw 15, and the spanner is rotated to rotate the telescopic screw 15; the pressing block 14, the lever wheel 13 and the supporting spring 12 move downwards under the action of the telescopic screw 15; at the same time, the lever wheel drives the ball-shaped connection 411 of the claw 4 to move downwards, the claw 4 rotates around the pin 43 under the action of the lever force, and the hook 42 clamps the outer circumference of the clutch housing.
Finally, the compression screw 22 on the support base 2 is adjusted to enable the compression block 23 to compress the clutch housing.
