As shown in fig. 7, in one embodiment of the invention, the fourth conveying unit 34 includes a seventh conveying mechanism 341, an eighth conveying mechanism 342, a ninth conveying mechanism 343, a tenth conveying mechanism 344, and a three-way conveying mechanism 345, wherein the feeding end of the seventh conveying mechanism 341 is connected to the discharging end of the first punch unit 24, and the discharging end thereof is connected to the feeding end of the three-way conveying mechanism 345; three discharge ends of the three-way conveying mechanism 345 are respectively connected with the feed ends of the eighth conveying mechanism 342, the ninth conveying mechanism 343 and the tenth conveying mechanism 344, and the discharge ends of the eighth conveying mechanism 342, the ninth conveying mechanism 343 and the tenth conveying mechanism 344 are respectively connected with the feed ends of the drilling and tapping unit 25, that is, the feed end of each drilling and tapping unit 25 is respectively connected with one conveying mechanism, so that blind holes and tapping holes can be drilled on end plate blanks conveyed by the eighth conveying mechanism 342, the ninth conveying mechanism 343 and the tenth conveying mechanism 344 through the drilling and tapping unit 25.
Specifically, the three-way conveying mechanism 345 includes a bidirectional conveying mechanism, a lifting mechanism and a pushing mechanism, where the bidirectional conveying mechanism sequentially conveys the end plate blanks conveyed by the seventh conveying mechanism 341 to the eighth conveying mechanism 342 and the tenth conveying mechanism 344, the specific implementation manner of the seventh conveying mechanism 341 and the specific implementation manner of the fourth conveying mechanism 321 are the same, the specific implementation manner of the eighth conveying mechanism 342 and the tenth conveying mechanism 344 and the specific implementation manner of the fifth conveying mechanism 322 and the sixth conveying mechanism 323 are respectively the seventh conveying mechanism 341, the bidirectional conveying mechanism, the eighth conveying mechanism 342 and the tenth conveying mechanism 344 and the fourth conveying mechanism 321, the first bidirectional conveying mechanism 324, the fifth conveying mechanism 322 and the sixth conveying mechanism 323 are not described herein. The object placing table of the lifting mechanism can bear the end plate blank on the bidirectional conveying mechanism and ascend to the conveying surface of the ninth conveying mechanism 343, then the end plate blank on the object placing table of the lifting mechanism is pushed onto the conveying surface of the ninth conveying mechanism 343 through the pushing mechanism, the lifting mechanism is identical to the first lifting mechanism 315 in implementation manner, the pushing mechanism is identical to the first pushing mechanism 314 in implementation manner, and the ninth conveying mechanism 343 is identical to the fifth conveying mechanism 322 and the sixth conveying mechanism 323 in implementation manner. The difference is that before the object placing table of the lifting mechanism is to be lifted, the two-way conveying mechanism stops conveying, the end plate blank is static on the two-way conveying mechanism, then the object placing table of the lifting mechanism is driven by the driving equipment to bear the end plate blank and lift to the conveying surface of the ninth conveying mechanism 343, the end plate blank on the object placing table of the lifting mechanism is conveyed to the ninth conveying mechanism 343 through the pushing mechanism, and then the object placing table of the lifting mechanism is embedded between conveying rollers of the two-way conveying mechanism under the driving of the driving equipment. The bidirectional conveying mechanism, the lifting mechanism, the pushing mechanism and the lifting mechanism work sequentially and work circularly according to the sequence.
As shown in fig. 8, in order to facilitate conveying the end plate blanks conveyed on the eighth conveying mechanism 342, the ninth conveying mechanism 343 and the tenth conveying mechanism 344 to the feed end of the drilling and tapping unit 25 so that the drilling and tapping unit 25 drills and taps the end plate blanks, in this embodiment, the eighth conveying mechanism 342, the ninth conveying mechanism 343 and the tenth conveying mechanism 344 are all implemented as conveying rollers, and fifth lifting mechanisms 346 and feeding and picking mechanisms are further provided on the eighth conveying mechanism 342, the ninth conveying mechanism 343 and the tenth conveying mechanism 344, specifically, the eighth conveying mechanism 342 is taken as an example. The feeding pick-and-place mechanism of the eighth conveying mechanism 342 is provided on the drilling and tapping unit 25 above the drilling and tapping jig of the drilling and tapping unit 25, and is located above the fifth lifting mechanism 346 and the eighth conveying mechanism 342, the placement table of the fifth lifting mechanism 346 is embedded between the rollers of the eighth conveying mechanism 342 under the drive of the driving device thereof, so that the eighth conveying mechanism 342 can convey the end plate blank onto the placement table of the fifth lifting mechanism 346, then, when the placement table of the fifth lifting mechanism 346 is driven by the driving device thereof to lift the end plate blank together above the supporting surface of the drilling and tapping jig of the drilling and tapping unit 25, the feeding pick-and-place mechanism clamps the end plate blank on the placement table of the fifth lifting mechanism 346 and moves the clamped blank above the drilling and tapping jig under the drive of the feeding mechanism thereof, then, the feeding taking and placing mechanism puts down the end plate blank, the end plate blank is enabled to fall on the supporting surface of the drilling and tapping clamp, the end plate blank can be clamped through the drilling and tapping clamp, the drilling and tapping clamp is used for drilling and tapping blind holes and tapping screw holes on the end plate blank, after the drilling and tapping blind holes and tapping screw holes are machined, the drilling and tapping clamp is used for loosening the machined end plate blank, the feeding taking and placing mechanism moves to the upper portion of the drilling and tapping clamp under the driving of the feeding mechanism, the end plate blank passing through the drilling and blind holes and tapping screw holes is clamped and conveyed to the discharging end of the drilling and tapping unit 25, and finally the feeding taking and placing mechanism is reset, so that the drilling and tapping unit 25 is used for drilling and tapping the next end plate blank.
Preferably, as shown in fig. 8, the feeding pick-and-place mechanism includes a first pick-and-place mechanism 347, a second pick-and-place mechanism 348 and a feeding mechanism 349, the feeding mechanism 349 is disposed on the drilling and tapping unit 25 or on the eighth conveying mechanism 342, the first pick-and-place mechanism 347 and the second pick-and-place mechanism 348 are sequentially disposed on the feeding mechanism 349 along the feeding direction of the feeding mechanism 349, so that under the driving of the feeding mechanism 349, the first pick-and-place mechanism 347 reciprocates between the drilling and tapping fixture and the upper part of the discharge end of the drilling and tapping unit 25, the second pick-and-place mechanism 348 reciprocates between the drilling and tapping fixture and the upper part of the drilling and tapping fixture, the driving device of the feeding mechanism 349 can adopt a structure that a cylinder, an oil cylinder or a motor drives a screw rod to drive a nut, the first pick-and-place mechanism 347 and the second pick-and-place mechanism 348 can be realized through magnet adsorption, also can be realized through a structure that a cylinder drives a fixture, and can also be realized through a vacuum chuck commonly used in the prior art. Thus, the feeding pick-and-place mechanism is driven by the driving device thereof, and the end plate blank on the drilling and tapping jig can be conveyed to the conveying surface of the fifth conveying unit 35 through the first pick-and-place mechanism 347, and the end plate blank on the fifth lifting mechanism 346 is conveyed to the drilling and tapping jig through the second pick-and-place mechanism 348.
In other embodiments, the eighth conveying mechanism 342 may be provided with a fifth lifting mechanism 346, a sixth lifting mechanism and a fourth pushing mechanism, and the feeding pick-and-place mechanism is not required, where the eighth conveying mechanism 342 is configured in the same manner as the fifth conveying mechanism 322 (sixth conveying mechanism 323), the fifth lifting mechanism 346 is configured in the same manner as the second lifting mechanism 32, the sixth lifting mechanism is configured in the same manner as the third lifting mechanism, and the fourth pushing mechanism is configured in the same manner as the second pushing mechanism 325, which will not be described herein. The only difference is that in this embodiment the sixth lifting mechanism is not provided outside the turning jig of the lathe unit 23, but outside the drilling tapping jig of the drilling tapping unit 25. So that the end plate blank on the object placing table of the fifth lifting mechanism 346 can be conveyed to the object placing table of the sixth lifting mechanism through the fourth pushing mechanism, and the end plate blank on the object placing table is placed on the drilling and tapping clamp through the sixth lifting mechanism so that the drilling and tapping clamp clamps the end plate blank, and then the end plate blank clamped on the drilling and tapping clamp is drilled and tapped through the drill bit and the tap respectively; after the drilling and tapping machining is completed, the drilling and tapping clamp releases the end plate blank clamped by the drilling and tapping clamp, then the object placing table of the sixth lifting mechanism is driven by the driving device of the sixth lifting mechanism to lift the end plate blank on the drilling and tapping clamp to the pushing height of the fourth pushing mechanism, and then the end plate blank on the object placing table of the sixth lifting mechanism is pushed onto the conveying surface of the fifth conveying unit 35 through the fourth pushing mechanism, so that the eighth conveying mechanism 342 conveys the next end plate into the drilling and tapping unit 25 for drilling and tapping (not shown in the figure).
Also, in other embodiments, the fifth conveying mechanism 322 (sixth conveying mechanism 323) is provided with a second elevating mechanism 326 and a feed conveying mechanism that is the same as the feed conveying mechanism provided on the eighth conveying mechanism 342, and the second pushing mechanism 325 and the third elevating mechanism 327 are not provided. The second lifting mechanism 326 and the feeding conveyor mechanism operate in the same manner as when they are disposed on the eighth conveyor mechanism 342, and will not be described in detail herein. With this structure, the end plate blanks on the turning jigs can be conveyed to the conveying surface of the third conveying unit 33 by the first pick-and-place mechanism 347 under the drive of the drive device of the feeding pick-and-place mechanism, while the end plate blanks on the second elevating mechanism 326 are conveyed to the turning jigs by the second pick-and-place mechanism 348 (not shown).
As shown in fig. 7, in the present embodiment, the fifth conveying unit 35 includes an eleventh conveying mechanism 351, a twelfth conveying mechanism 352, a thirteenth conveying mechanism 353, and a fourteenth conveying mechanism 354; wherein, the feeding ends of the eleventh conveying mechanism 351, the twelfth conveying mechanism 352 and the thirteenth conveying mechanism 353 are arranged to be connected with the discharging end of one drilling and tapping unit 25 separately, that is, the discharging end of each drilling and tapping unit 25 is connected with one conveying mechanism separately, and the discharging ends of the eleventh conveying mechanism 351, the twelfth conveying mechanism 352 and the thirteenth conveying mechanism 353 are connected with the feeding end of the fourteenth conveying mechanism 354, so that the eleventh conveying mechanism 351, the twelfth conveying mechanism 352 and the thirteenth conveying mechanism 353 sequentially convey the end plate blanks after the drilling and tapping unit 25 drills blind holes and working screw holes to the feeding end of the second punch unit 26 through the fourteenth conveying mechanism 354. The specific structures and the implementation of the eleventh conveying mechanism 351, the twelfth conveying mechanism 352, and the thirteenth conveying mechanism 353 are the same as those of the first conveying mechanism 311 and the second conveying mechanism 312, and the fourteenth conveying mechanism 354 is the same as those of the third conveying mechanism 313, except that the fourteenth conveying mechanism 354 is provided with three feeding ends and the third conveying mechanism 313 is provided with two feeding ends, and therefore, the specific structures and the implementation of the eleventh conveying mechanism 351, the twelfth conveying mechanism 352, the thirteenth conveying mechanism 353, and the fourteenth conveying mechanism 354 are not repeated.
As shown in fig. 4 and 7, it is preferable that at least one of the lathe unit 23, the first punch unit 24, the drilling and tapping unit 25, and the second punch unit 26 is provided with a waste conveying mechanism 27 for outputting the processing waste, the waste conveying mechanism 27 may be a conveying belt or a conveying roller, or may be provided as a slope, a discharge end of the waste conveying mechanism 27 is provided with a waste pool 271 for storing the processing waste, and when the waste conveying mechanism 27 is provided as a slope, an end of the slope close to the lathe unit 23, the first punch unit 24, the drilling and tapping unit 25, or the second punch unit 26 is higher than an end thereof close to the waste pool 271.
As shown in fig. 10, further, the welding unit 21 may be provided to include a tack welding mechanism for positioning the notch of the end plate blank and for welding the notch of the end plate blank, a turn-over welding mechanism, and an inner and outer ring welding mechanism. The turn-over welding mechanism and the inner and outer ring welding mechanism are arranged, the turn-over welding mechanism is used for turning over the end plate blank welded by the positioning welding mechanism and welding a notch on the other surface of the end plate blank, the inner and outer ring welding mechanism is used for welding the inner and outer rings of the notch of the end plate blank welded by the turn-over welding mechanism and conveying the welded end plate blank to the first conveying unit 31; or, the turn-over welding mechanism and the inner ring welding mechanism are arranged in such a way that the inner ring and the outer ring welding mechanism are used for welding the inner ring and the outer ring of the notch of the end plate blank welded by the positioning welding mechanism, the turn-over welding mechanism is used for turning over the end plate blank welded by the inner ring and the outer ring welding mechanism and welding the notch of the other surface, the welded end plate blank is conveyed to the first conveying unit 31, the first conveying unit 31 conveys the welded end plate blank to the spin-leveling unit 32, and the second conveying unit 32 conveys the end plate blank screwed to the lathe unit 23 for turning. Therefore, the notches are firmly welded together by the two end faces and the inner diameter and the outer diameter of the annular single piece, so that the strength of the end plate blank is ensured.
With continued reference to FIG. 10, the tack welding mechanism includes a rotation detection mechanism 211, a support mechanism 212, a hold down mechanism 213, and a first welding mechanism 214; the rotation detecting mechanism 211 is used for rotating the end plate blank and detecting a notch of the end plate blank, the supporting mechanism 212 is used for supporting the end plate blank, the pressing mechanism 213 is used for pressing the end plate blank which passes through the position of the notch positioned by the rotation detecting mechanism 211 on the supporting mechanism 212, so that the end plate blank is kept in a flat state when the first welding mechanism 214 is used for welding the notch on the end face of the end plate blank pressed on the supporting mechanism 212.
As shown in fig. 10, further, the welding unit 21 further includes a welding moving mechanism 219 including a clamping turnover mechanism 216 for clamping the end plate blank and turning over the clamped end plate blank and a first welding mechanism 214 for welding a notch of the other end face of the end plate blank turned over by the clamping turnover mechanism 216; the clamping turnover mechanism 216 is arranged on the welding moving mechanism 219, and the welding moving mechanism 219 is used for driving the clamping turnover mechanism 216 to reciprocate from the positioning welding mechanism to the inner ring welding mechanism.
As shown in fig. 10, a clamping lift conveyor 215 may be provided between the rotation detecting mechanism 211 and the support mechanism 212, so that the end plate blank, the notch position of which is detected by the rotation detecting mechanism 211, is conveyed to the support mechanism 212 by the clamping lift conveyor 215 for press welding.
As shown in fig. 10, in particular, the inner and outer ring welding mechanism includes a first clamping mechanism 217 for clamping the end plate blank and a second welding mechanism 218 for welding the inner and outer rings of the notch of the end plate blank clamped by the first clamping mechanism 217; wherein, the first welding mechanism 214 and the second welding mechanism 218 each comprise a welding gun, a vertical moving mechanism and a horizontal moving mechanism, the horizontal moving mechanism is used for driving the vertical moving mechanism and the welding gun to reciprocate along the radial direction of the end plate blank in the horizontal plane together, and the vertical moving mechanism is used for driving the end plate blank to reciprocate along the vertical direction; or the vertical moving mechanism is used for driving the horizontal moving mechanism and the end plate blank to reciprocate in the vertical direction in the horizontal plane together, and the horizontal moving mechanism is used for driving the end plate blank to reciprocate in the radial direction of the end plate blank in the horizontal plane.
As shown in fig. 10, further, the inner and outer ring welding mechanism further includes a first turning mechanism for driving the first clamping mechanism 217 to rotate; the first turnover mechanism is used for driving the first clamping mechanism 217 for clamping the end plate blank welded with the notch inner and outer rings to turn over so as to convey the end plate blank welded with the notch inner and outer rings to the conveying surface of the first conveying unit 31.
As shown in fig. 10, the welding unit further includes a lifting and conveying mechanism disposed below the first clamping mechanism 217 so as to receive the welded end plate blanks loosened after the first clamping mechanism 217 is turned over and convey the welded end plate blanks onto the conveying surface of the first conveying unit 31.
As shown in fig. 1, in this embodiment, the feeding end of the welding unit is provided with an automatic feeding unit 40 for automatically conveying the end plate blank to the feeding end of the welding unit, the automatic feeding unit 40 may be an end plate automatic feeding device with the bulletin number of CN207566391U and an end plate automatic feeding and feeding device, the discharging end of the second punch unit 26 is provided with an automatic stacking device 50 for neatly stacking the end plate formed after the processing of the second punch unit 26, and the automatic stacking device 50 may be an automatic stacking device for tubular pile connectors with the bulletin number of CN 207596088U; when two welding units 21 are provided, the feeding end of each welding unit 21 is provided with an automatic feeding unit 40.
In this embodiment, the end plate machining line further includes a control module and a plurality of sensors for detecting whether the end plate blank is in place; at least one sensor is arranged on each of the welding unit 21, the first conveying unit 31, the screwdriving unit 22, the second conveying unit 32, the lathe unit 23, the third conveying unit 33, the first punching unit 24, the fourth conveying unit 34, the drilling and tapping unit 25, the fifth conveying unit 35 and the second punching unit 26, the sensors are connected with a control module, and the control module generates control signals according to signals detected by the sensors to output and control the working modes (such as starting and ending working time) of the welding unit 21, the first conveying unit 31, the screwdriving unit 22, the second conveying unit 32, the lathe unit 23, the third conveying unit 33, the first punching unit 24, the fourth conveying unit 34, the drilling and tapping unit 25, the fifth conveying unit 35 and the second punching unit 26.
Preferably, the welding unit 21, the first conveying unit 31, the screwdriving unit 22, the second conveying unit 32, the lathe unit 23, the third conveying unit 33, the first punching unit 24, the fourth conveying unit 34, the drilling and tapping unit 25, the fifth conveying unit 35 and the second punching unit 26 are arranged in sequence, wherein the welding unit 21, the screwdriving unit 22, the lathe unit 23, the first punching unit 24, the drilling and tapping unit 25 and the second punching unit 26 are collectively referred to as a machining unit, the first conveying unit 31, the second conveying unit 32, the third conveying unit 33, the fourth conveying unit 34 and the fifth conveying unit 35 are collectively referred to as a conveying unit, and sensors for sensing end plate blanks are arranged at the feeding end and the discharging end of the machining unit. The control module is arranged to generate a feeding control signal according to a signal fed back by a sensor at the discharge end of each processing unit that the end plate blank passes through, and control a last conveying unit connected with the processing unit to convey the end plate blank at the discharge end of the last processing unit connected with the conveying unit to the feed end of the processing unit; the control module is further configured to generate a processing control signal according to a signal that the sensor at the feeding end of each processing unit feeds back that the feeding end of the processing unit has the end plate blank to pass through, control the processing unit to process the end plate blank, and convey the processed end plate blank to the discharging end thereof.
Preferably, the sensors are disposed at the discharge ends of the first conveying mechanism 311 and the second conveying mechanism 312, and the control module is configured to generate a stop signal to control one of the conveying mechanisms to stop conveying when the sensors at the discharge ends of the first conveying mechanism 311 and the second conveying mechanism 312 detect the end plate blanks, and generate a drive control signal to control the conveying mechanism to start conveying when the sensor at the discharge end of the other conveying mechanism detects that the end plate blanks are output from the conveying mechanism, so that the first conveying unit 31 has a two-in-one conveying route.
Preferably, the two discharging ends of the first bidirectional conveying mechanism 324 are both provided with sensors, and the control module is configured to generate a reversing control signal according to a signal that the sensor at one discharging end of the first bidirectional conveying mechanism 324 detects that the end plate blank passes through, and control the first bidirectional conveying mechanism 423 to reverse, so that the first bidirectional conveying mechanism 324 conveys the end plate blank from the other discharging end to the fifth conveying mechanism 322 or the sixth conveying mechanism 323, and the second conveying unit 32 can have a one-to-two conveying route.
Preferably, when the three-way conveying mechanism 345 includes a bidirectional conveying mechanism and a pushing mechanism, the three discharging ends of the three-way conveying mechanism 345 are respectively provided with a sensor, the three discharging ends are respectively provided with an eighth conveying mechanism 342, a ninth conveying mechanism 343 and a tenth conveying mechanism 344, the control module is configured to generate a reversing control signal according to the sensor provided with the discharging end of the eighth conveying mechanism 342 or the sensor provided with the discharging end of the tenth conveying mechanism 344, to control the bidirectional conveying mechanism to reverse, the control module is further configured to generate a stopping conveying signal and a pushing control signal according to the sensor provided with the eighth conveying mechanism 342 and the tenth conveying mechanism 344, the bidirectional conveying mechanism stops conveying according to the stopping conveying signal, the pushing mechanism pushes the end plate blank at the feeding end of the conveying mechanism 345 to the ninth conveying mechanism 343 according to the pushing control signal, and the control module is configured to alternately output the control signal to the bidirectional conveying mechanism and the pushing mechanism to control the alternating operation of the bidirectional conveying mechanism and the pushing mechanism, so that the fourth conveying unit 34 has a third conveying route.
Preferably, the discharge ends of the eleventh conveying mechanism 351, the twelfth conveying mechanism 352 and the thirteenth conveying mechanism 353 are respectively provided with a sensor, and the control module is configured to generate a stop signal to control two conveying mechanisms to stop conveying when the sensors of the discharge ends of the eleventh conveying mechanism 351, the twelfth conveying mechanism 352 and the thirteenth conveying mechanism 353 detect end plate blanks, and generate a drive control signal to output sequentially after the sensors of the discharge ends of the other conveying mechanism detect the end plate blanks output from the conveying mechanisms, and sequentially control the conveying mechanisms stopping conveying to start conveying, so that the fifth conveying unit has a three-in-one conveying route.
As shown in fig. 2 and 3, in the present embodiment, the leveling unit 22 includes a first leveling mechanism 221, a turnover transportation mechanism 60 and a second leveling mechanism 222, where the turnover transportation mechanism 60 is disposed between the first leveling mechanism 221 and the second leveling mechanism 222, and the turnover transportation mechanism 60 is configured to turn over the end plate blank that is primarily leveled by the first leveling mechanism 221, and convey the end plate blank that is primarily leveled and turned over to the second leveling mechanism 222 for leveling again, so as to obtain the end plate blank with higher flatness. Further, the first rotary leveling mechanism 221 and the second rotary leveling mechanism 222 are connected through a rotary leveling conveying mechanism 223, and the turnover conveying mechanism 60 is arranged on the rotary leveling conveying mechanism 223; the leveling conveying mechanism 223 conveys the end plate blank which is primarily leveled by the first leveling mechanism 221 to the turnover conveying mechanism 60 for turnover, and conveys the end plate blank which is turned by the turnover conveying mechanism 60 to the second leveling mechanism 222 for re-leveling; in order to facilitate conveying the turned end plate blanks to the second leveling mechanism 222, a second leveling conveying mechanism 223 for conveying the turned end plate blanks of the turning conveying mechanism 60 to the second leveling mechanism 222 is further arranged between the turning conveying mechanism 60 and the second leveling mechanism 222, and the structure of the second leveling feeding mechanism 223 is the same as that of the third conveying mechanism 313, which is not described herein.
As shown in fig. 11 to 13, in the present embodiment, the inverting conveyance mechanism 60 includes a second holding mechanism 61 for holding a workpiece and a second inverting mechanism 62 for driving the second holding mechanism 61 to invert; the first clamping mechanism 61 has a clamping space for accommodating the end plate, the clamping space is communicated with the outside through the first feed port 610 so that the workpiece can enter the clamping space through the first feed port 610, and the first tilting mechanism 62 can drive the first clamping mechanism 61 to be tilted so that the first feed port 610 is tilted from one side to the other side of the first tilting mechanism 62. By adopting the second clamping mechanism 61 and the second turnover mechanism 62 with the above structures, only the clamping driving of the clamping driving device 613, the turnover driving of the driving device of the second turnover mechanism 62, the loosening driving of the clamping driving device 613 and the resetting driving of the second turnover mechanism 62 are needed for realizing one-time turnover operation, and the driving process is simple and quick.
Preferably, the clamping driving device 613 may be a cylinder or an oil cylinder, preferably a cylinder. Specifically, the type of the air cylinder or the cylinder used for clamping the driving device 613 is not limited, and the invention is not limited to the type of the air cylinder or the cylinder used for clamping the driving device 613, as long as the relative movement between the second clamping plate 612 and the first clamping plate 611 can be driven and driven by using the air cylinder or the cylinder.

Since the distance between the stopper 614 and the first feed port 610 of the second clamping mechanism 61 is equivalent to 1/3-1/2 of the length of the workpiece to be clamped, that is, the stopper 614 is located at the position where the clamping depth of the second clamping mechanism 61 is located, when the workpiece placed in the second clamping mechanism 61 touches the stopper 614, the workpiece moves to the position where the clamping depth of the second clamping mechanism 61 is located, thereby defining the clamping depth of the second clamping mechanism 61, and since the height of the stopper 614 is smaller than the thickness of the workpiece to be clamped, it is possible to avoid that the workpiece cannot be clamped by abutting on the stopper 614 when the second clamping plate 612 moves toward the first clamping plate 611. In other embodiments, the height of the stopper 614 may not be limited, and in this case, when the stopper 614 is mounted on any one of the first clamping plate 611 and the second clamping plate 612, a through hole for passing through the stopper 614 may be integrally formed on the other plate, so as to prevent the second clamping plate 612 from abutting on the stopper 614 when moving toward the first clamping plate 611 under the driving of the clamping driving device 613.
As shown in fig. 11, further, the feeding direction M of the second clamping mechanism 61 is perpendicular to the rotation axis of the second flipping mechanism 62. Therefore, when the second turnover mechanism 62 drives the second clamping mechanism 61 to drive the workpiece to be turned over by 180 degrees, the turnover of the workpiece is realized, meanwhile, the workpiece is enabled to travel a distance of one workpiece in the feeding direction, namely, the turnover and the transportation of the workpiece are realized, and the turnover and the transportation efficiency of the workpiece are improved.
The turnover transportation mechanism 60 is mainly used for turnover transportation of plates, and is commonly used for turnover transportation of flanges.
Preferably, the conveying surfaces of the feed conveyor 63 and the discharge conveyor 64 are flush. When the second clamping mechanism 61 includes the first clamping plate 611 and the second clamping plate 612, and moves relative to the first clamping plate 611 by the second clamping plate 612 to clamp the workpiece, the surface of the first clamping plate 611 in contact with the workpiece is the first clamping surface, the surface of the second clamping plate 612 in contact with the workpiece is the second clamping surface, and when the inverting conveyance mechanism 60 is installed between the feeding conveyance mechanism 63 and the discharging conveyance mechanism 64 with the first feeding port 610 facing the discharging end of the feeding conveyance mechanism 63 or the feeding end of the discharging conveyance mechanism 64, one of the first clamping surface and the second clamping surface is flush with, slightly higher than, or slightly lower than the conveyance surfaces of the two swivel conveyance mechanisms 223, at this time, the other clamping surface is higher than the conveyance surfaces of the feeding conveyance mechanism 63 and the discharging conveyance mechanism 64, and the distance of the other clamping surface from the conveyance surfaces of the feeding conveyance mechanism 63 and the discharging conveyance mechanism 64 is greater than the thickness of the workpiece to be clamped.
As shown in fig. 14 and 15, further, the welding, leveling and end plate processing line further includes a material blocking mechanism 65, where the material blocking mechanism 65 is disposed between the feeding conveying mechanism 63 and the turnover conveying mechanism 60 and below the turnover conveying mechanism 60; the dam mechanism 65 includes a stopper 651 and a dam drive device 652, the dam drive device 652 being configured to drive the stopper 651 to reciprocate from below to above the conveying surface of the feed conveying mechanism 63. Therefore, in the process that the second turnover mechanism 62 drives the second clamping mechanism 61 to drive the workpiece to be turned over to turn over, the stop block 651 can be driven by the stop driving device 652 to move to the position above the conveying surface of the feeding conveying mechanism 63, so that the workpiece conveyed by the feeding conveying mechanism 63 is prevented from blocking the turnover of the second clamping mechanism 61, and the workpiece conveyed by the feeding conveying mechanism 63 can be prevented from falling under the condition that the workpiece is not clamped by the second clamping mechanism 61. The material blocking driving device 652 may be an oil cylinder or an air cylinder, preferably, an air cylinder, specifically, an air cylinder of the type tcm 25×40 series or other commonly used air cylinders, as long as the stopper 651 can be driven to reciprocate from the lower part to the upper part of the conveying surface of the first feeding conveying mechanism 63, at this time, the cylinder body of the oil cylinder or the air cylinder is fixedly connected with the mounting seat through the mounting plate, and the stopper 651 is connected with the piston rod of the oil cylinder or the air cylinder.
As shown in fig. 14 and 15, in the present embodiment, the feeding conveying mechanism 63 includes a roller, a feeding driving device 632 and a bracket, where a plurality of rollers are arranged on the bracket in parallel at equal intervals and can be pivoted, a sprocket is coaxially connected to a rotation shaft of the roller, the feeding driving device 632 is mounted on the bracket, the sprocket on the roller is connected to the feeding driving device 632 through a chain, and the feeding driving device 632 drives the chain to rotate through the movement of the driving chain, so as to drive the plurality of rollers to rotate in the same direction, thereby moving the workpiece on the roller toward the feed inlet of the turnover conveying mechanism 60 under the drive of the roller. At this time, the provided dam mechanism 65 may be installed either between the first feed conveyor mechanism 63 and the inverting conveyor mechanism 60 through a mounting plate or between the rollers through a mounting plate, and when the dam mechanism 65 is installed between the rollers, the stopper 651 may be driven by the dam driving device 652 to rise from between the two rollers to above the conveying surface of the feed conveyor mechanism 63 or fall to below the conveying surface of the feed conveyor mechanism 63. Likewise, the outfeed conveyor 64 may also include rollers, outfeed drive devices 642, and brackets, arranged in the same manner as the infeed conveyor 63, and will not be described in detail herein. The feeding driving device 632 and the discharging driving device 642 may adopt driving motors, in particular, may adopt three-phase asynchronous motors of Y2 series, or other commonly used driving motors, as long as driving of the feeding conveying mechanism 63 and the discharging conveying mechanism 64 can be realized, and the specific driving mode of the feeding conveying mechanism 63 and the discharging conveying mechanism 64 is not limited in the present invention.
In other embodiments, the feeding conveyor 63 and the discharging conveyor 64 may be conveyor belts commonly used in the art, and in this case, the inverting conveyor 60 may be disposed between the first discharging port 631 of the feeding conveyor 63 and the feeding port of the discharging conveyor 64 by a mounting bracket (not shown).
In the present invention, without particular emphasis, a conveying mechanism commonly used in the art, such as a conveying belt or a conveying roller, may be employed.

the first conveying unit (31) and the third conveying unit (33) are respectively provided with two feed inlets and one discharge outlet, the second conveying unit (32) is provided with one feed inlet and two discharge outlets, the fourth conveying unit (34) is provided with one feed inlet and three discharge outlets, and the fifth conveying unit (35) is provided with three feed inlets and one discharge outlet;
