Background
In the production of solar cell modules, a plurality of cell sheets and solder strips need to be welded into a cell string. The battery string is obtained by welding at least two battery pieces with a welding strip. When the battery string is produced or reworked, the welding procedure between the battery piece and the welding strip is an important link.
In the welding process, it is necessary to accurately position the welding strip on the main grid line of the battery cell. However, in actual production, the solder strip is easily offset from the main grid line of the battery piece, and thus the solder strip cannot be accurately welded on the battery piece.
Therefore, there is a need for a solder strip positioning device that holds a solder strip in a predetermined position and a solder strip transfer apparatus employing the same.
Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the problem that the existing welding strip is easy to deviate, the invention provides a welding strip positioning device capable of keeping the welding strip at a preset position; in addition, a welding strip moving and placing device adopting the welding strip positioning device is also provided.

As shown in fig. 1 to 2, the welding strip moving and placing device mainly comprises: a carrying part 10, a welding strip positioning device 14 and a welding part 30.
The carrying portion 10 is for carrying the battery string 100. The bearing part 10 comprises a first sliding rail 11, a bearing table 12 and a bearing table shifting device 13, wherein a plurality of bearing tables 12 are in sliding fit on the first sliding rail 11, and the bearing table shifting device 13 shifts the bearing tables 12 to slide along the first sliding rail 11. The first slide rails 11 are generally two and arranged in parallel in pairs. The carrying platform shifting device 13 shifts the carrying platforms 12 to slide along the first sliding rail 11, so that welding and maintenance of the battery pieces 100 possibly appearing on each carrying platform 12 can be realized.
Optionally, the carrier toggle device 13 is slidably fitted on the second slide rail 15, and the second slide rail 15 is arranged parallel to the first slide rail 11. The bearing table shifting device 13 is arranged on the second sliding rail 15, so that the structure is simple and the reliability is high.
The carrier toggle arrangement 13 comprises a first toggle mechanism 131 and a second toggle mechanism 132. The first toggle mechanism 131 toggles each of the stages 12 on one side of the target stage 12 to slide in a direction away from the target stage 12, and the second toggle mechanism 132 toggles each of the stages 12 on the other side of the target stage 12 to slide in a direction away from the target stage 12. The two shifting mechanisms respectively shift the bearing tables 12 on two sides of the target bearing table 12 bearing the battery piece 102 to slide, so that the moving time can be saved, and the efficiency can be improved.
The welding portion 30 is used to weld the battery piece 102 and the solder ribbon 101. The weld 30 is located on the carrier 10. The welding part 30 generally adopts a heating lamp box, and has simple structure, mature technology and high universality.
The solder strip positioning device 14 is disposed above the carrier 12. The solder strip positioning device 14 can ensure the exact position of the solder strip and improve the efficiency.
As shown in fig. 3 to 6, the welding strip positioning device 14 includes a first bearing plate 141 and a second bearing plate 142, one of the first bearing plate 141 and the second bearing plate 142 is provided with a bearing plate groove 143 for accommodating the welding strip 101, and the other of the first bearing plate 141 and the second bearing plate 142 is provided with a bearing plate protrusion 144 corresponding to the bearing plate groove 143; one of the first bearing plate 141 or the second bearing plate 142 is moved toward or away from the other of the first bearing plate 141 or the second bearing plate 142 by the bearing plate driving mechanism 145.
