本发明涉及机械领域应用中的变形产品加工处理设备,尤其是涉及一种校直装置。
背景技术
部分工件在生产的过程中可能会因为各种原因造成一定程度的变形,目前侧弯的工件,通过人力很难校直,且费时费力,但是若用机械的力量来校直,很难掌握机械力的大小,机械力控制不好还会造成工件的损坏。在这种情况下,侧弯的工件只能报废作废品卖掉,给企业带来巨大损失。
发明内容
本发明旨在解决上述缺陷,提供了一种校直装置。
为了克服背景技术中存在的缺陷,本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种校直装置,其特征在于:包括水箱,所述水箱上设有垫脚块,所述垫脚块上设有挡板,所述挡板上设有滑道,所述滑道内活动设有火焰割设备,水箱的一侧设有水管。
本发明的有益效果是:结构简单,操作方便,同时也实现了水资源的循环利用,把不能校直需报废的工件通过本设备实现变形工件的加工处理,降低了工件的报废,为企业创造了经济效益。

如图1所示一种校直装置,包括水箱1,水箱1上设有垫脚块2,所述垫脚块2上设有挡板3,所述挡板3上设有滑道4,所述滑道4内活动设有火焰割设备5,水箱1的一侧设有水管6。
工件防止在垫脚块上,并紧贴挡板,火焰割设备对工件的变形部位进行加热,而火焰割设备可在滑道内滑动,方便火焰割设备对工件的各个部位进行加热,无需人工对工件进行调转,方便快捷。
