two second elastic elements are arranged on two sides of the sliding seat 2 and control the sliding seat 5 and the striking pad 8 to move back and forth relative to the horizontal plane of the base 2.

the two second elastic elements are arranged on two sides of the sliding seat and control the sliding seat and the striking pad to move back and forth relative to the horizontal plane of the base;
