a plurality of first elastic elements 17, which are arranged between the buffer plate 7 and the sliding seat 5 and control the up-and-down movement of the striking pad 8 and the buffer plate 7 relative to the horizontal plane of the base;
two second elastic elements are arranged on two sides of the sliding seat 2 and control the sliding seat 5 and the striking pad 8 to move back and forth relative to the horizontal plane of the base 2.

the two second elastic elements are arranged on two sides of the sliding seat and control the sliding seat and the striking pad to move back and forth relative to the horizontal plane of the base;
each second elastic element comprises two fixing seats, a sliding rod, a plurality of sliding blocks and a pressure spring; the two fixing seats are arranged at the two ends of the sliding rod; the sliding blocks are arranged on the side walls of the sliding seat and are in sliding connection with the sliding rods; the pressure spring is arranged between the fixed seat and the sliding block, is used for automatically restoring the sliding seat to the original position after sliding relative to the base, and plays a role in buffering when the sliding seat restores to the original position;
