In order to sterilize the articles fully, the crank is rotated forward or reversely, so that the pressure plate and the inner barrel rotate forward or reversely correspondingly, the effect of stirring the disinfectant and the articles is achieved, and the articles and the disinfectant are fully mixed. Usually, article can be soaked by the disinfectant by rotating one burst and then rotating one burst, and after being completely soaked by the disinfectant, the article is placed for a period of time, and after the disinfection purpose is achieved, the disinfection is finished.

In order to enhance the stability of the barrel cover, a hook is arranged on the outer wall of the outer barrel far away from the cover opening device, a protrusion corresponding to the hook is arranged on the edge of the barrel cover above the hook, and when the barrel cover covers the barrel opening, the hook is pulled upwards to be hung on the protrusion on the barrel cover, so that the barrel cover is fixed and stabilized.
