背景技术

原料 B 为：天葵子 150-300 份，黄药子 20-50 份，大贝母 100-200 份，蜂房 150-300 份，山豆根 60-150 份，蝉衣 200-300 份，刺五加 300-500 份，生白术 200-500 份，龙葵 100-300份；
原料 C 为：仙鹤草 500-1000 份。

病案一 患者张某，男，37岁。2011年3月30日因“大便带血3月余”于蚌埠附院检肠镜提示直肠腺癌，4月8日行“直肠乙状结肠肿瘤切除+左输尿管内置支架术”，术后病理：直肠上段腺癌Ⅱ级。溃疡型，环绕肠管一周，阻塞管腔，侵及浆膜层，查见神经侵犯，“膀胱壁浸润灶”于纤维脂肪组织中查见腺癌癌巢，术后已化疗一程。现服升白药，自感无不适，纳可，大便日行3-4次，成形，舌胖质淡紫苔中黄腻脉细沉略数。辨证为气虚血瘀、痰瘀交阻，治宜益气扶正、祛瘀化湿、解毒散结，中药汤剂每日一帖，扶正消瘤散2gtid（即每次服2g，一日3次）。坚持服汤剂4年，后服扶正消瘤散巩固治疗至今，未有复发转移，工作生活如常。
病案二 患者刘某，女，41岁。2010年11月体检发现左上肺结节，2011年10月复查发现结节较前增大，11月8日行胸腔镜下左上肺癌根治术，术后病理：（左上肺）中分化腺癌，侵及脏层胸膜。纳可，便调，舌淡红苔薄白脉细沉。辨证为肺气亏虚，癌毒内阻，治宜扶正益肺，解毒散结，中药汤剂每日一帖，扶正消瘤散2gtid（即每次服2g，一日3次）。期间多次复查，病情稳定，无复发或转移，随访至今，生活如常，无不适。

原料 C 为：仙鹤草 500-1000 份。
