The working principle of the distributor is as follows: the initial state of the water flow distribution rotor in the water diversion valve assembly is kept in a single lower-layer washing state, namely, a third through hole of the water flow distribution rotor is overlapped with a fruit and vegetable box waterway on the water flow distribution stator, a first through hole of the water flow distribution rotor is overlapped with a lower-layer waterway on the water flow distribution stator, when 'single lower-layer washing' or 'lower-layer washing+fruit and vegetable washing' is carried out, the rotor is not required to be controlled to rotate, when the single fruit and vegetable washing function is carried out, the waterway is required to be adjusted to be in an on state of 'upper spray waterway+fruit and vegetable washing waterway', a signal is required to be sent to a distributor motor through a computer board, the water flow distribution rotor is controlled to rotate clockwise for 180 degrees through the distributor motor, the first through hole of the water flow distribution rotor is overlapped with the upper-layer waterway of the water flow distribution stator, the second through hole of the water flow distribution rotor is overlapped with the fruit and vegetable box waterway of the water flow distribution stator, and the water flow distribution rotor is controlled to rotate clockwise for 180 degrees after washing is finished, so that the water flow distribution rotor is kept in the single lower-layer washing state; when full-load washing is carried out, the water flow distribution rotor is controlled by the distributor motor to rotate 240 degrees clockwise, and at the moment, the upper water channel, the middle water channel and the lower water channel all belong to a conducting state, so that full-load washing can be carried out.
The water flow firstly enters the shunt valve assembly through the washing water inlet, the washing pump is started after the water quantity is satisfied, the water flow is pressurized through the washing pump, then flows into the clean water inlet through the rubber pipe from the clean water outlet, then flows out from the upper waterway, the middle waterway, the lower waterway or the fruit and vegetable box waterway through the distributor main body, and washing is started; the sprayed water flows back to the bottom of the barrel in the cavity, is filtered by a backflow water filter screen and is reused, after the procedure is finished, the sewage is discharged from the water outlet, and the water flow distribution rotor returns to the initial state.
The foregoing is only a preferred embodiment of the present invention, but the scope of the present invention is not limited thereto, and any person skilled in the art, who is within the scope of the present invention, should make equivalent substitutions or modifications according to the technical scheme of the present invention and the inventive concept thereof, and should be covered by the scope of the present invention.
Claims (9)
1. The layered dish washer is characterized by comprising a shell, wherein a water diversion valve assembly is arranged at the lower end of the shell, an inner barrel is arranged in the shell, a tractor is arranged on the inner wall of the inner barrel, the tractor comprises a fruit and vegetable box drainage tractor and an upper spraying tractor, the inner barrel is provided with a layered partition board, a layered guide rail is arranged on the inner barrel, a fruit and vegetable box and a bowl basket are arranged on the layered partition board, a middle spraying arm is further arranged at the upper end of the layered partition board, a fruit and vegetable box water outlet and a self-locking water inlet valve are arranged in the fruit and vegetable box, an upper waterway water pipe is arranged on one side of the bowl basket, and a lower spraying arm is arranged at the lower end of the layered partition board;
the water diversion valve assembly comprises a distributor main body, wherein a clean water inlet is formed in one side of the distributor main body, a distributor motor is arranged at the lower end of the clean water inlet, the distributor motor is installed in a motor box, a motor cover is arranged at the upper end of the motor box, a water flow distribution rotor, a water flow distribution stator and a distributor cover are arranged at the upper end of a pipeline communicated with the clean water inlet, a fruit and vegetable box waterway, an upper waterway and a middle waterway are sequentially arranged at one side of the distributor cover, and a lower waterway is arranged at the upper end of the distributor cover;
the water dispenser is characterized in that a clean water outlet and a water outlet are formed in the other side of the dispenser main body, a backflow water filter screen and a mesh screen are arranged at the upper end of a pipeline, connected with the clean water outlet and the water outlet, of the dispenser main body, a washing water inlet is further formed in one side of the pipeline, and a washing pump is arranged at the washing water inlet;
the water flow distribution rotor and the water flow distribution stator are located inside the distributor cap.
2. The layered dishwasher of claim 1, wherein the water flow distribution stator is also provided with the lower water path, the upper water path, the middle water path, and the fruit and vegetable box water path, respectively.
3. The layered dishwasher of claim 2, wherein the water flow distribution rotor is divided into six halves and is provided with three through holes.
4. The layered dishwasher of claim 1, wherein an ultrasonic generator is further provided on the inner wall of the inner tub, and an ultrasonic inlet is provided on the side wall of the fruit and vegetable box, and the ultrasonic inlet is connected with the ultrasonic generator.
5. The layered dishwasher of claim 1, wherein the self-locking water inlet valve comprises a fruit and vegetable waterway outlet, a fruit and vegetable box inlet, and a spring.
6. The layered dishwasher of claim 5, wherein a second sealing rubber ring is provided at the junction of the water outlet of the fruit and vegetable waterway and the water inlet of the fruit and vegetable box.
7. The layered dishwasher of claim 1, wherein the layered partition is provided with a first sealing rubber ring at the junction with the layered guide rail.

The layered dishwasher of claim 1, wherein the upper waterway water pipe is connected with an upper waterway on the dispenser assembly, the fruit and vegetable box water inlet valve is connected with a fruit and vegetable box waterway through a fruit and vegetable box water pipe, the lower waterway is connected with a lower spray arm through a pipeline, and the middle waterway is connected with a middle spray arm through a pipeline.
9. A layered dishwasher according to any one of claims 1-8, characterized in that the steps of the respective washing functions are as follows:
single lower layer washing function
S11: the self-locking water inlet valve at one end of the fruit and vegetable box water delivery pipe is in a closed state when the fruit and vegetable box is not installed;
s12: selecting a half-load washing program, wherein a computer board sends a signal to a water diversion valve assembly through a control circuit, and a distributor motor on the water diversion valve assembly adjusts a waterway into a conduction state of a lower spraying waterway and a fruit and vegetable washing waterway through driving a water flow distribution rotor to rotate, but the self-locking water inlet valve is not opened, so that the fruit and vegetable washing waterway cannot enter water;
s13: starting a half-load washing program, and performing a single lower layer washing function;
single fruit and vegetable cleaning function
S21: when the dish washer is closed, the self-locking water inlet valve at one end of the water pipe of the fruit and vegetable box is opened, and at the moment, the fruit and vegetable washing waterway is in a conducting state;
s22: selecting a fruit and vegetable cleaning program, enabling a computer board to signal a water diversion valve assembly through a control circuit, and enabling a motor to adjust a waterway to be in a conducting state of an upper spraying waterway and a fruit and vegetable washing waterway by driving a water flow distribution rotor to rotate;
s23: the computer board enables the upper spraying tractor to work through the control circuit to block the upper waterway water delivery pipe, so that a single fruit and vegetable washing state is realized;
s24: the water inlet time of the fruit and vegetable box is controlled by a program, and meanwhile, the ultrasonic generator is controlled by the program to start so as to clean the fruits and vegetables;
s25: after the washing is finished, the computer board enables the fruit and vegetable box drainage tractor to work through the control circuit, water in the fruit and vegetable box is drained, and the procedure is finished;
lower layer washing and fruit and vegetable cleaning simultaneously work
S31: when the dish washer is closed, the self-locking water inlet valve at one end of the water pipe of the fruit and vegetable box is opened, and at the moment, the fruit and vegetable washing waterway is in a conducting state;
s32: simultaneously selecting a fruit and vegetable cleaning program and a half-load cleaning program, enabling a computer board to signal a water diversion valve assembly through a control circuit, and enabling a motor to adjust a waterway to be in a conduction state of a lower spraying waterway and a fruit and vegetable washing waterway through driving a water flow distribution rotor to rotate;
s33: starting water inflow, controlling water inflow time by a program, and starting a lower layer washing and fruit and vegetable cleaning program after the water storage capacity is enough;
s34: after the washing is finished, the computer board enables the fruit and vegetable box drainage tractor to work through the control circuit, water in the fruit and vegetable box is drained, and the procedure is finished.
