In the correcting process, because the pivot point of the rotating shaft is positioned in the middle of the inner adjusting plate and the outer adjusting plate, compared with the existing correcting device, the correcting device can achieve larger correcting adjustment through smaller telescopic travel. Therefore, the correction efficiency is improved, and the response time is quickened. The accelerated response time enables the invention to recover to the initial state as soon as possible after compensating the deviation. Therefore, the invention can not generate the situation of excessive correction quantity compensation of the existing correction device in operation.

The pressure of the pressure change also causes the elastic force of the buffer springs at the two sides to the deviation correcting device to change, and at the moment, the pressure born by the buffer spring at one side of the deviation of the adhesive tape is larger than the pressure born by the buffer spring at the other side, so that the elastic force of the buffer spring at one side of the deviation is correspondingly increased, the buffer spring at the other side is reduced, and the difference of the elastic forces between the buffer springs at the two sides also causes the deviation correcting device to rotate at an angle. And this rotation is exactly the amount of compensation for the off-tracking tape. When the off-set adhesive tape is corrected, the buffer springs in the tensioners on the two sides are subjected to pressure which is balanced from new. And finishing correction.
