Abstract

本发明公开了一种用于变电站无线专网的智能终端采集系统,涉及智能化变电站技术领域,本发明包括数据存储模块、数据上传模块和间歇式采集装置,所述间歇式采集装置包括壳体、设置于壳体内的伸缩组件以及与伸缩组件连接的采集组件,壳体的一侧设置有供采集组件通过的开口,数据存储模块与数据上传模块可拆卸设置于壳体内顶部,采集组件通过连接线与数据存储模块电连接,采集组件在位于壳体内部时处于休眠状态,基本不会产生工作热量,确保了在需要采集信息时,采集组件能够正常运行,并且采集组件在不工作时位于壳体内部,能够避免电气设备运行散发的热量对其产生干扰。

技术领域
本发明涉及智能化变电站技术领域,更具体的是涉及一种用于变电站无线专网的智能终端采集系统。
背景技术
智能变电站是变电环节的关键技术,是坚强智能电网的重要基础和支撑。智能变电站是采用先进、可靠、集成、低碳、环保的智能设备为基础,以全站信息数字化、通信平台网络化、信息共享标准化为基本要求,自动完成信息采集、测量、控制、保护、计量和监测等基本功能,并可根据需要支撑电网实时自动控制、智能调节、在线分析决策、协同互动等高级功能的变电站。
随着智能变电站的发展,220kV及以下的变电站大部分为无人值班变电站,但多数500kV及以上的智能变电站仍是有人值班变电站。无论是有人值班还是无人值班变电站,仍免不了要对电网设备进行信息采集,以此来对变电站运行情况进行监控。
但现有的变电站智能终端采集系统仅有部分重要告警信息和总的报警信息上传至综合自动化系统,在得到告警信息后,必须派人去现场查看具体信息,成本高、效率低、处理时间长;并且现有的智能终端一旦安装上线,便一直处于运行状态,长时间的运行使得智能终端内主板等元器件发热严重,再加上变电站内设备运行所散发的热量,使得智能终端工作环境温度过高,影响正常采集工作以及减短使用寿命。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于:为了解决现有的智能终端一旦安装上线便处于运行状态,元器件发热严重,影响数据采集的问题,本发明提供一种用于变电站无线专网的智能终端采集系统。
本发明为了实现上述目的具体采用以下技术方案:
一种用于变电站无线专网的智能终端采集系统,包括数据存储模块和数据上传模块,其特征在于:还包括间歇式采集装置,所述间歇式采集装置包括壳体、设置于壳体内的伸缩组件以及与伸缩组件连接的采集组件,壳体的一侧设置有供采集组件通过的开口,数据存储模块与数据上传模块可拆卸设置于壳体内顶部,采集组件通过连接线与数据存储模块电连接。
进一步的,所述伸缩组件包括设置于开口对侧的伸缩气缸,伸缩气缸活塞杆连接有一L型安装板,壳体内位于开口下方设置有与L型安装板配合的滑轨,采集组件安装于L型安装板上。
进一步的,所述伸缩气缸连接有驱动电机,驱动电机电连接有基于51单片机的定时器。
进一步的,所述L型安装板底部设置有一滑片,所述滑片在滑轨内滑动,滑轨内靠近开口处设置有用于对滑片进行限位的挡片,避免L型安装板脱离滑轨。
进一步的,所述壳体内侧壁上设置有转轴,转轴上套设有过线筒,所述连接线一头与采集组件连接,另一头绕于过线筒后,与数据存储模块连接。
进一步的,所述壳体下方设置有监控摄像头,壳体内底部设置有旋转电机,旋转电机输出轴通过联轴器连接有旋转安装座,监控摄像头固定设置于旋转安装座底部。
进一步的,所述壳体上设置有向外界延伸的散热翅片。
进一步的,所述开口外部设置有用于隔热的软式挡帘。
本发明的有益效果如下:
1、本发明在需要对变电站内设备运行情况进行采集时,通过伸缩组件带动采集组件向开口方向移动,直至采集组件完全置于壳体外部,通过采集组件采集现场情况后,将现场数据传送到数据存储模块,再由数据上传模块上传至系统,供工作人员查看具体信息,采集组件在位于壳体内部时处于休眠状态,基本不会产生工作热量,确保了在需要采集信息时,采集组件能够正常运行,并且采集组件在不工作时位于壳体内部,能够避免电气设备运行散发的热量对其产生干扰。
2、本发明的伸缩气缸连接有驱动电机,驱动电机电连接有基于51单片机的定时器,通过对定时器进行设定,能够控制驱动电机的运行间隔时间,从而控制伸缩气缸活塞杆的伸缩,进而控制采集组件的采集间隔时间,自动化程度高。
3、本发明通过监控摄像头对变电站内环境进行实时监控,能够使工作人员及时掌握现场情况,并对告警信息作出相应应对措施。

为了本技术领域的人员更好的理解本发明,下面结合附图和以下实施例对本发明作进一步详细描述。
实施例1
如图1和图2所示,本实施例提供一种用于变电站无线专网的智能终端采集系统,包括数据存储模块13和数据上传模块14,还包括间歇式采集装置,所述间歇式采集装置包括壳体1、设置于壳体1内的伸缩组件以及与伸缩组件连接的采集组件10,所述采集组件10为应用于系统的用于采集现场信息的各类传感器,如温度传感器、湿度传感器等,壳体1的一侧设置有供采集组件10通过的开口,数据存储模块13与数据上传模块14可拆卸设置于壳体1内顶部,所述数据存储模块13和数据上传模块14集成于PCB板上,采集组件10通过连接线11与数据存储模块13电连接;
本实施例中伸缩组件包括设置于开口对侧的伸缩气缸3,伸缩气缸3活塞杆固定连接有一L型安装板9,壳体1内位于开口下方设置有与L型安装板9配合的滑轨4,采集组件10安装于L型安装板9上,L型安装板9底部设置有一滑片9-1,滑轨4内靠近开口处设置有用于对滑片9-1进行限位的挡片4-1,避免L型安装板9脱离滑轨4;
所述伸缩气缸3连接有驱动电机(图中未示出),驱动电机电连接有基于51单片机的定时器2,通过对定时器2进行设定,能够控制驱动电机的运行间隔时间,从而控制伸缩气缸活塞杆的伸缩,进而控制采集组件10的采集间隔时间;
由于采集组件10需要移动,因此连接线11需要预留部分长度避免线长不够,为避免连接线11在壳体1内发生缠绕影响别的部件,因此早所述壳体1内侧壁上设置有转轴,转轴上套设有过线筒12,连接线11一头与采集组件10连接,另一头绕于过线筒12后,再与数据存储模块13连接使过线筒12起到绕线的作用;
所述壳体1下方设置有监控摄像头8,壳体1内底部设置有旋转电机6,旋转电机6输出轴通过联轴器连接有旋转安装座7,监控摄像头8固定设置于旋转安装座7底部;所述壳体1上设置有向外界延伸的散热翅片5,能够将壳体1内部的热量向外界散发;所述开口外部设置有用于隔热的软式挡帘15,由于软式挡帘15材质柔软,因此在采集组件10进出开口时,不会影响其及其他部件的正常工作。

1.一种用于变电站无线专网的智能终端采集系统,包括数据存储模块(13)和数据上传模块(14),其特征在于:还包括间歇式采集装置,所述间歇式采集装置包括壳体(1)、设置于壳体(1)内的伸缩组件以及与伸缩组件连接的采集组件(10),壳体(1)的一侧设置有供采集组件(10)通过的开口,数据存储模块(13)与数据上传模块(14)可拆卸设置于壳体(1)内顶部,采集组件(10)通过连接线(11)与数据存储模块(13)电连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于变电站无线专网的智能终端采集系统,其特征在于:所述伸缩组件包括设置于开口对侧的伸缩气缸(3),伸缩气缸(3)活塞杆连接有一L型安装板(9),壳体(1)内位于开口下方设置有与L型安装板(9)配合的滑轨(4),采集组件(10)安装于L型安装板(9)上。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种用于变电站无线专网的智能终端采集系统,其特征在于:所述伸缩气缸(3)连接有驱动电机,驱动电机电连接有基于51单片机的定时器(2)。
4.根据权利要求2所述的一种用于变电站无线专网的智能终端采集系统,其特征在于:所述L型安装板(9)底部设置有一滑片(9-1),滑轨(4)内靠近开口处设置有用于对滑片(9-1)进行限位的挡片(4-1)。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于变电站无线专网的智能终端采集系统,其特征在于:所述壳体(1)内侧壁上设置有转轴,转轴上套设有过线筒(12),所述连接线(11)一头与采集组件(10)连接,另一头绕于过线筒(12)后,与数据存储模块(13)连接。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于变电站无线专网的智能终端采集系统,其特征在于:所述壳体(1)下方设置有监控摄像头(8),壳体(1)内底部设置有旋转电机(6),旋转电机(6)输出轴通过联轴器连接有旋转安装座(7),监控摄像头(8)固定设置于旋转安装座(7)底部。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于变电站无线专网的智能终端采集系统,其特征在于:所述壳体(1)上设置有向外界延伸的散热翅片(5)。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于变电站无线专网的智能终端采集系统,其特征在于:所述开口外部设置有用于隔热的软式挡帘(15)。
