Abstract
The invention relates to a man-machine interaction system which is configured on a household appliance, wherein the man-machine interaction system comprises a central control module, a knob, a display screen and a determination module, wherein the central control module is respectively connected with the knob, the display screen and the determination module and is used for processing related information in man-machine interaction; the display screen is matched with the knob and is configured on the knob; the determining module is connected with any one of a display screen or a knob. The invention has a concise and clear operation interface, is convenient for users to use, and simultaneously avoids the situation of misoperation of the users to a certain extent.

The invention relates to a man-machine interaction system.
Background
With the vigorous development of the current household appliance industry, more and more household appliances enter into daily life of people, but with the diversification of functions or operation modes of the household appliances, a plurality of operation keys or operation areas are usually arranged on a human-computer interaction interface of the household appliances, and particularly, a washing machine is taken as an example, as the selection of a washing mode, the selection of water quantity, temperature and other parameters is also involved in the washing process, a plurality of operation areas are arranged on the human-computer interaction interface of the current washing machine, so that the user can set washing related parameters during washing, the complexity of the human-computer interaction interface is definitely increased, the situation that the layout of the human-computer interaction interface is unreasonable is easily caused, and in the actual use process, a certain inconvenience is brought to the operation of the user, and the situation of misoperation of the user is easily caused.
Patent document No. CN201280018876.8 discloses a control panel including a screen displaying information about laundry and at least one piece of washing information, an information input unit inputting a plurality of laundry types, and a control unit determining the at least one piece of washing information based on the information input from the information input unit, and a washing machine having the control panel. However, a plurality of operation areas are required to be arranged on the control panel in the patent document so as to finish setting the clothes related information and the washing related information, the complexity of the man-machine interaction interface is increased, the situation that the man-machine interaction interface is unreasonable in layout is easy to occur, certain inconvenience is brought to the operation of a user in the actual use process, and the situation of misoperation of the user is easy to occur.
Therefore, while ensuring that the user sets relevant parameters of the washing machine and the household appliance, it is highly required to provide a man-machine interaction system with a concise and clear operation interface so as to facilitate the use of the user.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention provides a man-machine interaction system for solving the problem that the man-machine interaction interface in the conventional washing machine and even household appliances is complex, which has a concise and clear operation interface, is convenient for users to use, and simultaneously avoids the situation of misoperation of the users to a certain extent.
In order to solve the technical problems, the technical scheme of the invention is as follows:
the man-machine interaction system comprises a central control module, a knob, a display screen and a determination module, wherein the central control module is respectively connected with the knob, the display screen and the determination module and is used for processing related information in man-machine interaction;
the display screen is matched with the knob and is configured on the knob; the determining module is connected with any one of a display screen or a knob.
Further, the knob includes a receiving portion, and the display screen is configured at the receiving portion of the knob.
Preferably, the knob comprises a rotation sensor connected with the central control module for detecting rotation of the knob.
Furthermore, the man-machine interaction system further comprises a storage module, wherein the storage module is connected with the central control module and used for storing data such as control information, action commands and the like.
Preferably, the display screen is configured at a containing part of a knob, and the knob is connected with the control panel;
the control panel is also provided with a power key and a pause key, and the central control module is respectively connected with the power key and the pause key.
The application method of the man-machine interaction system is applied to the man-machine interaction system, after the man-machine interaction system is started, control information is displayed on a display screen, a knob is rotated, after each rated angle value of the knob is rotated, a switching signal is generated, and a central control module switches the control information displayed on the display screen according to the switching signal;
the determining module is triggered by operating any one of the display screen or the knob, the determining module generates a determining signal, and the central control module controls the household appliance to operate according to the determining signal and corresponding control information.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:
a man-machine interaction system has a concise and clear operation interface, is convenient for a user to use, and avoids misoperation of the user to a certain extent.

Example 1
As shown in fig. 1-4, a man-machine interaction system is configured on a household appliance, and in particular can be configured on a household appliance such as a washing machine, a clothes dryer, a dish washer, a refrigerator and the like, wherein the man-machine interaction system comprises a central control module, a knob 2, a display screen 3 and a determination module, and the central control module is respectively connected with the knob 2, the display screen 3 and the determination module and is used for processing related information in man-machine interaction;
the knob 2 includes a receiving portion, the display 3 is matched with the knob 2, and the display 3 is configured in the receiving portion of the knob 2.
The knob 2 further comprises a rotation sensor, wherein the rotation sensor is connected with the central control module and is used for detecting the rotation of the knob 2; when the rotation rated angle value of the knob 2 is detected, the rotation sensor generates a switching signal and sends the switching signal to the central control module.
The central control module retrieves the control information matched with the switching signal according to the switching signal and sends the control information to the display screen 3.
The determining module is connected with any one of the display screen 3 or the knob 2, is triggered by the user pressing the display screen 3 or the knob 2, generates a determining signal and sends the determining signal to the central control module;
and the central control module controls the household appliances to perform corresponding operation according to the determined signals and the determined control information.
The man-machine interaction system further comprises a storage module, wherein the storage module is connected with the central control module and used for storing data such as control information and action commands.
Example 2
As shown in fig. 2-3, the knob 2 includes a receiving portion, the display 3 is matched with the knob 2, the display 3 is configured in the receiving portion of the knob 2, and the knob 2 is connected with the control panel 1.
The control panel 1 of the household appliance is also provided with a power key 4 and a pause key 5, and the central control module is respectively connected with the power key 4 and the pause key 5. The user can realize the function of starting and stopping the power supply of the household appliance or suspending the current action by triggering the power key 4 or the pause key 5 as in the prior art.
The determining module is connected with any one of the display screen 3 or the knob 2, specifically, the determining module comprises a key and a trigger sensor, the trigger sensor is connected with the key, the key is connected with any one of the display screen 3 or the knob 2, a user triggers the key by pressing the display screen 3 or the knob 2, and meanwhile the trigger sensor detects a key triggering action to generate the determining signal.
Preferably, the display screen 3 is an OLED screen.
Example 3
As another implementation manner of the present application, the display screen 3 is a screen with a touch screen function, the display screen 3 is connected with a determining module, the determining module is triggered by touching the display screen 3, and the determining module generates a determining signal and sends the determining signal to the central control module.
Similarly, the power key 4 and the pause key 5 may be disposed on the control panel 1 in the form of mechanical keys, or may be disposed on the control panel 1 in the form of touch-sensitive keys or thermal-sensitive keys.
Example 4
As shown in fig. 4, on the basis of embodiment 1, only the knob 2 and the display screen 3 are provided on the control panel 1, and the function of turning on/off the power supply or suspending the current operation of the household appliance is realized by inputting a specific gesture operation to the knob 2 or the display screen 3 by a user.
For example, the determining module is connected with the display screen 3, and the display screen is continuously pressed for three times within the rated time, so that the man-machine interaction system of the household appliance is closed; or the central control module detects through the rotation sensor that the current running action of the household appliance is paused when the anticlockwise rotation angle exceeds 60 degrees after the clockwise rotation angle of the knob 2 exceeds 45 degrees.
Example 5
In order to explain the use method of the man-machine interaction system in the invention, as shown in fig. 1-4, the embodiment provides a use method of the man-machine interaction system, after the man-machine interaction system is started, control information is displayed on a display screen 3, a knob 2 is rotated, after each time the knob rotates a rated angle value, a switching signal is generated by a rotation sensor, and a central control module switches the control information displayed on the display screen 3 according to the switching signal;
the determining module is connected with any one of the display screen 3 or the knob 2, specifically, the determining module comprises a key and a trigger sensor, the trigger sensor is connected with the key, the key is connected with any one of the display screen 3 or the knob 2, when a user confirms the control information, the key is triggered by pressing the display screen 3 or the knob 2, and meanwhile the trigger sensor detects the key triggering action to generate a determining signal, and the central control module controls the running of the household appliance according to the determining signal and the corresponding control information.
Meanwhile, when the display screen 3 is a screen with a touch screen function, the display screen 3 is connected with the determining module, a user can trigger the determining module by touching the display screen 3, so that the determining module generates a determining signal, and the central control module controls the running of the household appliance according to the determining signal and corresponding control information.
Example 6
In order to satisfy the setting of the plurality of operation parameters of the household appliance, on the basis of embodiment 5, the control information includes at least two information groups according to the priority order of the control information, and at least one piece of information is included in any one of the information groups.
For example, the control information comprises three information groups, namely an information group A, an information group B and an information group C, which are orderly arranged according to the priority, and any one information group comprises three pieces of information; sorting different information in the same information group according to a conventional sorting method, such as an English initial sorting method, a numerical sorting method and the like, or numbering different information in the same information group, and sorting according to a conventional numbering rule, so that the information in the same information group is sorted into first information, second information and third information in sequence;
when the system is started, according to the information ordering condition, the display screen displays the first information in the information group A, the user rotates the knob 2, and after the knob 2 rotates by a rated angle value, the rotation sensor generates a switching signal, and the central control module switches the information in the information group A currently displayed by the display screen 3 into the next information in the information group A according to the information ordering rule;
at this time, when the user rotates the knob 2 clockwise, the information is switched according to the forward sequence of the information sequence; when the user rotates the knob 2 counterclockwise, information switching is performed in reverse sequence of the information sorting.
Assuming that a user confirms the second information in the information group A, the central control module records the second information in the information group A according to the determination signal and controls the display screen to display the third information in the information group B;
the information switching process is the same as that of the information switching process, and if the user confirms the third information in the information group B, the central control module records the third information in the information group B according to the determination signal and controls the display screen to display the first information in the information group C;
the information switching process is the same as that of the information switching process, and the household appliance can execute corresponding operation actions after determining all the information of the information group C due to the lowest priority of the information group C; assuming that the user confirms the third information in the information group C, the central control module processes the second information in the information group A, the third information in the information group B and the third information in the information group C according to the determination signal, generates a corresponding action command and controls the household appliance to perform corresponding operation.
In order to facilitate the user to withdraw the confirmed information, besides the information group with the highest priority, any information group also comprises withdrawal information, when the user confirms the withdrawal information, the central control module deletes the record of the information in the information group with the previous priority according to the order of the priority, and meanwhile, the related information in the information group with the previous priority is displayed in the display screen 3 so as to be used for the user to redetermine the withdrawn information, and the specific information is switched and confirmed to be consistent with the process.

the display screen (3) is matched with the knob (2), and the display screen (3) is configured on the knob (2); the determining module is connected with any one of the display screen (3) or the knob (2);
the knob (2) comprises a rotation sensor, the rotation sensor is connected with the central control module and used for detecting the rotation angle of the knob (2), and when the rotation angle of the knob (2) reaches a rated angle value, the rotation sensor generates a switching signal; and, the knob rotates the angle to reach a rated angle value each time, rotate the inductor and produce a switching signal, the central control module switches over the control information that is shown on the display screen (3) according to switching signal;
the central control module controls the power supply of the household appliance to be started or stopped or the current action of the household appliance is stopped according to the rotation angle of the knob.

the method comprises the steps that through operating any one of a display screen (3) or a knob (2), a determining module is triggered, a determining signal is generated by the determining module, and a central control module controls the running of the household appliance according to the determining signal and corresponding control information;
