本发明涉及阀门制造技术领域,具体地说,是一种用于燃气管道的球阀。
背景技术
球阀(ball valve)问世于20世纪50年代,随着科学技术的飞速发展,生产工艺及产品结构的不断改进,在短短的40年时间里,已迅速发展成为一种主要的阀类。在西方工业发达的国家,球阀的使用正在逐年不断的上升。
在我国,球阀被广泛的应用在石油炼制、长输管线、化工、造纸、制药、水利、电力、市政、钢铁等行业,在国民经济中占有举足轻重的地位。它具有旋转90度的动作,旋塞体为球体,有圆形通孔或通道通过其轴线。
燃气球阀是用带有圆形通道的球体作启闭件,球体随阀杆转动实现启闭动作的阀门。适用于经常操作,启闭迅速、轻便。 流体阻力小。 结构简单,相对体积小,重量轻,便于维修。 密封性能好 不受安装方向的限制,介质的流向可任意。无振动,噪声小。燃气球阀按结构形式可分为:浮动球阀、固定球阀、弹性球阀和油封球阀;按通道可分为直能式、角式和三通式等,三通式又可分为T形和L形两种。按连接方工可分为螺纹式连接、法兰连接和焊接式三种。
发明内容
本发明的主要目的在于提供一种结构设计合理,密封效果好,更换方便,能够防止泄露现象发生的用于燃气管道的球阀。
为达到上述目标,本发明采用的技术方案为:
一种用于燃气管道的球阀,包括阀体,阀体内设置有球体,球体内部设置有一个T型连接部与向上延伸的中轴相连,中轴的顶部连接有手柄,手柄与中轴的顶部通过盖型螺母连接,球体的两侧设置有向外延伸的延长管,延长管的端部设置有法兰,球体与延长管之间设置有密封圈,球体和延长管之间还设置有碟形弹簧,蝶形弹簧设置在密封圈与球体之间。
本发明的进一步改进,球体外部还设置有球垫,球垫的顶部中间位置设置有凹处用来放置延长管的凸出部。
本发明的进一步改进,中轴外周设置有中轴套,中轴与球体的连接部设置有中轴平垫,中轴的中间位置还设置有中轴挡圈和中轴O型圈,进一步起到密封的效果。
本发明的进一步改进,中轴与手柄的连接处设置有定位销。
本发明的进一步改进,手柄采用扁钢材料制成的蝶形手柄,手柄外部设置有橡胶材料制成的手柄胶套。
本发明的进一步改进,手柄与盖型螺母的连接处设置有垫圈。
本发明的有益效果:本发明具有结构设计合理,密封效果好等效果,更换方便,能够防止泄露现象发生。

实施例:如图1、图2和图3所示,一种用于燃气管道的球阀,包括阀体3,阀体3内设置有球体9,球体9内部设置有一个T型连接部与向上延伸的中轴12相连,中轴12的顶部连接有手柄17,手柄17与中轴12的顶部通过盖型螺母19连接,球体9的两侧设置有向外延伸的延长管2,延长管2的端部设置有法兰1,球体9与延长管2之间设置有密封圈4,球体9和延长管2之间还设置有碟形弹簧5,蝶形弹簧5设置在密封圈4与球体9之间,球体9外部还设置有球垫8,球垫8的顶部中间位置设置有凹处7用来放置延长管2的凸出部。
在本实施例中,中轴12外周设置有中轴套11,中轴12与球体9的连接部设置有中轴平垫10,中轴12的中间位置还设置有中轴挡圈13和中轴O型圈14,中轴12与手柄17的连接处设置有定位销16。
在本实施例中,手柄采17用扁钢材料制成的蝶形手柄,手柄17外部设置有橡胶材料制成的手柄胶套20。
在本实施例中,手柄17与盖型螺母19的连接处设置有垫圈18,具有止退的作用,使得手柄17与盖型螺母19之间的连接更加紧密牢固。

1.一种用于燃气管道的球阀,其特征在于,包括阀体,所述阀体内设置有球体,所述球体内部设置有一个T型连接部与向上延伸的中轴相连,所述中轴的顶部连接有手柄,所述手柄与所述中轴的顶部通过盖型螺母连接,所述球体的两侧设置有向外延伸的延长管,所述延长管的端部设置有法兰,所述球体与所述延长管之间设置有密封圈,所述球体和所述延长管之间还设置有碟形弹簧,所述蝶形弹簧设置在所述密封圈与所述球体之间。
2.根据权利要求1所述的用于燃气管道的球阀,其特征在于,所述球体外部还设置有球垫,所述球垫的顶部中间位置设置有凹处用来放置所述延长管的凸出部。
3.根据权利要求2所述的用于燃气管道的球阀,其特征在于,所述中轴外周设置有中轴套,所述中轴与所述球体的连接部设置有中轴平垫,所述中轴的中间位置还设置有中轴挡圈和中轴O型圈。
4.根据权利要求3所述的用于燃气管道的球阀,其特征在于,所述中轴与所述手柄的连接处设置有定位销。
5.根据权利要求1-4任一项所述的用于燃气管道的球阀,其特征在于,所述手柄采用扁钢材料制成的蝶形手柄,所述手柄外部设置有橡胶材料制成的手柄胶套。
6.根据权利要求5所述的用于燃气管道的球阀,其特征在于,所述手柄与所述盖型螺母的连接处设置有垫圈。
