Abstract
目的是提供一种由窗框槽内安装窗门,用一根拉线叫开线将所有的窗门左侧连接起来,再用一根拉线叫关线将所有的窗门右侧连接。将两根线子接入智能正反电机。智能正反电机的感应器接入电脑,红外温湿感应器连接电脑,电脑适时向智能正反电机发出开关指令,智能正反电机随时开动所有的进气排气窗门,进行更换气体、排热、排湿的甘薯保鲜室自动开关排气窗的设计合理,建造容易,热实体排放及时,保温性能好,甘薯保鲜效率高,是当前种植大户必备设施的甘薯保鲜室自动开关排气窗。
Description
技术领域:甘薯保鲜室自动开关排气窗的建造涉及到建筑工程技术领域。具体涉及到甘薯保鲜贮藏技术领域。
背景技术:甘薯保险是贮藏技术长期以来引起相关部门的重视,在该领域也有所突破,但是在贮藏量大的地方,常常会发生意想不到的损失,原因很多,其中一条就是排气和保暖不够充分,重要的是进出气设施不合理,该进气的不能及时进气,该排气的不能及时排气,原因就是进出气孔开关不及时不方便,导致的热气废气排放不畅,氧气导入不畅。为此我们研发出一种甘薯保鲜室自动开关排气窗。
发明内容:目的是提供一种由窗框槽内安装窗门,用一根拉线叫开线将所有的窗门左侧连接起来,再用一根拉线叫关线将所有的窗门右侧连接。将两根线子接入智能正反电机。智能正反电机的感应器接入电脑,红外温湿感应器连接电脑,电脑适时向智能正反电机发出开关指令,智能正反电机随时开动所有的进气排气窗门,进行更换气体、排热、排湿的甘薯保鲜室自动开关排气窗的设计合理,建造容易,热实体排放及时,保温性能好,甘薯保鲜效率高,是当前种植大户必备设施的甘薯保鲜室自动开关排气窗,其特征在于:将装有温湿数据的电脑与智能正反电机、红外感应接收器连接,智能正反电机两端带动开窗线圈(1)、关窗线圈(2),开窗线(9)卷入开窗线圈(1)上,逐个接入窗门(5)右侧中间,关窗线(4)卷入关窗线圈(2),一号滑轮(3)将关窗线(4)卡在墙壁上,二号滑轮(8)将开窗线(9)卡在关窗线(4)一侧,窗门(5)装入窗框槽(7)内,关窗线(4)、开窗线(9)终端由三号滑轮控制,套房(10)装在出入门(11)外面,出入门设置在贮藏室(13)一端,侧端进气孔(12)设置在贮藏室(13)测端上部,前后进出气窗(15)设置在贮藏室(13)前后端,窗框槽(7)装入贮藏室(13)顶部开合式窗孔(14)下面;窗帽(16)装在开合式窗孔(14)上面,密封条(17)装在开合式窗孔(14)的开合部,安装架(18)装在开合式窗孔(14)两侧,一侧装在窗框槽(7)一侧中间,一侧装在窗门(5)和窗框槽(7)对称处中间。开合式窗孔(14)下部设置为与贮藏室(13)斜顶面一样的斜面。安装架(18)为磁铁片。窗框槽(7)、窗门(5)安装磁铁的对称处个装一一块磁铁。关窗线(4)开窗线(9)、窗框槽(7)、窗门(5)开关开合式窗孔(14)随之闭合。贮藏室(13)地面设置其墙面、房顶使用加厚夹芯板。窗帽(16)右下侧装一个支杆,支杆下边设一个孔,孔内穿一条与开合式窗孔(14)直径等长的推拉杆,推拉杆另一端接在支杆下端对称处。支杆顶部与窗帽(16)右下侧结合处设置一个转动孔,转动孔穿在开合式窗孔(14)上边缘上。

具体实施方式:将装有温湿数据的电脑与智能正反电机、红外感应接收器连接,智能正反电机两端带动开窗线圈(1)、关窗线圈(2),开窗线(9)卷入开窗线圈(1)上,逐个接入窗门(5)右侧中间,关窗线(4)卷入关窗线圈(2),一号滑轮(3)将关窗线(4)卡在墙壁上,二号滑轮(8)将开窗线(9)卡在关窗线(4)一侧,窗门(5)装入窗框槽(7)内,关窗线(4)、开窗线(9)终端由三号滑轮控制,套房(10)装在出入门(11)外面,出入门设置在贮藏室(13)一端,侧端进气孔(12)设置在贮藏室(13)测端上部,前后进出气窗(15)设置在贮藏室(13)前后端,窗框槽(7)装入贮藏室(13)顶部开合式窗孔(14)下面;窗帽(16)装在开合式窗孔(14)上面,密封条(17)装在开合式窗孔(14)的开合部,安装架(18)装在开合式窗孔(14)两侧,一侧装在窗框槽(7)一侧中间,一侧装在窗门(5)和窗框槽(7)对称处中间。上述技术结构组成了甘薯保鲜室自动开关排气窗。开合式窗孔(14)下部设置为与贮藏室(13)斜顶面一样的斜面,易于适配安装。安装架(18)为磁铁片。窗框槽(7)、窗门(5)安装磁铁的对称处个装一一块磁铁,上述二者以与配合。关窗线(4)开窗线(9)、窗框槽(7)、窗门(5)开关开合式窗孔(14)随之智能正反电机开关闭合。贮藏室(13)地面设置其墙面、房顶使用加厚夹芯板,易于放置室外气温的干扰实现室内恒温。窗帽(16)右下侧装一个支杆,支杆下边设一个孔,孔内穿一条与开合式窗孔(14)直径等长的推拉杆,推拉杆另一端接在支杆下端对称处;支杆顶部与窗帽(16)右下侧结合处设置一个转动孔,转动孔穿在开合式窗孔(14)上边缘上,当开窗线(9)拉动开合式窗孔(14),推拉杆其自身长度不足拉住支杆下端,窗帽(16)同时被拉开。反之窗帽(16)会盖在窗孔(14)上。

1.甘薯保鲜室自动开关排气窗,其特征在于:开窗线(9)卷入开窗线圈(1)上,逐个接入窗门(5)右侧中间,关窗线(4)卷入关窗线圈(2),一号滑轮(3)将关窗线(4)卡在墙壁上,二号滑轮(8)将开窗线(9)卡在关窗线(4)一侧,窗门(5)装入窗框槽(7)内,关窗线(4)、开窗线(9)终端由三号滑轮控制,套房(10)装在出入门(11)外面,出入门设置在贮藏室(13)一端,侧端进气孔(12)设置在贮藏室(13)测端上部,前后进出气窗(15)设置在贮藏室(13)前后端,窗框槽(7)装入贮藏室(13)顶部开合式窗孔(14)下面;窗帽(16)装在开合式窗孔(14)上面,密封条(17)装在开合式窗孔(14)的开合部,安装架(18)装在开合式窗孔(14)两侧,一侧装在窗框槽(7)一侧中间,一侧装在窗门(5)和窗框槽(7)对称处中间。
2.根据权利要求1所述的甘薯保鲜室自动开关排气窗,其特征在于:开合式窗孔(14)下部设置为与贮藏室(13)斜顶面一样的斜面。

4.根据权利要求1所述的甘薯保鲜室自动开关排气窗,其特征在于:窗框槽(7)、窗门(5)安装磁铁的对称处个装一一块磁铁。
5.根据权利要求1所述的甘薯保鲜室自动开关排气窗,其特征在于:关窗线(4)开窗线(9)、窗框槽(7)、窗门(5)开关开合式窗孔(14)随之闭合。
6.根据权利要求1所述的甘薯保鲜室自动开关排气窗,其特征在于:贮藏室(13)地面设置其墙面、房顶使用加厚夹芯板。
