The second hanger 43 may be used to hang underpants, in particular briefs. When the pair of triangular underpants is used, one first positioning column 432 can be respectively selected on the two second supporting pieces 431, so that the size between the two first positioning columns 432 is matched with the size of the triangular underpants, the triangular underpants can be hung on the second clothes supporting rack 43, and the triangular underpants are naturally unfolded, so that the surfaces of the underpants can be cleaned uniformly and comprehensively.
The third clothes hanger 44 includes two third clothes hanger assemblies 440 disposed opposite to the sliding member 45, the third clothes hanger assemblies 440 include a third supporting member 441 and a plurality of second positioning columns 442, one end of the bottom of the third supporting member 441 is fixedly connected with the sliding member 45, one end of the top of the third supporting member 441 is inclined obliquely upward away from the sliding member 45 relative to one end of the bottom of the third supporting member 441, and the plurality of second positioning columns 442 are disposed on the upper surface of the third supporting member 441 at intervals. The third clothes hanger 44 can be used for hanging small pieces of clothes such as underpants.
In this embodiment, the first hanger 42, the third hanger 44 and the second hanger 43 are sequentially disposed on the sliding member 45 from top to bottom, and the second hanger 43 and the third hanger 44 can be used for hanging a bra. In this embodiment, the second supporting member 431 includes a first connecting section 4311 and a first bending section 4312, wherein one end of the top of the first connecting section 4311 is fixedly connected with the sliding member 45, one end of the bottom of the first connecting section 4311 is connected with one end of the top of the first bending section 4312, one end of the bottom of the first connecting section 4311 is inclined to an inclined lower direction away from the sliding member 45 relative to one end of the top of the first connecting section 4311, the first bending section is bent downward relative to the first connecting section 4311, and the first positioning post 432 is disposed on the first connecting section 4311. The third supporting member 441 includes a second connecting section 4411 and a second bending section 4412, wherein one end of the bottom of the second connecting section 4411 is fixedly connected with the slider 45, one end of the top of the second connecting section 4411 is connected with one end of the bottom of the second bending section 4412, and one end of the top of the second connecting section 4411 is inclined obliquely upward away from the slider 45 relative to one end of the bottom of the second connecting section 4411, and the second bending section 4412 is bent upward relative to the second connecting section 4411. By providing the first bending section 4312 and the second bending section 4412 and tilting the first bending section 4312 and the second bending section 4412 downward and upward, respectively, the back strap of the bra can be prevented from falling off the second support 431 and the third support 441.
The hanger assembly 4 further comprises two fixing members 47 arranged opposite to the sliding member 45, wherein the fixing members 47 are positioned below the first clothes supporting frame 42, one end of the bottom of each fixing member 47 is connected with the sliding member 45 in a sliding manner, one end of the top of each fixing member 47 extends obliquely upwards away from the sliding member 45 relative to one end of the bottom of each fixing member 47, and one end of the top of each fixing member 47 is used for being inserted into cuffs of a coat on the first clothes supporting frame 42. By sliding the fixing member 47 relative to the sliding member 45, it is convenient to adapt to the jackets of different sizes; the sleeves of the upper garment are supported and hung by the fixing pieces 47, so that the sleeves of the upper garment can be prevented from swinging in the washing process, and the washing effect is prevented from being influenced. It will be appreciated that when the position of the fixing member 47 is adjusted to a position relative to the sliding member 45, the positions of both can be locked by the locking means.
The top of the fixing piece 47 is provided with an ultrasonic integration assembly 51, and the cuff is easy to dirty, so that the cleaning effect on the cuff can be ensured by the ultrasonic integration assembly 51. In order to ensure the cleaning effect of the upper garment, an ultrasonic assembly 51 is also provided for the easily soiled collar, which ultrasonic assembly 51 is arranged between the two first hanger assemblies 420 and is fixed to the slider 45. Of course, a plurality of ultrasonic wave integration assemblies 51 may be additionally arranged on the sliding member 45 from top to bottom, and particularly, the ultrasonic wave integration assemblies 51 may be arranged at the second clothes supporting frame 43 and the third clothes supporting frame 44. Preferably, the fixing member 47 is provided with a lightening hole. When adjusting the relative positions of the fixing member 47 and the sliding member 45, the fixing member 47 needs to be pulled out from the opening 21 of the main washing tank 2, and the weight of the fixing member 47 is reduced through the weight reducing hole, so that the operation intensity of a user is reduced.
Preferably, the second hanger 43 and the third hanger 44 are located between the first hanger 42 and the fixture 47, which effectively reduces the height of the hanger assembly 4 and reduces the depth of the main wash chamber. The static washing machine and the main washing box 2 can be both square bodies, and the static washing machine can be designed according to the size of the shirt, so that the height of the main washing box 2 is reduced to be slightly higher than the length of the shirt; the width of the main washing tank 2 may be reduced to be slightly wider than the width of the upper garment. Thereby effectively reducing the volume of the main washing tank 2, reducing the space occupation of the static washing machine, and being suitable for being arranged in rooms of hotels and hotels.

Preferably, to facilitate the manufacture of the slider 45 and the installation of the hanger assembly 4, the slider 45 comprises two halves arranged opposite each other, the two halves being arranged in mirror image about a plane in the vertical direction, which plane passes through both clearance holes simultaneously. Each half includes one half of the inner housing 452 and one half of the outer housing 451.
Referring to fig. 6, the hanger assembly 4 further includes a chassis 48, a plurality of filtering holes 481 are formed on the chassis 48, the chassis 48 is located in the main washing tank 2, the upright rod 41 is movably disposed through the chassis 48, and one end of the bottom of the sliding member 45 is fixedly connected with the chassis 48. The opening of the bottom plate 48 faces upwards, and the outer contour of the bottom plate 48 is consistent with the inner contour of the bottom side of the main washing cavity, so that the bottom plate 48 can be attached to the inner surface of the main washing cavity, clothes can be placed in the bottom plate 48 during washing, and the bottom plate 48 can be lifted to the opening 21 of the main washing box 2 through the handle 46 at the top of the sliding piece 45, so that the clothes in the bottom plate 48 can be taken out conveniently.
In this embodiment, the filtering holes 481 are uniformly distributed on the bottom plate 48, so that the main washing chamber can be conveniently drained by arranging the filtering holes 481, and the filth can be prevented from entering the drain holes. The two opposite side walls of the chassis 48 are respectively provided with a sliding block 482, the insides of the two opposite side walls of the main washing box 2 are respectively provided with a sliding groove 25, the sliding blocks 482 and the sliding grooves 25 are arranged in a one-to-one correspondence manner, and the sliding blocks 482 are slidably arranged in the sliding grooves 25. By providing the chute 25 and the slider 482, the chassis 48 can be ensured to be stable in direction when moving, and the chassis 48 is prevented from being stuck to the side wall of the main washing chamber when the slider 45 is pulled. Preferably, the cross-sections of the chute 25 and the slider 482 are each circular arc-shaped. In order to ensure that the chassis 48 and the sliding part 45 are firmly connected, a first connecting plate 491 is further arranged, the first connecting plate 491 is sleeved at one end of the bottom of the sliding part 45, the first connecting plate 491 is fixedly connected with the chassis 48, in order to ensure the connection strength of the upright rods 41 and the bottom plate of the main washing tank 2, a second connecting plate 492 is arranged on the outer side of the bottom plate of the main washing tank 2, the upright rods 41 penetrate through the bottom plate of the main washing tank 2 and are fixedly connected with the second connecting plate 492, and the bottom plate of the main washing tank 2 is in sealing fit with the upright rods 41.
In this embodiment, the upright 41, the hanger components, the sliding member 45 and the chassis 48 may be made of metal materials with rust resistance such as aluminum alloy or stainless steel, or plastic materials such as pc+abs or nylon.
Referring to fig. 8 to 12, the static washing machine further includes a static washing machine expansion assembly 7, the static washing machine expansion assembly 7 includes a secondary washing tank 71, a secondary washing chamber is disposed inside the secondary washing tank 71, an opening 711 is disposed at the top of the secondary washing tank 71, and the secondary washing tank 71 is mounted on a side wall of the main washing tank 2; water is injected or discharged into the auxiliary washing chamber through the water inlet and outlet 26. The sub-washing tank 71 and the main washing tank 2 constitute a plurality of independent washing areas, for example, laundry which is likely to fade and white laundry, or laundry which is not suitable for simultaneous washing such as socks and underpants, can be simultaneously washed in areas, and the number of washing times and washing time can be effectively reduced. In other embodiments, the auxiliary washing tank 71 may be fixed to the base frame 11.
In this embodiment, the top end of the auxiliary washing tank 71 is fixedly connected to the lower surface of the mounting plate 31, and an auxiliary feeding port which is communicated with the top opening 711 of the auxiliary washing chamber and has the same size as the opening 711 is provided on the mounting plate 31, and clothes are fed into the auxiliary washing chamber through the auxiliary feeding port. The cover 32 may close or open the main dispensing port and the sub dispensing port on the mounting plate 31 at the same time.
The number of the water inlet/outlet ports 26 may be two, and one of the water inlet/outlet ports 26 is used for injecting water into the sub-washing chamber, and the other water inlet/outlet port 26 is used for discharging water in the sub-washing tank 71. The driving mechanism 73 includes a motor 731, a drawing rope 732, a driving plate 733, and an elastic member 734; one end of the pull rope 732 is fixedly connected with the output shaft of the motor 731, the other end of the pull rope 732 is fixedly connected with one end of the driving plate 733, the other end of the driving plate 733 is pivoted with the movable plate 72, the middle position of the driving plate 733 is pivoted with the auxiliary washing tank 71, and the elastic piece 734 always has a tendency of driving the movable plate 72 to move from the first position to the second position. When water needs to be injected into the auxiliary washing cavity in the embodiment, the motor 731 is not started, and the movable plate 72 is located at the first position, and the water inlet and outlet 26 is communicated with the auxiliary washing cavity; when the washing is needed, the motor 731 is started, the output shaft of the motor 731 is wound around the pull rope 732 and drives the driving plate 733 to rotate, the driving plate 733 drives the movable plate 72 to move from the first position to the second position and simultaneously forces the elastic piece 734 to deform, and when the movable plate 72 is positioned at the second position, the motor 731 stops rotating, and at the moment, the water inlet and outlet 26 and the auxiliary washing cavity are disconnected; when the water is required to be drained, the motor 731 rotates reversely, the pull rope 732 is released by the output shaft of the motor 731, the driving plate 733 returns under the driving of the elastic piece 734, the driving plate 733 drives the movable plate 72 to move from the second position to the first position, when the movable plate 72 is located at the first position, the motor 731 stops rotating, at this time, the water inlet and outlet 26 is communicated with the auxiliary washing cavity, and washing water in the auxiliary washing cavity can be drained through the water inlet and outlet 26.
In other embodiments, the driving mechanism 73 may be an electric push rod, and an output end of the electric push rod is connected to the movable plate 72, and the movable plate 72 is driven to move between the first position and the second position by the electric push rod. The driving mechanism 73 may further include a motor 731, a gear, and a rack gear, wherein the rack gear is mounted on the movable plate 72 and extends along a line connecting the first position and the second position, and the motor 731 rotates the gear, and the gear and the rack gear mesh, so that the movable plate 72 is moved between the first position and the second position. The driving mechanism 73 may also be a hydraulic cylinder, and is connected to the movable plate 72 through an output end of the hydraulic cylinder, and drives the movable plate 72 to move between the first position and the second position through the hydraulic cylinder.
Referring to fig. 12 again, the driving mechanism 73 further includes a supporting seat 735 and a guiding post 736, the supporting seat 735 is fixedly connected to a side wall of the auxiliary washing tank 71, a middle position of the driving plate 733 is pivoted with the supporting seat 735, the guiding post 736 is fixed to the supporting seat 735, the elastic member 734 is a compression spring, the compression spring is sleeved on the guiding post 736, the compression spring is guided by the guiding post 736, the compression spring is prevented from being skewed, the driving plate 7331 is provided with a folded edge 7331, the folded edge 7331 is located at a connection position between the driving plate 733 and the pull rope 732 and a pivoted position between the driving plate 733 and the supporting seat 735, two ends of the compression spring are abutted to the supporting seat 735 and the folded edge 7331, and the compression spring and the pull rope 732 are located at the same side of the driving plate 733. In other embodiments, the elastic member 734 may also be a tension spring and a torsion spring, when the elastic member 734 is a tension spring, two ends of the tension spring are respectively connected to the supporting seat 735 and the folded edge 7331, and the tension spring and the pull cord 732 are respectively located at two sides of the driving plate 733.
Referring to fig. 11, the expansion assembly 7 of the static washing machine further includes a partition, the auxiliary washing chamber includes a plurality of auxiliary washing subchambers disposed along the first direction, two adjacent auxiliary washing subchambers are separated by the partition, and an ultrasonic integration assembly 51 is disposed corresponding to each auxiliary washing subchamber. Specifically, the partition is provided on a side wall of the auxiliary washing tank 71 and integrally provided with the auxiliary washing tank 71, and the opening is located at one end of the auxiliary washing tank 71 in the second direction, the first direction being perpendicular to the second direction. By arranging a plurality of auxiliary washing subchambers, a plurality of clothes with washing which are not suitable for washing together can be conveniently placed separately and washed simultaneously. Preferably, the partition is integrally provided with the sub-washing tank 71. In this embodiment, the first direction is a horizontal direction. In other embodiments, when the opening of the main washing tank 2 is provided on the side wall of the main washing tank 2, the opening of the auxiliary washing tank 71 may also be provided on the side wall of the auxiliary washing tank 71 and on the same side as the opening of the main washing tank 2, and the mounting plate 31 is in sealing connection with both the main washing tank 2 and the side wall of the auxiliary washing tank 71, and when the cover 32 closes the main dispensing opening, the cover 32 is also sealed with the edge of the auxiliary dispensing opening.
Referring to fig. 9 and 10, the expansion assembly 7 of the static washing machine further includes a bracket 74, the number of the brackets 74 is equal to that of the auxiliary washing subchambers, the brackets 74 and the auxiliary washing subchambers are arranged in a one-to-one correspondence manner, the bracket 74 is in a U-shaped structure, the bracket 74 includes a bottom plate and two opposite side plates, the bracket 74 can move in and out of the auxiliary washing subchambers, when the bracket 74 is positioned in the auxiliary washing subchamber, the bottom plate is attached to the bottom wall of the auxiliary washing subchamber, the two side plates are attached to the two opposite side walls of the auxiliary washing subchamber, and the two side plates are slidably connected with the two side walls of the auxiliary washing subchamber, so that clothes positioned in the auxiliary washing subchamber can be extracted when the bracket 74 is pulled out of the auxiliary washing subchamber. Preferably, the width of the brackets 74 is equal to the width of the sub-washing chambers, and the number of sub-washing chambers is two in the present embodiment, and the two brackets 74 are connected by the connecting member 75. Specifically, the connecting piece 75 has an inverted U-shaped structure, two side walls of the two brackets 74 adjacent to each other are connected with the connecting piece 75, the connecting piece 75 spans the top end of the partition, and the connecting piece 75 is pivoted with a handle 76. The two brackets 74 can be pulled out of the secondary wash subchamber conveniently by pulling on the handles 76.
Referring to fig. 9 and 10, in the present embodiment, the expansion assembly 7 of the static washing machine further includes a plurality of reinforcing rods 77, the plurality of reinforcing rods 77 are disposed in one-to-one correspondence with the plurality of brackets 74, and two ends of the reinforcing rods 77 are respectively connected with top ends of two side walls. The support strength of the bracket 74 is ensured by providing the reinforcing rod 77, and the bracket 74 can be effectively prevented from being deformed during pulling.
It will be appreciated that at least one ultraviolet lamp 53 is provided corresponding to each sub-washing chamber, the ultraviolet lamp 53 is also installed in the cavity inside the cover 32, the light emitted from the ultraviolet lamp 53 can radiate into the sub-washing chamber, and the ultraviolet lamp 53 is used for sterilizing the laundry in the sub-washing chamber. The drying assembly 52 serves to heat both the main washing chamber and the respective sub-washing chambers.
Referring to fig. 9 and 10, in the present embodiment, the water inlet 26 is disposed on a side wall of the main washing tank 2, the movable plate 72 is disposed between the main washing tank 2 and the auxiliary washing tank 71, a first through hole 712 is disposed on a side wall of the auxiliary washing tank 71 connected to the main washing tank 2, when the movable plate 72 is disposed at the first position, the water inlet 26 is communicated with the first through hole 712, and when the movable plate 72 is disposed at the second position, the movable plate 72 seals the water inlet 26, and the water inlet 26 is not communicated with the first through hole 712. Specifically, the movable plate 72 is provided with a second through hole 721, the second through hole 721 is communicated with the first through hole 712, when the movable plate 72 is located at the first position, the water inlet and outlet 26 is communicated with the second through hole 721, and when the movable plate 72 is located at the second position, the movable plate 72 plugs the water inlet and outlet 26, and the water inlet and outlet 26 is not communicated with the second through hole 721.
It will be appreciated that the second through holes 721 are identical in shape and in number to the first through holes 712, and a plurality of first through holes 712 and a plurality of second through holes 721 are provided corresponding to each of the sub-washing subchambers, and when the movable plate 72 is positioned at the first position, the respective second through holes 721 and the respective first through holes 712 are aligned in one-to-one overlapping, so that the water injection and drainage to the respective sub-washing subchambers can be simultaneously controlled by the movable plate 72.
The side wall of the auxiliary washing tank 71 connected with the main washing tank 2 is provided with a groove 713, a first through hole 712 is arranged on the bottom wall of the groove 713, the movable plate 72 is slidably arranged in the groove 713, and two opposite sides of the movable plate 72 are respectively tightly attached to the bottom wall of the groove 713 and the side wall of the main washing tank 2. The side wall of the notch end of the groove 713 is provided with a flanging 714 bent towards the outside of the groove 713, and the flanging 714 is in sealing fit with the side wall of the main washing cavity.
Referring to fig. 2 again, the static washing machine provided in this embodiment further includes a controller 8, the controller 8 is installed in the cavity of the cover 32, and correspondingly, a heat dissipation hole is further provided on the top plate of the cover 32 and opposite to the controller 8. The opening and closing of the respective control valves 64 can be controlled by the controller 8; the opening and closing of the drying assembly 52 may be controlled, and the drying temperature of the drying assembly 52 may be controlled; the opening and closing of the ultrasonic wave integration assembly 51 can also be controlled, and the intensity of the ultrasonic wave emitted by the ultrasonic wave integration assembly 51; the ultraviolet lamp 53 can also be controlled to be turned on and off; the motor 731 can be controlled to be turned on or off, and automatic washing and drying can be realized by the control of the controller 8.
